New Braunfels Map, Address, Transportation & Nearest Stations and Airport

Cute little hotel on the river, super friendly staff, nicely decorated, love the outdoor fireplace and all the cats roaming (to keep the mice away). Not very clean! Our room had debris on the floors, there is ripped furniture in lobby dining area and after ordering a $60 breakfast for 2, a roach crawled across my napkin. The employee kept trying to get it - gross. Noticed old food under dining tables. We got reimbursed and went to Pats Place for a clean and yummy brunch. Last but not least, this hotel has the thinnest floors and walls. You can hear every step above and in the hallway not to mention a group of students down the hall banged on our door after midnight then hid after my husband followed him to his room.

The staff were all very accommodating & kind, which is what we needed after a VRBO fiasco. The breakfast was great with a nice variety, the room was very clean, and it was nice to have dishes and the little kitchenette to make drinks or eat our takeout dinner. The beds were firm, but very comfortable!

Would be better with free breakfast at the price. Other than that no complaints. Rooms were very clean, parking was easy and lit. Staff was also very accommodating. Will most likely use this hotel again.

We were visiting New Braunfels in Texas Hill Country, a very scenic town originally settled by German immigrants which retains much of its German culture of food and hospitality. We needed a place to stay, so chose the Fairfield Inn since I've had god experience with this brand. It was a good choice. The hotel is clean and well-maintained with modern decor. The beds were very comfortable and restful. It's easy to access from the Interstate, but is far enough from the highway that there was no traffic noise to disturb our sleep. It is also convenient to the Gruene historical area, with antique shops and a restaurant well worth visiting. As a Fairfield, it provides a complimentary hot breakfast to fortify you for the day ahead. We certainly enjoyed our stay.
