Aman Tokyo sets a new standard for exceptional hard products. Despite a mishap on our first night when we returned from dinner to find our room uncleaned, the front desk manager promptly apologized and offered complimentary drinks. The head of housekeeping also personally apologized at breakfast and showered us with thoughtful gestures like a fruit platter and free laundry. Subsequently, our stay was faultless. Aman Tokyo also boasts stunning design and architecture and a strategic location near Otemachi station, Tokyo station, the Imperial Palace, and Ginza. Its awe-inspiring atrium leaves a lasting impression. The generously sized rooms, starting at 70 square meters, feature high ceilings throughout, with unforgettable views of the imperial gardens from the bed. Even the retractable TV showcases its thoughtful design, providing guests with an unobstructed view of the Tokyo skyline. The hotel's farewell was equally remarkable. Providing a complimentary hotel car transfer to Tokyo station, while being escorted by another staff member who went the extra mile to purchase our tickets, carry our luggage to the platform, store our luggage on the train and brought us to our seats. Undoubtedly, this luxury at Aman Tokyo comes at a price. However, delivers the sought-after wow factor for which its rates command. After all, Tokyo is one of the most expensive cities in the world. From the grand lobby to the inviting pool and spacious rooms, the hotel impresses on many levels. Managing expectations is, however, key. It would be unrealistic to expect the usual Aman-type of service commonly associated with their other properties whose room counts are a lot smaller. While the initial mishap was regrettable, the subsequent personalized attention and meticulous service surpassed expectations for a city hotel with 80 rooms. Whether this was due to the initial mishap or reflective of their usual standards remains unknown, warranting another stay on my next visit to Tokyo.

Aman Tokyo is definitely amongst the top 3 hotels in Tokyo, if not the best when it comes to the rooms. The lobby is spacious although perhaps too happening if you are used to quieter Aman surroundings (in the past it was for hotel guests only now anyone can access the bar), but the rooms, gym and pool are top notch, with some nice restaurant offerings. You will not be let down in this place.

The room is not too big but very clean and modern There is a lot of mineral water in the refrigerator convenient facilities waiter's english is good Service enthusiasm The breakfast is also very good, not too many varieties But everything that should be there is worth choosing The location of the hotel is very convenient. LV is just outside the door. This LV can make reservations for cafes and Tokyo-specific tourbillon watches. It's close to Ginza

Bellustar is such a lovely, beautiful hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. So much space in the rooms with an area to put luggage and clothes. Little perks during your stay such as treats and flowers. Probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in!

Great location although a little seedy if you have young children. Outstanding breakfast. Very clean and nicely decorated rooms. The hotel is very new and feels very upmarket. Great experience overall.

You know you’ve arrived when you get a whiff of a Le Labo scent! We stayed for 2 nights in a Superior room and then returned for 3 more nights in a Studio room. Hotel staff happily checked some luggage for us since we were returning. The superior room was large and very well laid out. The Studio room was almost double the size and was a corner room with 2 walls of windows. I would describe the decor as understated luxury. Rooms were immaculate. The hotel is in a prime location set back from the main shopping street with views from my room to LV and Cartier. A minute from the stores but a world away in terms of tranquility. The entire staff is amazing. They couldn’t do enough as they grabbed our packages walking in the hotel, offered water to us walking in or out, got the elevator for us and made our dinner reservations prior to arriving. Email responses to our questions prior to arriving was immediate. Amazing that we were greeted by name each day! If you are looking for a boutique hotel in Ginza make reservations before they are all booked. Handy hint- Before you arrive email to get the address of the hotel in Japanese prior to arriving. Save it in your contacts to show to cab drivers!

What an amazing hotel...in a convenient location to explore all of Tokyo. The hotel decor is sleek and luxurious...the team is friendly, welcoming and eager to please. We knew we were in for a treat when we arrived at 10 am after an overnight flight from Bangkok and needed a shower and the front desk informed us that our upgraded suite for our honeymoon would not be available until 6 pm...and without missing a beat told us that they had a courtesy room we could use until that room became available. It is a small, gorgeous hotel. The smallness of the hotel has its distinct advantages because everyone was in synch...the left hand knew what the right hand was doing. The hotel staff had great suggestions for us. The hotel is spotless. The suite we had was spacious and so luxurious. The suite had both a Dyson hair dryer and fan...and two HUGE TV's (although we didn't watch them). We were welcomed to our suite earlier than promised with a bottle of champagne and a Japanese version of a honeymoon cake. We loved our stay and we will be back!!!

Booked for my boss, the newly completed Tokyo luxury hotel, Canu Tokyo celebrates the city's rich cultural fabric through its appreciation of food, art and design, bringing its vibrant social scene to the Japanese capital while serving as a gateway to its best attractions, just steps from the Roppongi and Toranomon neighborhoods. The hotel has eight floors and 122 rooms and suites, designed by Jean-Michel Gathy of Denniston, with an area of 284 square meters (3057 square feet), floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies and Asian-style interiors with modern European influences. The spacious space creates a tranquil beauty, in stark contrast to the hustle and bustle of the city.

A very private hotel, newly opened in 2024, leave some mystery for yourself to experience, the bathroom design is very reasonable, the Japanese breakfast is very popular, the water and drinks in the hotel refrigerator are all free, there is a bottle of special water from the UK that will be unforgettable, you will know after drinking it

Very nice service. They all speak fluent English and know diff kind of languages. The rooms size is big and spacious, neat and tidy. Everyone is polite and helpful, greet you every time when you pass by. Definitely worth the money, but the only thing to complain is that rhere is no socket beside your bed which is inconvenient.

Stayed for four nights in room type 246. It is on the 19th floor. The room size is okay and the layout is comfortable. There is a sliding door to separate the inside and outside. The bed and sofa are on the short side. There are a lot of furniture of this height in Japan, which shows a lot of space for tall people. It may not be very comfortable to use, but I think the bed is OK. Europeans and Americans are used to sleeping on soft beds. I read some reviews that they thought the bed was hard. I hesitated for a long time when making the reservation. I was afraid that the discomfort would affect my rest and shopping, haha. The supplies are very good, there are plenty of large and small towels, and small square towels are ten yuan. It is the first time I have seen so many towels. They are soft and not old. The hand sanitizer smells great and the plant smells nice. The minibar is free and refilled every day. We don't drink alcoholic drinks, so we only used sparkling water and oolong tea and ate potato chips. Friends who drink a lot should be very happy~ We had a small breakfast and only went to TB on the fourth floor. The choices were limited to banana bread and coffee, and the semi-buffet was on the 20th floor. This hotel is not big. There are many restaurants inside, especially the fourth floor which is full every day. The service was very good. The Japanese front desk spoke English very well. When I checked out, the white girl had a better attitude. The floor attendants are also nice and can be seen cleaning almost all day long. The nearby subway is Gaienmae Station on the Ginza Line. It is within walking distance of convenience stores, beauty stores, and a delicious curry rice shop. It only takes a minute to walk to Omotesando. Suitable for Tokyo experts who love shopping The only downside is that my shower room had a bit of a bad smell, and one day I was woken up by the fumes because I didn't close the door. Another friend who was interested in a room with a tomb view told the front desk in advance that the nearby Qingshan Cemetery is a huge area. My room type may only be available on this side, so I didn't ask if I didn't care much. Then there is no doorman. If you bring large luggage, remember to enter through the side door to avoid walking up the steps. Overall it is highly recommended

We have stayed in Aoyama Grand for a week and were extremely satisfied with our stay. The rooms were nice and the included mini bar was a great feature. The staff, even if not everyone was good in English, was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was very much convenient, with metro just 2 minutes away, a bakery in the same house and supermarket in just 20 meters. We haven't tried a restaurant which seems to be quite popular since it was every day crowded. We had breakfast only once and honestly speaking it was to expensive for what you get, but we are not a breakfast people anyway. The only negative thing I can mention is that there is absolutely no storage space in the room. No drawers and the wardrobe space in a bathroom very small. The room was big enough to provide the necessary space for storage, bathroom was huge. We wished the bathroom was half size but with enough drawers instead. We started our 4 weeks trip in this hotel and had 3 suitcases with us. We had no chance to pack out so living out of the suitcase for a week can be quite annoying. But, it would be fair to say, this is a problem with almost all hotels in Japan.

A well-deserved ”luxury” hotel. You can enjoy the night view of Tokyo while lying on the bed in the room. The executive lounge is also very high-end. Thanks to Charlie, the waiter from Taiwan, who provided Chinese service throughout the whole process. The cocktails he made were great.

We did not take breakfast because it was extremely expensive. The location is very good. The new Otani also has an old part, our room was dated and big but it was disappointing because we expected the best. The pool is 7000 yen pp. per visit.

The hotel is magnificent, with the luxury of the last century. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. After staying, you will feel the attentive service everywhere. Problems are dealing quickly and efficiently. If you sit near the window in the restaurant on the 17th floor, you can enjoy the view of Hibiya Park and the garden of Imperial Palace. Ginza is also within easy walking distance and Takarazuka Theatre is nearby. When you need a taxi, there is always one waiting to serve you. The location was great for families with kids, lots of activities and attractions near by. Breakfast was good and friendly service. However, a bit hard to find family-friendly restaurants near by at night, they're mostly 18+ bars. Bedroom was very nice, however the bathrooms are a bit dated and needs and upgrade to match the rest of the room. The hotel had a pool but charged a ridiculous amount per person just to use it, I'm a frequent traveller, but this is the first time I've ever experienced being charged to use the pool, so that was a let down. Overall decent stay though.
