Quality Hotel Taylors Lakes Map, Address, Transportation & Nearest Stations and Airport

First time staying at this hotel and love the location. Very accessible to alot different tram lines and also near the central station Southbank Cross. Room is on the dark side but that is the style of the hotel. Only weird part is the shower room has no door to close when showing so that is quite unusual. Day on day housekeeping is not consistent with some days not having free bottle water replaced and towels not replaced with new ones. But overall will definitely choose back this hotel for accessibility and service and room size.

This is probably one of the most affordable Park Hyatt Hotel in the world. Elegant & classic design. Love it. The room access card was faulty & on a few occasions l had to replace it at the front desk. That was quite annoying after a long day out. The food service at the lobby lounge was terribly slow. It took more than 30 minutes for my food to arrive.

The most satisfactory hotel in Australia this time. Although the facilities are a bit old, it is clean and the user experience is good. The mattress is moderately soft and hard. The curtains have good shading effect. It is very friendly for me as a light sleeper. The location is very convenient, just in dockland, melbourne centre30 Road is eight minutes away, very clean and well equipped.

The staffs are nice and friendly,checking in and checking out was quick great location me and my partner are very happy with our stay

Excellent location. All branded shoppings & fine dinings are within walking distance. Hotel staff are extremely friendly & helpful. l would rate their service better than those from Park Hyatt Melbourne. Only complaint was the poor sound proof. l can hear noices from neighbouring room clearly. This is a let down that the hotel gotta look into it.

The hire is low-key situated at a side street along Spencer Street/Southern-cross station with around 5 min's walk. I really like the design/decoration of the hotel - probably because I'm a wood lover. It's just quite classic yet a bit fashionable? Not quite sure what word to use cause I'm not a fashion chaser. The swimming pool feels relaxing and it's a bit dim (which makes me feel safe and private). The breakfast does not offer a huge range of selection - but everything is well prepared with good quality. I particularly like their salad which I could keep eating haha.

I was charged the check-in deposit. Instead of holding the credit card amount, they actually accidentally charged to my card. Check your credit card bill or confirm the cancelation of holding credit card amount when you check out. I did get the refund of the check-in deposit but it took several email and calls with the hotel and my bank. Very troublesome.

The location is very good. It is only 10 minutes walk from Southern Cross. Skybus goes directly to the airport. The street in the middle of the ancient building is very beautiful. The breakfast is also good. The facilities are a little old, but the maintenance is OK. The area is also large enough.
