The luxury of Six Senses is to maximize the ”enjoyment” after taking natural pristine nature and environmental protection to the extreme. It is not just a concept. It really turns this island into a self-sufficient paradise. At the same time, it is also protecting the endangered species on the island - the black-legged white-maned leaf monkey, and the restoration of coral reefs. Fake environmental protection to save costs and real environmental protection at all costs are two different things. There are many more beautiful seas than Nha Trang, but this experience cannot be given by a sea view room. I will choose Six Senses next time.

The vista at this hotel is genuinely breathtaking. The azure sky and the pristine sea form a remarkable backdrop that I found enchanting. The infinity pool, in particular, offers a perfect setting for unique photo opportunities. Furthermore, the close proximity to the vibrant seafood street—just five minutes away—is a true delight, offering the chance to savor Nha Trang's delectable local seafood. However, I must note some areas that could use improvement. Acquiring a Grab car service during dinner time proved to be a challenge due to the scarcity of vehicles in the vicinity. Additionally, the hotel services left something to be desired. Despite the breakfast being advertised as complimentary, it was consistently served cold. The pricing structure within the hotel was also disappointing. After consuming the first 10 bottles of water, each subsequent bottle came with a 10k VND charge. Moreover, the quality of the facilities was subpar, with easily damaged, fragile items that could potentially result in unexpected charges. A word of caution—do ensure you have sufficient cash on hand, as a deposit of $3M VND is required upon check-in. Nonetheless, the comfortable bed and overall ambiance contributed to an overall pleasant stay for both me and my companion. Despite the setbacks, our experience here was largely positive.

Every where you go, you will be amazed by the view. The breakfast is not rich, but it is very exquisite. The plate is exquisite, and the taste is good, which makes us very satisfied. What surprises me most is the service attitude of the employees here. I must say that most of the employees are friendly, and all the cleaning staff you meet on the road will take the initiative to say hello to you. However, the staff at the reception and the restaurant always have poker faces. They gathered at the reception desk to chat and turned a blind eye to the passing guests. An employee named Becky met us on the road and quickly turned around and pretended not to know us. The staff of the restaurant are very busy. You don't need to expect time to read the bill in the dim light, however you will be urged to sign quickly and leave. Also when you check out, it is difficult for you to expect Becky to ask how you feel. She just wants you to sign the bill quickly and leave. She always gives me a condescending attitude. I don't understand where her arrogance comes from. Generally speaking, the beautiful scenery, architectural design and food here are worth the price, but the supporting services can't keep up. Especially considering that there is no airport shuttle bus, and there is only one shuttle bus to the city every day, I think there can be other more cost-effective, especially service options.

The Gran Melia hotel was absolutely amazing the quality of everything, the service is the best you will find anywhere. The breakfast was very special with lots of quality food to choose from the service in the breakfast was outstanding. The room and facilities were very special double sink free standing bath beautiful bedding and towels and the turn down service was great too. We used the gym every day and it was basically brand new equipment and well air conditioned to make it better We can’t wait to return to see the development of the complex and experience this special treatment again from the team at Gran Melia

The hotel in Ningfan Bay has a seaside single-family villa. The entire hotel has more than 30 rooms, so even if the Spring Festival comes, it is very quiet. The overall style is wild, luxurious and escapist, suitable for people who like to take a vacation. There are not many Chinese people in the hotel, mainly Europeans, Americans, Koreans, and local Vietnamese. The butler I contacted was named Jayce. The service was very good, the response was quick, he spoke fluent English, and the communication was smooth. He received good reviews. There are also disadvantages. The hotel has been open for a long time, so the room facilities are relatively outdated. However, the flaws are not hidden. The villa is very large and has a very special room type experience. In addition, our family of three felt that the quality of the food in the hotel was average. Finally, I highly recommend the hotel’s jungle hiking. You must take part in it. The special landform and special experience are very popular with a 6-year-old child. This activity cannot be experienced in Sanya or Thailand.

I made two separate bookings and will be staying at Fusion for a total of 5 nights, which covers all of my time in Nha Trang. The resort is expansive and boasts a beautiful private beach. One of the resort reception staff members, Thay, is exceptionally friendly and thoughtful. The resort's breakfast buffet offers an abundance of fruits, may source from their own farm. We spotted peacocks and goats wandering along the paths, which was quite charming. The best aspect of Fusion, in my opinion, is the all-inclusive spa. We are able to choose one spa treatment per day. There are two main areas for improvement: Firstly, the resort is quite far from the town, and the shuttle bus service only runs one service to the city and two back to the hotel a day. If you opt for a taxi, it takes approximately 45 minutes to reach the town. Secondly, dining options are limited, with only two on-site eateries and no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby.

Very, very kind! Basically, all staffs are very kind. And, for 1 by 1 guest, they try best to make the guest feels comfortable. In my case, all service was excellent, especially, cooking class was spwcial experience. All staff in restaurant focus only on my family. And also, the staff(Mr. Huy Khanh) who is in charge of me tried best to make my family's comfortable. He always smiles and let us know useful information.
