Every hotel staff was smiley, friendly and helpful. We received welcome snacks snd message in the room. The room was modern with air condition, high ceiling and nice amenities. Breakfast was buffet-style as and adequate. Location is very close to many shops and restaurants but without the noise. I enjoyed the deep tissue massage at their spa.
Enhancement areas suggested for Room 11: shower door does not close; the queen bed was two separate single beds put together instead of one mattress, and with separate bedcover sheets instead of one queen sized bedcover sheet; a kettle would have been useful.

A wonderful hotel in the heart of the old town. The atmosphere is great. A magnificent courtyard. Great breakfast. It is the right choice for people who want to have an exclusive accommodation with a small number of people in the heart of Hania. We stayed in an upper category room and the room we stayed in was great. The staff, especially Antonis, was a very positive and kind employee. Likewise, Mihailis is a very nice employee. We would like to thank the hotel manager, whose name I do not know, but who did his best to ensure our satisfaction.

The first-line sea view and private beach view are invincible, and free parking is also a bonus. I lived in a double-examination sea view room. The living room and balcony on the second floor can only see the scenery, but the air conditioning effect is too poor, and the upstairs is too hot. The temperature on the island in July and August is very high. All items in the hotel are charged, including water, and there is no free bottle.SOLD OUT

Today, I have landed back home after spending amazing week at this family-run hotel. I can definitely tell you that it was one of the best holidays I have ever had, filled with nice people and great Greek weather. The hotel is located very conveniently, you have a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Lidl is just 5-7 min walk. Next to the hotel there was a great coffee shop- Move on. Next to the hotel there is a bus stop which will take you to Chania city centre for a nice promenade and a delicious dinner. Hotel itself is of an apartment style with amazing pool which was always well-maintained and clean. Every day the girls made sure that our room is clean and we have new towels, and they were making quite impressive compositions from flowers and towels😁 The manager of the hotel was extremely friendly and always dealt efficiently with any requests we had. Breakfast was delicious and overall our stay was extremely enjoyable. Definitely visit this hotel to feel the amazing Greek hospitality.From$39
