Hotel Aifa Labuan Map, Address, Transportation & Nearest Stations and Airport

I would strongly recommend thus hotel if you planning to visit Labuan. Its has this class with so much ease you feel so relaxed with very great service from their staff my first time in Labuan and i am very impressed with their hotel service…lastly i must not forget that its a walking distance to their only shopping center or their financial hub:

Had request an OKU room, i think it is the only OKU room from the hotel, need to inform hotel earlier. It would be great if hotel can improve or increase more OKU room, had been there for few times and this is the only time i request the OKU room successfully. If the toilet for OKU, would be suggest to make it spacious because the carer (in my case, is 2 carers) need to move the OKU from point A to point B. However, hotel service and location is good and definitely will be there again.

I've stayed here and book a hall for my cousin birthday celebration. Doesn't expect their hall quiet big and can make a wedding here. The location quiet strategic , the centre of the town,where all the place just a walking distance.

Check in is perfunctory, quite disinterested and doesn't have the welcoming experience. Rooms are showing some age, still somewhat clean. Mattress not as firm for a good night's sleep. To get the laundry list and bag seemed a real chore. It was not replenished when the room was cleaned when it should. Even after requesting in person at reception, had to call them again. Breakfast buffet is below par, basic Asian and some cereals. Their is no egss station. Once served poached eggs were practically uncooked, and the replacement took over half an hour. Under staffing. I must give credit to the three waitresses working non stop, clearing and cleaning the tables in between serving the

This is my first stay at AZ Hotel. I used to stay at Labuan Point Hotel near the Labuan mosque. The wife n me comes to Labuan often to golf at Labuan International Golf Club n the very challenging 9 hole Labuan Golf Club. This hotel impressed me immediately. The bed was king size n the decor was minimalist n comfortable. Wifi in the room is very good. Its cheaper than the Labuan point hotel. There is ample facilities such as a mini bar,a safe,a TV n a good view out of the window. There are good restaurants at the lobby floor n good perfume shop as well. Night entertainment spots n lounges is just par 4 n par 5 away.There is a super market just across the road from the hotel in case u needed snacks or toothpaste etc. On the whole very impressive at a good price.i would have stated 5 stars but for a burnt out lamp at the dressing table!!! The Hotel is well furnished and the staff are well trained. In all my interactions with the staff I have found them to be professional and courteous. As I am in a quarantine room the meals are provided in a plastic box and arrive fairly cold, however I understand that it is logistically impossible to provide steaming hot food to each room. The food is quite tasty inspite of the temperature. Amenities are ver good.

FRATINI HOTEL, LABUAN 10-11 MARCH 2023 (FRI-SAT) 3rd Floor, Room 302. One of the cheap hotel in Labuan. Entrance skirting missing. The entrance ceiling & bathroom ceiling have water mark. Bathroom ceiling is bulging & bathroom wall marble is fungus. The TV desk, make up desk, & mini bar desk have a lot of mark especially from cigarette mark. The entrance mirror have a lot of marking, window glass have mark. They are no lift available in this building, then you’ve to climb to up stairs until 4th floor. Have LCD flat TV, old kettle, have coffee amenities complimentary, have bathroom One of the cheap hotel in Labuan. No mini fridge, no iron & ironing board, no hairdryer, no safety box. The wifi connection is look good, & aircond is functioning very well. The wifi connection is look good and connected fast. They have old furniture, make up light at desk is fused, the wall at the head of bed is peeling off, entrance door ceiling light & one of the bathroom ceiling light is not functioning. The room is cozy, but have a lot of hair on the floor. Have stained at the duvet cover, & only have 4 types of tv channels. The tv channels is limited choice. The bathroom Floor is very slippery during wet. Very strategic location, near to MarryBrown Restaurant, near to ferry terminal, near to ATM machine.

Highly recommend to travel in Labuan and staying here it is a better choice. - The price was cheeper - Room is comfortable, clean beautiful. - The hotel is clean. - All staff in hotel is friendly and kindly. - Easy to find food this area.
