Excellent hotel that assisted me with sim card and also exchange currency at a decent rate when the bank was closed. Friendly, clean and located in an excellent location. Restaurants, grocery store and mall all within walking distance. Stayed for 15 days and was an excellent stay. Breakfast was prepared daily and they even stayed open beyond the 10am time for late sleepers. Will def. stay here again for my next trip to Tashkent

I chose Hyatt for a trip with my parents. The service was OK. When we checked in, we hoped that both rooms were twin rooms. Although we were given a king-size room at the beginning, we were able to ask the waiter to separate the beds immediately after communication. The efficiency was relatively fast, but the water in the shower room would leak out when taking a bath. I hope the hotel can improve it. There are many varieties of breakfast, which is more suitable for Chinese elderly people.

Great hotel bit not for noise sensitives. Clean, nice design adequate variety in the breakfastbut but with some great disadvantages: 1. Ventilators of the bathroom do not close (!!) So there is a constant noise in the room - technical dept said they cannot fix it it is the same in every room- 2. There is a loght in the room that switch on bu movement obviously to lead you in the bathroom during the night BUT it wakes up the other guest!!! Great disadvantage that as an engineer i cannot understand whose idea was that
