As I was part of a bus tour I cannot speak to the check-in process or the value of the hotel, but it was a very nice place to stay. The hotel is centrally located, the standard room was very nice, with a nice modern bathroom. The breakfast buffet was held in a large high ceilinged room - a very quaint experience. The food was really nice and quite a nice way to start your day.

One of the worst hotels I have ever been. When we arrived we were given the card for our room and that is all: it seems like we were entitled to dinner, since some friends who were staying under the same conditions were given a voucher but we were never told about it...until the day after, when we had to ask for it. Not professional. In the room, the bathroom setup was very poor and we missed details that would make our stay easier (products, towels...) Most importantly, the room was worn out and looked not acceptable, for this long-experienced hotel. The shuffleboard was in very bad state, missing pieces and not working properly. Dinner at the restaurant was good quality (not for vegans, though) but very mall amount for the price. Not worth it. For the price we paid, it is absolutely a non-come back. Very sad because we stayed there by recommendation-agreement but never again.
