Charming Stay at Hotel Grand Saigon I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Grand Saigon! The hotel has a classic charm with beautiful colonial architecture, and the location is excellent, right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a great view of the city. The rooftop bar and pool area were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.. While the service was generally good, there were a few moments of slight delays. However, overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Saigon!

Breakfast great as always, staff also very polite. Less happy today with the problems I faced: - my first room had a technical problem with the hallway light that kept switching on automatically. They couldn’t fix it so I got another room but it was 3am at night already - television in the new room couldn’t be switched off with the remote control so I just had to remove the tv cable to switch it off - usb outlet in the wall didn’t work, same as during my last visit - walls between the rooms seem to be very thin as I could hear all the noise from my neighbors. Room next to me had a couple with a baby and they made a lot of noise. Not only the baby but also the parents 😅 Due to above issues I am not sure if I will stay at Windsor Plaza again

I have stayed at Caravelle Saigon for a few times. I like its location. The room size is good. Hotel is clean. The front desk and bell service are courteous and friendly. One minor issue: a few of the treadmills in the gym are not functional. May need some repair. Tq.

Mai House Saigon truly was like a home away from home. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. The concierge helped to book activities in the city and exceeded my expectations. The room was very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for tourists. It’s close enough to all the attractions without dealing with the noise of District 1. I would definitely stay again.

Within walking distance of most the main sights. 10 min walk to Independence Palace, War museum, 30 min to downtown river area They offered a good tour of the Chu Cu Tunnels. Breakfast was good with lots to options and rooftop pool was nice, most of the time we had it to ourselves.

The hotel is in the heart of the city closed to the main touristic spots. What impressed me the most was the cleaninless of the aisle, It smells like a clinic. Spotless! The breakfast was amazing, wide selection of Asian and western options, they even served the bouche de Noel for Xmas! Really a good experience. The personnel at the front desk was happy to help us, and there was a nice art exhibition held in the lobby too.

Fabulously located on the Saigon river and in a historic building, this hotel has a few architectural wonders. However, the staff is not helpful, sometimes rude, the service is minimal for a 5 stars, no welcome drink, bellboy wont leave the room without a significant tip for 2 carry-ons. Buffet Breakfast ok but the bread, pastries and coffee are subpar for Vietnam. Avoid building C, (new construction), smaller bedrooms and very humid, even the linens were damp.

The Myst Dong Khoi was a fantastic stay. The staff were excellent and made sure my stay was top notch. It's really about the people and the folks at the Myst were some of the best. I loved spending my days at the pool with a superb variety of drinks and excellent food to keep me happy. They had afternoon tea which was a really nice surprise. When it comes to the room, it was so spacious. Location wise, it is right in the heart of District 1. I will return and a lot of that reason is because the Myst was so great!

The highlight of this hotel is the view! It’s a beautify hotel with awesome view of HCM city if you stay at their high floor panoramic view room. Location wise it is located within the high end private apar**ent district which is slightly further from the city center. Grab ride took about 10mins - 15mins to reach the city center where all the major attractions are located. Beside the shopping mall which is link to the hotel and the park, there’s nothing much around this area. Overall a very nice property if you want to stay outside the bustling district 1 while not being too far away from the city center.

As “luxurious” as it looks its not. Check in took about 45 minutes. As someone who works in the hospitality industry my hotel & many hotels I’ve stayed at have a check in and check out separate line. It was even more disappointing to wait in line to be told to wait when they should have the extra bell men who are waiting around to tell the guest to wait in the lobby instead of waiting in the long line. The receptionist I had didn’t ask how I was no warm greeting she just asked for my passport. It’s already giving me a sour taste. Get to my room it was very clean, the room has some neat tech features I thought were so cool. The room & the roof top pool is the only positive thing I have to say that pool is incredible. I wouldn’t recommend staying on the weekend way too many families with kids & the music is so loud. You can’t really enjoy the pool without kids being loud and peeing in the pool. The food was ok. To be honest if they have a facility day pass I’d do that unless the manager decides to have a meeting with the team to be better to never tell a guess “no” and separate check in lines. Hospitality service 0 Check in 0 Room with balcony was a 10/10 Pool 10/10

Hotel is in a very good location, quick access to many popular places. The street itself is average with just a few coffee shops and small stores. The amenities of the hotel are unique such as the hammocks, and open air type of room layout. They also have a top floor that’s used for not only breakfast, but also a casual recreational or dining area that people can use throughout the day. But the wear and tear of the hotel is starting to show. Floors have stains, walls need painting, elevator is messy and dirty. Service is average, nothing spectacular. For the price, it needs to update some things or they will need to lower the price.
