Waiting for Check in, a large cup of freshly squeezed orange juice was delivered. The room facilities were also very modern. The first time the toilet was equipped with washlet. When I came back from a trip, the room sent a plate of ginkgo, cheese and ham dings and biscuits to replenish energy. Going out to eat everywhere, especially the seafood restaurant recommended by the hotel, can actually enjoy the cheap Tapas. Breakfast is ordered according to the menu, very delicious. The only downside is that there is no body lotion in the room, and the local area is very dry, but after telling the front desk, a small bottle of L'Occitane body lotion - shampoo and other toiletries are L'Occitane.

This is my favorite hotel throughout my trip to Spain, both in terms of environment and service. The color tone of the room is in the style of Gong, with red and blue colors, which is both warm and exotic. When I return to the room every evening, there are different fruits and snacks. When I return to the room at night, I also receive thoughtful care, including L'Occitane makeup remover wipes and hand cream. The breakfast is also very rich. You can also consider dining in the hotel for lunch and dinner. The quality is different from ordinary restaurants outside. Next time you travel, even to another city, it must be your first choice!

We had a wonderful experience at the Gran Via. The rooms were impeccable; over a couple of different stays in December & January, we tried a regular room as well as the suites, all were lovely. I particularly recommend the junior suite with the mural on the ceiling (room #6), it was a really special room. The spa & hammam were small but really nice, a perfect way to decompress after work, skiing in the Sierra, etc. The location of the hotel is very central to the Granada cathedral area, as well as the Albaicin. Walkable to many restaurants, bars, & tourist sites. And the rooftop has beautiful views of the cathedral and the Alhambra. What really stood out is the service. The staff was very attentive and went out of their way to make us feel welcome & comfortable. Would definitely stay at the Gran Via again next time I'm in Granada.

A lovely hotel. Great period premises that have been sensitively converted from a Bank to a hotel. Many original features retained/ enhanced. Some of the stained glass windows are beautiful. Glass covered atrium was very impressive. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable- understated luxury and classic/ modern design- it really works. Breakfast was a great start to the day. We dined elsewhere, mainly because there is a great choice of restaurants to choose from in Grnada City. Staff were delightful.

My husband and I went to this hotel during our honeymoon. It looked great online, with 5 star ratings. On our first night there, we had no hot water. There is a rainfall shower and a shower attachment in the bathtub. We spent the whole day outside and were looking forward to a shower. The water was cold int he rainfall shower and barely lukewarm in the bathtub. We called the front desk, and a man came by and said our options were either cold showers tonight or to shower in the spa. The next night, we requested a different room in which the showers were hot. We were then told it was a problem in the whole hotel and they were trying to find us a room. They gave us a handicap accessible room, which would have been fine except the toilet was in the shower. We requested a different room, and the hotel agent confirmed the water would be warm. I was very excited to have a shower, and I had 2 minutes of lukewarm water and then it was cold again. Granada was already wet and chilly, and this really dampened our stay. No refund or discount was offered. I didn’t have a warm shower the whole time I was there, which for a 5 star hotel is ridiculous.

Really friendly like a 5 star hotel, the staff will guide you to the room directly Small but well decorated and above all, the hotel exterior is really beautiful The meal on the terrace is perfect for both taste and atmosphere But you can see the facilities are broken everywhere. The water leaked a little from the bathroom bathtub and the temperature control was broken.

Good location, in the Albuhan Palace Park, but after entering the room, I found that the cup has a missing corner and the sheets have small holes. If you are at the price of ㄧ NT$5,000 for one night, you should be able to provide better equipment.

Very good, location is very convenient, you can visit A Gong at night, but the price is a bit expensive

The best hotel I have stayed in Spain, located in the middle of the small city, not far from the Alhambra, the breakfast is very exquisite, I recommend everyone to come to Granada.

Breakfast was very good, and eating in the courtyard was particularly sensational. Renovation of the old building itself. Not very convenient for parking

My family stayed two nights in this hotel on a tour of Alhambra Palace. The outside common area of the hotel, including the dining room, was very well maintained and could deserve a 5-star rating. The rooms inside were a different story. We occupied two rooms. One was a “superior deluxe room,” and the other was a “classic city-view double room.” Both had the same price tag. The deluxe room was spacious and well-lit but had an odd arrangement with a useless bathtub in the center. Moreover, the room smelled of sewage when we entered the room—which I notified the management. They disagreed and claimed there was no sewage smell. I did not appreciate the response, as all four of our family members smelled of sewage. Nor did I escalate the issue, as our stay was short. The city-view room had a small window overlooking the city without much viewing space. The room was tiny, with two twin beds packed in the room, and was poorly lit. It felt like being in a prison cell. The shower doors in both rooms did not close fully, so the water splashed out. In short, both rooms were substandard and did not deserve the price tag at all. My recommendation to travelers is to stay elsewhere, and if you need to stay there, avoid the small “city-view” rooms and Deluxe Room #331 that smells of sewage. I got to love Spain and its people who are very friendly and helpful, but not this hotel.

We missed visiting the Alhambra in '96 because we were getting ready for the Dakar Rally and ran short on time. So, this time we decided to do it right and stay nearby. Extremely comfortable and clean rooms, relentlessly helpful staff and an wayback-machine ambiance. Kind of olden-day, grand hotel. It is only a few minutes walk to the Alhambra - and no big uphill trudge.

The attention is good, very friendly, typical of Granada (except taxi drivers)... View, in my room the television didn't work; it's true I didn't say anything because I don't see it, and then, as I'm so central, narrow streets, Bars... If you want to rest, starting from the 1 that have already closed and collected; close the windows solutions something; so I think I will repeat, but more entered winter. Coffee with capsule coffee (including coffee with and without caffeine), and cookies, large bottle of water Solán de Cabras, .Paper roll, Sugar and salt, dishwasher, washing machine, dishwasher, bathroom with gel boxes, hand soap pills (small but enough for a few days), dryer, towels, toilet paper ... very comfortable beds, as well as sofa, TV in the dining room ... in general, very complete, very clean, and very comfortable
We had a very good stay on this appartement, with wonderful views of the Plaza Nueva and the Torre de La Vela de la Alcazaba. The receptionist was very friendly, bur at times a little bit to talkative and over explaining things. Making them more complicated than necessary. The parking garage, for instance. As you are in the middle of a busy Dreure, you can expect a lot nog noise and busyness. Do be aware of that. My only negative point of feedback is the bedding: the beds were to hard and the pillows too soft. Also, there’s music playing in the corridors all day and night. Not a nuisance for us, as we could not hear it in our bedrooms. But still you’d expect the music to be switched of during the ‘quite time’, were guests are expected to be quite.

We loved our stay at Oboe Apartments. We cannot fault the experience. The apartments are modern, clean and well equipped. It's an excellent central location and not loud at night. The apartments are linked to the Bella Granada hotel whose staff were very helpful. Allowing us to store our luggage with them so we could freely explore Granada before our apartment was ready, helping us to book restaurants, Arab baths, etc. Overall - an excellent stay. We'll be back!

I didn't know the geography of Granada, so I expected it to be a moderate outskirts, but I took the hotel, except that it was good to get through the highway when I visited Alhambra. It's far from the downtown area where people are gathered, and I struggled to move in many ways. And one big mall that you can't tell if you're open or not, and one big restaurant opposite it. And it's really nothing, nothing, except for the mercadona near the residential area. In conclusion, the location can't give you a good score, and I had a pretty hard time coming and going to the downtown area of Granada, where I was taking a bus using a car. Please calculate the route between the main tourist points and the hotel in advance and move. The hotel overall was a bit old style, but the room size was larger than any hotel I have stayed in Spain so far. I was on a honeymoon, but I was assigned two single beds and asked me to change to a double bed room. There was no work, and I was able to have a satisfactory bed. Parking is 16 euros a day, and the system is an old-fashioned system with tickets, so you have to pull out meaningless ticket paper every time you enter, and when you go out, you press the bell and say the lake of the room. Our couple were not sensitive to noise, but the hotel structure was a shared structure in which the noise in the lobby was upstairs, and we were right above the group guests who were drinking late at night in the lobby. It was a location room. I understand that it was inevitable in the structure, but it was not a very pleasant experience that I could hear the noise of those people in the hotel room. And the other thing that was absurd was that they had slippers and robes, and they were paid three euros for them and they were packaged. My wife needed slippers as a necessity, and she paid for the package and was able to provide a little better quality slippers than the one-time slippers provided by other hotels in the usual way. The experience that I had to pay and use slippers and bathrobes for 3 euros at a 5 star hotel could not be said to be absolutely good. Because I'm writing this review in the next hotel I checked in, wearing a bathrobe and slippers that are free of charge at this hotel.

I’m sorry to deduct stars for this hotel as there is much about it to enjoy and we did. The concierge was very helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable and it’s a great location for the city but ……. 1. Having a roof top bar is an asset. We were encouraged by the reception staff to visit it as it has stunning views. I asked if you had to book and was told no, open from 7. It does have stunning views as we discovered when we went up there but it was closed on Monday and Tuesday! Why? It’s peak tourist season and we were encouraged to go up there ! Very disappointing. 2. The breakfast buffet was good but there was only one person clearing and laying tables and making sure supplies were replenished. There were queues for bread, juice , bacon and eggs. It was 9am. Shame as it’s a great location .
