We spent three nights here on a romantic vacation and the hotel and staff did not disappoint. Le Negresco is a world class hotel. Everything from the room accommodations, staff, service and restaurants was top notch. We were extremely comfortable and felt very welcomed. We were treated very well. Both restaurants were outstanding (food was amazing and so was the service) and the chef is clearly remarkable.

The worst hotel I ever stayed in. Room tiny. Bed 3/4 of the room gorgeous rooftop patio but it takes 20 minutes for the bartenders to make you a martini. And no olives for your martini!!! As for the food. It is lousy. Half Asian half whatever. But at 7pm you are in Mykonos. Loud disco music So if you planned a quiet dinner go somewhere else Also. Money disappeared from my room Spent 2 days wasted one going to the police station to file a report The other too upset for anything else Today the hotel has not done anything with their insurance it has been already 3 months since I was there So I will go back to Nice again. The Negresco will be my choice I made my reservation through American Express platinum and they have Not been helpful. Sorry but that is true

The hotel is located in the old town of Nice, which is very convenient for visiting the old town. Breakfast costs almost 50 euros per person, which is quite expensive. If you don't buy hotel breakfast, you can also find a restaurant in the old town of Nice. Generally, breakfast in a restaurant outside is around 15 euros. The hotel is relatively simple and elegant, and overall meets the 5-star standard.

Disadvantages: You need to climb the slope to enter the hotel. It rains when you arrive, and the road is slippery and uncomfortable. Pros: The hotel itself is great! The room is small but the view is unique, and the hotel restaurant itself is great! 1st class view and excellent service.

The hotel is located right by the sea. There is the sea right outside the door, which is refreshing. There are many restaurants next to the hotel, and there are more restaurant options when walking to the back of the hotel. The room is comfortable in size, and the bathroom and toilet are separated, which adds a lot of convenience. The hotel staff has a good attitude. I asked questions to the conceige several times and got good help. I am very satisfied with the experience and highly recommend it👍👍

Stylish contemporary lobby, restaurants and rooms. Good location with old town area five minute walk through park and plazas- a dozen glorious churches, great French linen and fabric store L’Epingle a Linge here. Many chic clothing stores nearby- not just Gucci etc, but small, local with exciting window displays. Pretty parks and gardens nearby. Hotel rooms have very large decks with comfortable teak furniture and great views even from rooms on side. Pick up fabulous bread, sandwiches, pastries and desserts from Armand patisserie that is two blocks away for lunch on your deck. This is a good alternative to 20 Euro/person poor lunches in area. Almost all restaurants in the area are touristy so have poor food and are expensive, but there are half a dozen Michelin restaurants within a ten minute walk that are affordable unlike Paris at 200 Euros. (Peixes, Chez Davia, Le Canailes, Fine Gueule...) This is a busy hotel that many tour companies use so there were busses constantly unloading people for the four days we were there. The front desk staff are always busy checking in guests and at check in made no eye contact and just said ”passports”, passed a paper to us to sign then said the room number. When we asked for advice twice (should we take a taxi or bus to the train station and would Monaco or Cannes be better for a day trip) the staff were dismissive and not interested in providing advice. People we talked to sitting around the bar at the end of the day said they could not get recommendations for restaurants from front desk staff. On busy oceanfront promenade with many cars but rooms are soundproofed well.

First of all, the hotel building is very pretty, the rooms are neat, and the interior is pretty. The staff are kind enough to take you to your room, and the truffle omelet you eat on the terrace on the 1st floor is delicious 🤍 I love it 🤍

The location is good, the facilities are average, the room is small, the only thing worth it is the sea view and breakfast, the worst is the bathtub drain there are bugs, I wash down one at night, the next morning when I wake up and I find another.

The hotel room is very large. If you have enough space for an extra bed, it is very suitable for a hotel with children. Parking charges are provided by the hotel staff to help with parking and pick up the car. The location is superb, just by the sea, but if you want to book this hotel, it is recommended to book a room with a sea view. We can't see the sea view in this superior room. It is relatively cumbersome to carry luggage at the hotel and you need to change to a different elevator.
