Hotel didn't give superior river view room as per my mm t booking. Though we reached hotel late only at 3:15 pm, they initially told check-in will take some more time but finally at 4:15 pm they have offered deluxe room (low category. They have given the excuse that the previous guest in super river view room has not checked-out. Finally i have accepted the deluxe room and they have reduced rs. 1, 000 as a compensation in the dinner bill. Also, i was not given the invoice for food bill not sure why. Had to wait for 1 hour and few mins in the reception during check-in because of this issue. Apart from this issue, the overall stay was good. I must say that the room and food was excellent.

(1) highly over priced at 6k. Similar rooms in other properties elsewhere are priced between 3-4k only. (2) due to shortage of staff, breakfast ready only around 9:00 am according to reception (3) no lift to upper floors (4) reception seems to have no contact with taxis. I had to walk 300m to auto stand to find transportation (5) hot water available very late - need to turn lever to the right to get hot water (6) very limited channels available on cable (7) no english newspaper available (1) telephone intercom loose contact, on second day, i had to bend on knees below furniture to push the plug back. No action despite informing reception.

Location is easily accessible, but not scenic or anything except for a viewing platform facing the river. Rooms are spacious with necessary amenities, but poorly maintained, mushy odour, heater not working, and mosquitoes in room. outdoors are not cleaned or maintained at all. The only saving grace is the swimming pool which is big and clean, and the food (breakfast) which was tasty even though minimal in variety. Also notable is the very courteous and prompt response of the front office and other staff. An effort towards maintenance would go a long way in making this property an experience worth remembering. Hoping to see it becoming a better place ☺️

Kuku is close to thrissur medical college and is very convenient to stay. Room is clean. The front desk team is very friendly and helpful and made stay comfortable. Around couple of restaurants and also dialed other restaurants for delivery of food. Convenient shops medicine shop in walking distance. Ample parking space is great. Ac and fan works very well as well. Enjoyed my stay with thumbs up to front desk guys
