Disappointed in all honesty.
The room itself was as expected, nice design and very spacious.
Housecleaning was below par as there was still rubbish on the floor after I had returned in the evening, 2 nights in a row.
Had to wait a few minutes for the shower to get warm. No toothbrushes in the bathroom.
Miscommunication between staff about payment which resulted in a very unnecessary late night phone call from the front desk. Further miscommunication about parcel delivery. One day it was brought straight to the room, the next day it was against hotel policy.
Asked for help with luggage for check out, never came.
Very far from the ritz experience.

The service is really good. A Chinese-speaking girl was arranged to greet us when we checked in. The service staff in the restaurant and reception were very nice. However, the facilities and rooms are indeed a little worse than other Ritz-Carlton hotels. Overall, it's 4 stars.
