1. Lot: There is a 3-5 minute distance from the beach. The hotel can send a car to the hotel's exclusive beach club at any time. Very convenient, when I arrived at the club, some staff took ice water and ice towels to the tanning pavilion where the beach towels were laid, as well as mosquito repellent and sunscreen. The hotel is in the mountains, the scenery is very good, in the lobby and restaurant can view the scenery under the mountain. 2, design: Australian designers 25 years ago, today's works are still so elegant, temperament! 3, facilities: the pool is large, there is an all-day restaurant, a good library. I can’t see it completely 25 years ago, and it’s managed quite well! 4, service: Amman, these two words explain everything, no more multilingual! 5, value-added: I don't know the relationship between spring break, one day free charter service, and free shuttle service, solve many problems, very good value-added service experience! After staying for 3 days and 2 nights, it is regrettable that the driver who sent the plane on the last day learned that the landlord will be closed at the end of February 2018 because the landlord will not renew his contract. Very sad! But also very fortunate, AMANNUSA was chosen in the last hotel in Bali. Forever Amman! I hope that 150 employees in the hotel will be well!

Thank you ever so much for having us at Bvlgari Resort Bali, such a prestigious resort. I’ll take this chance to thank all the staff members, in particular Dewa, who has been amazing assisting us throughout our stay in the beautifully prepared and welcoming villa. He has been present and formal to us at all times. Same goes for butler Stefanus that after carefully observing our preferences he has provided us with a basket of local fruits, a beautiful surprise that contributed to our amazing experience at the villa and more importantly Bali. A thank you also to the housekeeping team that has been so professional to guarantee villa cleaning and make up at times when we were not in the villa to keep us our space and ensure privacy at all times. Having had such a nice family time we are looking forward to repeat this experience again at Bvulgari hopefully for a longer time period

My friend and I organised a trip to Bali and we stayed at Ubud for two nights. This place is unique, secluded and exquisite. It's unlike any other resort with a massive sign to point at the direction. From the moment our driver entered resort driveway, we felt the great sense of privacy and seclusion. The whole place is like a village with the lobby, the restaurant and the gaming room as the centre and rest of the tents (aka your hotel rooms) scattered all over the property, with unique themes. We stayed at the Archiver's room. It's stunning and one-of-a-kind. The tent came with a private pool facing the jungle, and the outdoor shower is fantastic. I loved the bathroom design and all the facilities. Bed was so comfortable, and staff members were kind and helpful, and they remembered our names. The complimentary afternoon tea and cocktails were so great. The cocktails are above and beyond my expectations. If you are looking for gifts to bring back to your family and friends, I strongly recommend the coffee soap bar. My friend and I loved how it exfoliates and in the meantime not leaving dryness on the skin. The Indonesian food served at the restaurant is a must-try. I highly recommend the pork ribs and nasi goreng. What makes Capella so unique is that it provide you with the chance to immerse into the local community to engage and discover local heritage and culture, and meeting some fascinating people along the way. Overall, this place is one of a kind. During our stay, I heard other guests compared Capella at Ubud with Four Seasons in Chiang-Mai. I have stayed at both places, and the two have completely different vibes and ambience. Four seasons rooms are actually brick and wood constructions but the Capella rooms are actually ” tents”, with wood frames and a canopy as the roof. So we fell asleep both nights while listening to the raindrops on the canopy. It's so soothing and relaxing. Capella has offered the opportunity to enjoy a luxurious service and experience while embracing the wildness. Additional: Shout out to Dedy and staff members who offered such above and beyond services. After we left Capella instantly we regreted of not purchasing the coffee soap bars as souvenirs. When I called the Lobby, Dedy arranged to have them delivered all the way from Ubud to Jimbaran to our resort. It's not only my escape experience but also the fantastic people from Capella that left such a deep impression on me. It's definitely a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend to stay.

I have stayed in hundreds of luxury hotels around the world, and this hotel is considered to be among the best in terms of overall quality. The location, facilities, and services are all worthy of the word ”luxury” and I will definitely come back in the future. The hotel is located at a corner of the Ayung River Valley. The exterior is integrated with the original forest landscape, but the interior is modern enough and has the characteristics of a rainforest hotel. There are only 60 rooms in the entire hotel, and various service staff can be seen everywhere busy or waiting for your call. Every waiter is extremely considerate and considerate, and many of the service details are impressive. Miss Justin's Chinese-speaking butler service is very convenient. Just send her a message and everything will be arranged immediately. The Ayung River rafting project provided by the hotel is highly recommended. Although the price is much more expensive than outside, after experiencing it, I feel that you get what you pay for. The whole experience arrangement is very comfortable, and there will be surprises when you come back. Two points are worth noting: 1. After all, it is a rainforest. There will be more mosquitoes when you ”enjoy the coolness” outside at night, but there are almost no mosquitoes inside the room. 2. The swimming pool of the Villa is very large, but the water is a bit cold this season. The temperature of the hotel's main swimming pool is more suitable.

Perfect stay. I was only there for one night, but I made full use of and enjoyed my room (villa) with pool. My expectations were exceeded, perfect ambience, top service.

It is really not a cover to say that amankila has great stamina. There are views everywhere. The three-story swimming pool and beach area are very beautiful. There are quite few people, and the sense of vacation is full. Various special activities and individually customized dinners are quite surprising. The service is so exaggerated that all the employees know you, you don’t even need to sign a bill for any consumption, the room will be cleaned how many times a day, and there is a car to pick up and drop off to the airport or other hotels for free.

The rush to Bali was mainly for taking wedding photos. I didn't expect the hotel to give us such a wonderful trip. 1. About pick-up and drop-off: free pick-up and drop-off from hotel, and then free pick-up and drop-off in Nusa Dua area ... I have trouble picking up and dropping off the hotel ten times in the past few days ... Thank you again! 2. Regarding accommodation: The hotel's indoor environment is very comfortable. The pool is cleaned every day. The water temperature is suitable. The lady at the front desk asked me whether the temperature of the water is cold or not and I need to adjust it ... very sweet. The interior and exterior of the room are very clean and tidy. There are several indoor and outdoor mosquito coils and electric mosquito coils. I didn't even get a bite in Bali! Happy to die! 3. About breakfast: There are many packages to choose from. Chinese and American breakfasts are recommended. Bread and fried noodles can no longer be delicious. I want to go back to China ... floating breakfast requires a separate meal. The cost is about 150 yuan, which is not expensive! 4. About the wine list: In the evening, my husband asked for vodka and whiskey and milkshake in the hotel ... The milkshake is super delicious ... The wine does not have Chinese but can understand basic English. There is a free beer, cola, and sprite in the refrigerator, just drink it. Drink prices are reasonable! 5. About the location: It is safe and quiet in the quiet and luxurious hotel group of Nusa Dua, which is very suitable for vacation ⛱️ It is next to Nusa Dua beach and only five minutes walk from the hotel, super convenient. There is also a free shower service when you return from the beach, even if you have checked out, you can come back to shower! 6. About the spa: There is a separate spa villa in the hotel, and staying at the hotel will give us 30mins free spa service for each person. spa prices are more reasonable! Don't miss it!
