Great location if you plan to sightsee the city. I found the aesthetic of the place very charming, however, there were few things that stood out to me: 1. The minute you walk in there was a big stain on the carpet (in the entrance corridor), 2. The mattress of the sofa bed was extra thin and uncomfortable and had some brown stains, 3. The apt is in ground floor so if you sleep in sofa bed you can hear everything that happens in the street late at night (drunks walking by, garbage truck, car zooming by, and neighbors arriving late to their apt), 4. At night when people upstairs walk you can hear the chandelier in the living room shakes which makes me uncomfortable not only for the noise but also because I felt that at any moment it would fall down my face and 5. There is an annoying pump hidden in the entrance closet that runs at times at night, if you have a light sleep surely it will wake you up. Different from other reviews, the apt was overall okay and kitchen had everything we needed for our stay.

How does a company with such great properties have such bad communication? Apartment was great (21a Queen St), 3 bed 2 bath, great location, spacious apartment. But !! Don’t invite guests to request an early check in then ignore 3 emails. Don’t not tell customers your office has moved until after they’ve checked out. When the properties are great it’s so frustrating that the service is so poor, finger out Destiny you are better than this……
