We stayed one night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Service overall was exceptional. The villa is amazing but could use some updates( we learned that half of the villas are undergoing renovations and will re-open with a more modern and luxurious feel) We had Arabian bbq dinner for two which was absolutely delicious. Breakfast was a feast with wonderful service Definitely recommend for couples. It was definitely a getaway.

We had a pleasant getaway at Vida, the hotel is very clean and minimal, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly. The location is perfect, very close to the beach, the mall and fine diners.

It was great, from the staff cooperation till the quality of the services with the small details attention. Thanks to the staff and the management。

The location does not have to be said, located in the city center, the hotel is connected to the mall, there is also a Carrefour next to it. Hotel service is also very nice, the service level is remarkable. but! The facilities of this hotel really need to be improved, and I am completely sorry for the rating of the five-star hotel. The shower is not sealed, the water is left out of the door; the table is also worn out, the socket of the desk is actually bad; the door of the room also has some worn out places.

The room and living room are large and comfortable, but the location is average. Fortunately, it is more convenient to take a taxi locally.
