The hotel staff provides very good service. When I was checking in at the front desk, a bellhop offered me a bottle of water. The next day after checking in, I had difficulty in tuning the TV, after I enquired on the phone, in no time someone was at the door to help me . The waiters are very acquiescent and courteous. When I had breakfast, which was included, they asked if I would like it in my room, to which I answered no. I had an apple, which I couldn't cut with the restaurant knife, the waiter said, ”Let me help you.” He then took the apple to the kitchen & returned with a plate of apple slices for me. The hotel is new, but signs of wears & tears are showing. However, it doesn't dampen my experience there, for the ambience is warm & cosy. When I am tired, I can really relax in my room without venturing outside. On the wall where the kettle is used, there is some mould; sink in the bathroom is cracked; the handle of the shower can be detached; ceiling of bathroom looks improperly assembled. Attached are photos of the areas that need maintenance, but I don't mind for the quality of service more than make up for it.
