The room is almost a semi-suite room. Good location, good price, and excellent value for money. I've stayed at Hilton before and for the same price, this place is much better. Best in Batumi!! There seems to be a small casino in the basement.

Our room was in the right size for couple and no problems were occur in the period we stayed. Breakfast needs a little of diversity. The hotel is in a great location, next to the promenade and two minutes away from the Black Sea. It takes about ten minutes to walk to popular attractions. It is recommended that everyone book a club room. The view in the executive lounge is quite good, there are not many people, and the variety of happy hour wines is relatively rich. Also remember to bring a swimsuit to try the hotel’s Turkish bath, which is very relaxing. There was a little hiccup when checking in, but Ctrip quickly resolved it.

Excellent location within walking distance of everything, courteous and very helpful and patient staff. Tremendous service team especially at front desk and in the restaurant at breakfast who are indeed hardworking and made the 14 days spent there not only a great experience but presented a sumptuous breakfast buffet that few can equal from twenty types of bread and pastries to fresh honey still on the hive tray that you carve out yourself. I was impressed.

I have stayed at bestwest hotels in other countries, which are shortcuts, but this one in Batumi is a high-end series, more luxurious, very cost-effective, good location, adjacent to the Black Sea, has its own parking lot, and there are many fruits for breakfast, just opposite Courtyard Hotel.

A lovely central hotel with great rooms and views, service, and breakfast. We were offered room 312 (in old building) as an upgrade to the suite (new annex) which we gladly took because of the views. Note though there is a pub downstairs which has live music until wee hours of the night, and the noise from the road carries up. We didn't mind so much. The hotel is a ten minutes walk from Europe Square and right beside Piazza Square.

In Las Vegas, the Black Sea in Batumi, this hotel is far from the hustle and bustle of the city, built by the sea, and has a panoramic view of the sea. There are pharmacies ATM local supermarkets, Indian restaurants, Ukrainian restaurants, Georgian restaurants, Georgian seafood restaurant lights in the surrounding area. But the hotel was renovated many years ago. It is slightly old, but the service of the service staff is in place and can ignore those old facilities. On the contrary, it gives people a sense of historical immersion. Batumi city is very small, taxis are recommended to call the local car software BOLT, very cheap, basically not more than 30CNY. The surrounding entertainment venues are also very close and can be reached on foot. **, nightclubs, bars are worthy of Black Sea Las Vegas 😁

We've stayed in this Hotel in February 2020 (it's not letting me to choose that year anymore). We checked in late as we arrived from the airport around midnight. There were accommodating and even informed us where we can get some food. Unfortunately for us, most places were already closed. The room was large with a view of the port and balcony. It looked a bit ran dawn, but still comfortable. The best part was the terrace on top of the building with breakfast. The food was surprisingly very tasty and even though we are not usually up for breakfast we actually made the effort to go as we enjoyed it that much. There were very polite to us at all times and even though the rooms looked banged up and in need of some TLC, we still enjoyed our stay and would consider returning to this hotel.

We are a family with a child, stayed in a two-room room for 5 nights. We met at the resepchn hospitality, but the kitchen workers are not different in positive and joyful. Most rooms with tired repair and melting on windows, they are not completely cleaned carpets and sofas. It is much better to take a room with bamboo furniture, here is the price/quality ratio. For a good breakfast in the non-season it is not worth counting. But an egg with a delicious sausage, a raspberry, vegetables and a raspberry are offered. There is no teapot in the room, but it is allowed to go to the ”kitchen” and pour the boiler to whomever needs. Bed, towels - everything is, clean. The biggest minus - saw mice in a room with a red couch at night, after which we were asked to move. No wish to return to this hotel.

We booked this apartment on the booking website a month before the trip, and they immediately indicated that we were planning a honeymoon. Before the trip, I indicated a week in advance that we would arrive at a certain time. When we arrived at the complex, the apartment was not yet ready, although I wrote in advance that we would arrive at 16:00... Manager Mikhail assured us that everything would be ready at 17:00. As a result, we only checked in at 17:30. They immediately turned on the air conditioner and saw that it was leaking, they reported this to the “operational” chat and personally to Mikhail. We were advised not to turn it on too low a temperature 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦‍♂️, ok we turned it on to 25 - it still leaks.. the next day we went to room 603, to the agency itself that rented this apartment to us, they told us that the TV and The air conditioner will be repaired today, ok, we believe it. In fact, in the evening the situation did not change, I had to go to them again and swear, in the end the TV was repaired, the air conditioner was still leaking. But our request for relocation was answered unequivocally: there are no such numbers... the most interesting thing is that the chat is open from 10 to 19 (but we had to wait more than a day for an answer), and at the reception of the complex they cannot help in any way, since the apartment belongs to a private person... 💆🏼‍♂️ They asked for cleaning for 2 days... What is the result: The air conditioner was leaking throughout the week, the TV was fixed after 2 days, the cleaning was done only after some requests. A meager set of dishes (2 forks, 2 spoons, 2 teaspoons, 1 dull kitchen knife, a board, a frying pan and a saucepan, a falling spatula) Insane indifference of the employees of the “Grand city real estate” agency towards guests, dirty rooms, some stains on the walls, bed linen in pellets, dirty shower, burnt curtains, broken toilet seat (fixed after 2 days), only full cleaning was done once a week, including changing towels and taking out the trash. On a positive note, we were given a bottle of wine and a box of Rafaelo (since we are newlyweds) but after 4 days and reminders (I followed the principle, since upon check-in Mikhail himself said that we would receive a gift)!! I strongly do not recommend booking an Apartment through this agency!! Private individuals rent out the same apartments much cheaper (~120 GEL per day), but we paid 210 GEL per day. Or book through the complex itself

1. Let’s focus on the sea view suites It is 60 square meters and has two bathrooms. The sofa in the living room is very comfortable. The bedroom and living room each have a balcony. The price of a 7-a-side football field is astonishingly low: 50 lari per hour, equivalent to RMB 130. What surprised me even more was that several stadiums were brightly lit all night long. There are still people playing football after a few o'clock 2. The curtains on both sides of the bedroom cannot be tightened, so natural light will come in in the morning. However, Batumi is only dimly lit at 8 o'clock in the morning. 3. There is a swimming pool, gym and SPA on the first floor My wife went to the gym for two days and I went for a massage. I looked at the massage packages. There were more than ten or twenty. I felt dizzy. The back massage cost half an hour and cost 465 yuan. The technique and effect were very good, but I was half-bald. Uncle... 4. Finally, let’s talk about the front desk service. The front desk efficiency of hotels in Georgia is very low, but this hotel is not only low, but also stupid. I told the girl about two rooms, she was ok, and then gave me a room card. He said everything is OK, but then he forgot to give me his passport.
