We stayed for 4 nights beginning on July4th. OUTSTANDING experience and would stay there again. First time stay and Ann Clarke, Guest Experience Expert, seized the day for us with great care and grace. As a long-time Bonvoy Rewards member I was upgraded to one of the best rooms we have experienced through Marriott. It was a Lake Front Suite which was very kind treatment for a business road warrior. Living Room and separate bedroom with two balconies. The 4th fireworks were spectacular and almost eye-level. They do them on Saturdays too. Next time! The grounds are immaculate. The rooms are spotless. The service is what you want from Ritz Carlton with everyone friendly and eager to help. My wife enjoyed a spa visit and I went to the gym for a great workout. The Ritz and JW are connected as two massive conference centers which added extra dining options so we didn't need to leave the resort. Massive corridors and more meeting rooms than we could count. For our needs we added the Club Lounge access which took the pressure off incidentals. Need food or drink? Head to the Club Lounge which is open all-day until 10 p.m. Food presentations throughout the day in a comfortable room with a balcony and nice view of Orlando. We also dined at Knife and Spoon which was a treat for an upscale dinner. Great food and service. All good. Finally we traded the hassle and expense of an ocean beach vacation for the Ritz Carlton pool. It was hot this week but the pool at RC is clean and spacious. Many chairs open. I hope the nearest beach and long-lines were fun? We had a great time here. Service was excellent there with lots of choices for drinks and food poolside. Overall this resort gets all 5 stars in my book. Have fun!

The Grand Cypress is amazing from the staff to the food and accommodations our stay was even better than expected! Shout out to Aicha our server who made every meal amazing and treated us like family she was incredible! We stayed during hurricane Ian and the hotel was prepared and made a scary situation feel safe. They put together indoor activities for the kids and did an incredible job managing a stressful few days! I can’t wait to visit again!

After checking in, the room was large and the environment was good, but at night I suddenly noticed the bloody mirror. . . Called the front desk and asked someone to wipe the blood, saying that the mirror in each room is like this, this is just decoration. . . What kind of decoration taste can make the mirror in the guest room so scary? Although it is a rock-style hotel, it is still a little panicky. . . However, the location of the hotel is excellent and Universal Express is quite powerful.

The hotel is huge and there are many meetings held and the breakfast is great. The environment is also good, the sanitation is also very good, the facilities are very new, and it is also very close to tourist attractions. I will stay here again.

I was a bit concerned with construction still going on in the hotel when booking, however it did NOT affect our stay, at all. Noise is very minor, pool is huge, so you are able to stay away from it PLUS you are also able to use the pool at the sister Ritz property which is a 5 minute walk. The construction is supposed to be finished in November 🤞 Now more details about the hotel overall: ROOMS Beautiful and freshly renovated. We had a balcony and it was nice to step out to it to enjoy beautiful view of the lakes and for a breath of fresh air HOUSEKEEPING Excellent. Meticulously clean, turndown service perfect, no questions :) One thing to make it even better would be to put slippers in the room - I am pretty sure we could get them upon request though. BREAKFAST Excellent selection, with fresh omelette, fresh squeezed juice station where you can make your own juice, pancakes prepared to order, variety of fruit - very good! Price: $25 for continental only, $35 for full selection. As Ambassador members we got Continental breakfast complimentary with an option to upgrade to full bar for $7. This is fine, but if I were the manager I would make it fully complimentary to people staying at Marriott properties for 100+ night per year … SPECIAL SHOUT OUT AND THANK YOU TO KARIMA who took excellent care of us and provided warm and personalized service during both days we visited Citron for breakfast. SPA/GYM Shared space with ritz carlton, beautiful; as part of your resort fee package you get to visit their classes - they have yoga, stretching etc. However keep in mind that those are only available on certain days of the week :) It would be nice to have some alternative for off days, I would love to go to one of the classes but both my days fell on off days unfortunately. You can also get bikes for 1 hour per day for free. SPA area has their own pool and hot tub which are basically empty because you need to have a spa appointment in order to use them. SHUTTLES TO DISNEY are available but you need to book them 24 hours in advance, we missed that part and had to Uber 😅 POOL SERVICE was pretty good across JW and Ritz, with plentiful chairs, towels and friendly staff to assist to your wishes :) GABRIEL at JW pool provided great service and was very nice - thank you Gabriel! The phone at the front desk of the hotel is almost always unanswered. The minibar in American hotels does not provide any beverages. They only provide coffee machines and mineral water. There are no saucers, small spoons, and the kitchen cabinets are empty. I feel that my family is so poor that there is no one. The tableware 😓, the safe checkin is locked, I made a phone call, and went to the front desk face to face, and no one came after staying for three days. The hotel service in the United States cannot be compared with that in China, and the restaurant is very good!

The hotel is within the scope of Disneyland and has shuttle buses to Magic Kingdom and Disney Spring. There are also water taxis to Hollywood studio. In addition, the hotel has many facilities, such as swimming pool, restaurant, laundry, gym, and gaming center.

We were in town for a wedding and decided to stay in a “Central location” this was at the south end of all the “I-Drive” action. Near trolly stop 23. We checked in and were greeted with smiles and friendly face everywhere! The hotel was very busy as we arrived at peak check-in time and it didn’t impact the mood of the staff one bit! Our room was very nice, beds were not the most comfortable I’ve ever had but they were very good. Plenty of outlets and a small refrigerator, we had a pool view room and it was great! We ate in the restaurants a few times during our stay, we enjoyed the variety of the menus and the food was delicious!! The Steakhouse was quite expensive but the pool menu and David’s Club were very reasonably priced and the shop had great quick service breakfast options (and late night options). David’s has the buffet with omelet station and carving station for breakfast and separate Lunch and Dinner menus. David’s advertised as “Burgers and Bourbon”…a nice bourbon selection, centered around a few varieties of Michters. Not much in the way of “allocated” bourbon but a nice selection of others. The pool bar was nice, plenty of wait staff around the pool and a few bartenders at the bar most of the day, a completely different menu than anything inside the hotel, a nice light menu for outdoor fare in central Florida. Hilton offered limited transportation to and from Universal and Sea World. It was available but not an all day thing, you need to make reservations for it and it only has a few morning options and a few evening return options, but it is available. They do offer a daily pass for the trolly that runs up and down International Drive, basically from one outlet mall to the next (North to South). They have a bunch of stops all up and down I-Drive. The Spa staff was friendly and the prices were very reasonable for a resort like this one, the housekeeping staff was courteous and friendly! Overall, this Hilton experience was among the best we have had, we are Hilton Honors members and this will be one that we DEFINITELY return to! 9.9/10!!

It was our 2nd stay at the Lodge, choosing once again the Boulder Ridge 1-Bedroom suite - and we really, really, really like this hotel. What we liked: Wonderful cast members: front desk, bell services and people around the resort. Well appointed rooms... yes, they are more expensive than nearby ”vacations club” offering from major hotel chains, but you do have more: more entertainment, more dining options, more kitchen and cooking items, more space... and the Disney theming. The room assigned was extremely well maintained with a nice view toward the pool and the lake. Disney transportation abound from this resort, which is well located to access most of the Disney parks. Particularly like the boat option to/from Magic Kingdom. Nice and comfortable bed/bedroom, easy to use murphy bed, ample space in the kitchen and for dining. Always nice to have washer/dryer in the room. Very good housekeeping during our stay that would replenish whatever had been used. Even though it was really hot and humid outside, room temperature was adequate at all times. Cool pool areas and theming. Very highly recommended

Clean and well decorated. Room service needs to be called by yourself. There is a free shuttle bus to pick up and drop off different Disney parks every day. Oh, by the way, guests of this hotel can enter Disney early. We only found out on the last day that it was useless. When we arrived at the hotel, we asked for a card the day before yesterday, so we could enter the park half an hour earlier. If the arrangements are made, we can play a few more times. items.
