1. During our recent family trip, we booked a Suite room at Lotus Ananta Elite in Kota. Upon arrival, we were met with a lack of assistance in parking and an overall disheartening experience. This review will delve into the numerous issues encountered during our stay, shedding light on the unprofessionalism and negligence observed from the hotel staff. 2. Parking and Reception: Upon arriving at the hotel, there was no one available to assist with parking, not even the security guard. Subsequently, we had to personally approach the reception and request their help. It was only after our persistence that Ms. Apporva, the receptionist, reluctantly assisted us. The lack of initiative and absence of any staff present to guide and accommodate guests' needs was a notable disappointment. 3. Room Condition: Our allocated room, number 407 on the fourth floor, was shockingly unprepared and uncleaned. This lack of basic maintenance included bed sheets and linens plagued with hair and an overall untidy environment. To compound matters, the glassware, phone, and corners of the room were dusty, reflecting a lack of cleanliness throughout. Considering that this hotel is supposedly affiliated with the ANANTA GROUP OF HOTELS, such negligence was completely unexpected and unacceptable. 4. Complaints and Assistance: Disturbed by the state of our room, we promptly alerted the front desk about the unsatisfactory condition. The staff assured us that someone would be sent to rectify the situation by cleaning the room and replacing the linens. Unfortunately, we were confronted with further disappointment when the person assigned to handle the task was the same individual who had initially brought our luggage to the room - a local boy named Mr. Mohit, seemingly untrained in housekeeping duties. This lack of professionalism was disheartening, as we expected trained professionals to handle cleaning tasks. 5. Room Service Mishaps: Arriving at 19:30 on October 26th, 2023, we decided to order in-room dining. However, the person attending the call, Mr. Omvir, refused to prepare scramble eggs. Curious about the limitation, we inquired further, only to be met with hesitance and excuses. After a delay, he eventually agreed to prepare the requested dish. Subsequently, we requested Mac & Cheese, which he claimed was unavailable and recommended alternative pasta options. This lack of knowledge regarding the hotel's offerings was astonishing, further highlighting the unprofessionalism we experienced throughout our stay. 6. Regrettably, our stay at Lotus Ananta Elite in Kota was marred by multiple disappointments. From the lack of assistance upon arrival to the unprepared and unclean room, it was evident that the staff failed to uphold the standards expected of a hotel affiliated with the ANANTA GROUP OF HOTELS. Furthermore, the unprofessional behavior of the housekeeping staff and the lack of knowledge displayed by the room service attendant further compounded our dissatisfactio

I ended up in Kota by chance, passed my stop by train and decided to spend the night in a hotel. sir bought me a train ticket, gave me money for a taxi, and an incredibly delicious breakfast. I was accompanied by all the staff at the reception. the room was great. India is a great country thanks to people like this! my bow and respect.
