Hotel Mumtaz Inn Map, Address, Transportation & Nearest Stations and Airport

Perfect location, perfect service, and perfect hotel. The hotel is very close to Taj Mahal. The hotel provides electric cars to the Taj Mahal. The swimming pool and back garden of the hotel are a piece of art. I will live for a longer time next time.

We couldn't sleep...people screaming all night, it was like a fair. Is it possible that the hotel staff is only concerned with receiving customers and not ensuring their per***ent comfort? How is it possible to have loud music in a room, people slamming doors and talking loudly in the corridors all night long???? This is a Starwood chain hotel...(???) Fabulous breakfast.

Worst Policy and Stupid duty Manager... I got penalize for smoking in room just 2 cigarettes that too in bathroom. Which i have to Pay 2300inr . I booked room which cost me 5700inr and i stayed there for only 3 hours ... The worst part is that all the front desk staff especially Duty Manager vinay and Neha Smiling on me making Sarcastic comments maybe this also your hotel policy.. **** hotel with illiterate Staff ....

Stayed in Taj View from 24th Feb to 28th Feb 2023 enjoyed the stay for 4 nights. Excellent service provided, staff of all departments was caring and supportive. Room was spacious , neat and clean. There was a wedding the night we stayed at this hotel. The rooms surrounding ours were those who attended the wedding. They were very loud once the wedding was over and they returned to their rooms. We called the desk to complain and instead of talking to the guests being loud, they asked us if we wanted to move our room. This was 1:30 am. They should have spoken to those disturbing others to be quiet instead of asking us if we wanted to move rooms.

Trident Agra proved to be a hidden gem. Their service staff was very warm helpful and friendly. Though it was just one night the stay was comfortable and we enjoyed the drinks at the bar and the in room dining option. The presence of a potter, a palm reader and bangle seller added to the charm.

This is just an island of civilization in a dirty city and an opportunity to relax. Lovely big room with a comfortable bed, cozy pool and really good service. Traveler's life hack: when trying to find a place to switch in countries like India, you can go to the lobby bar of a 4-5 star hotel. Here in the lobby bar everything was super, Indian white wine and masala tea 🙌

Very angry! I booked a room for two days there. The money was paid by credit card. When I left the store, the front desk said that I only received one day's money! I didn’t have to pay another day’s cash. I had no choice but to pay it! Then contact Ctrip to help solve, but Ctrip has been unable to contact the hotel! Very irritating!

Go to the Taj Mahal and stay here for one night. The interior of the hotel is old and the bedding is clean. Don't ask too much in India.
