Probably the best hotel in the area Very central location, it is very simple to walk to the old city, but it is very convenient to take a taxi. The room was very spacious, even unexpectedly, and there was a study with a special office Bathroom has a bathtub, more spacious The downside was that I got a dish of blueberries that had moldy hair on it, but I didn't eat any of them, so I didn't give them points

The hotel it self are superb with delicate design. Those staff are all so kind and offer nice service. Especially just next to old town by walking 1 mins. Enjoy to stay here for the last two nights. If I got change to back to Warsaw. Def gonna stay here again.

Convenient location, right in the city center with the view of the city landmarks. Friendly staff and good breakfast. The only disappointment was the swimming pool/ sauna rules which are not specified while making a booking on trip.com. We came to find out that the pool is only accessible for one hour per guest and additional time must be paid extra and cannot exceed 3 hours per day.  In addition, an advanced booking must be made in order to use the pool and spa facilities. These restrictions should be transparently stated as the inconvenience left us with a feeling of mis-advertisement, which is a shame for such a nice hotel.

Unfortunately, the hotel changed its pool policy so that only 1 hour visit is free. Further stay costs 50 PLN per hour. I have never encountered such restriction in even more expensive or luxurious hotels around the world. The hotel manager handled it well - we got unlimited pool visits since we haven’t been notified about the policy. Still, I cannot recommend staying here if the pool policy is in effect. Other than that, view from the pool and our room is great. Perfect location in the city center.

The hotel is in a good environment, the service is very good, the architectural style is very characteristic; there is a good restaurant in the surrounding area called the palace, not far from the historic cafes Bristol and the city hall. The experience is very good, and it feels much better than the chain hotels of Novotel, Pullman and Hilton in other European countries.

Great. Although the hotel does not have a lift, it still likes it very much, very comfortable and beautiful. The hotel staff will help you when you see the extra luggage. Easy to travel. Very close to the old town. Going to the Central Railway Station or Warsaw Chopin Airport is a direct bus.

The hotel is located right opposite to the Warsaw Central station, so it is very convenient for those who need to catch a train. Check-in was quick and the staff was polite. The fact that the hotel rooms are located on the higher floors of the building give customers an opportunity to look at Warsaw from a spectacular angle. The breakfast offers a decent variety of food and drinks. The room itself is of decent size but the interior is a bit aged and requires some new decorations and design. In light of the fact that there are several much newer 5-star hotels in downtown Warsaw, this hotel needs to seriously step up to keep itself competitive in the game.

The hotel exceeded expectations- it truly is a 5* stay. The room was very large and comfortable bed. Breakfast was really good - one best selections had for long while. Great location opposite airport. Only challenge is stopping water escaping the shower onto floor ( minor point) . Two Sebastions at reception were helpful. Overall very much enjoyed our overnight airport stay.

Excellent location, and I personally got a room upgrade with a perfect view! The room wasn’t the cleanest, some stains on the chairs and so, but overall clean room that needed update. Shower and sink were quite bad as water came out very slowly and both needed update, but the hotel staff was very helpful and kind.
