The GM, Mr. Aquib & all staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit. Their breakfast variety & especially the cardamom tea are an excellent way to start the mornings. We would also like to thank Mr. Aquib for organizing our entire Kashmir tour and providing us with the best guide anyone could ever ask for: Mr. Nasir. Nasir Bhai is a gem of a person who made sure we make memories to last a lifetime in Kashmir. He surely deserves all the happiness in life as his honesty reflects in his humble nature. Thank u very very much Nasir bhai for everything. Someone once said ”Kashmir is heaven on earth”... We totally agree with this and to actually be here was a dream come true and the icing on the cake was the people we met on this journey... Thank you very much Kashmir... 🙏

Hotel location is heart of city, hotel staff is very professional, hotel rooms are spacious and good and they also have arranged a tour itinerary Kashmir sightseeing. GM Mr. Aqib and his team have made our trip safe secure and amazing moments of amazing Kashmir.
