Pretty good, clean and tidy, strategic location, convenient for meeting customers. The service attitude of the hotel is good, and the food is also very delicious. It’s just that the beer in the bar on top of the hotel is too expensive😵

It was reported that there were too many mosquitoes last time, this time it is worthy of praise. There is no re-experience of the last time in the basic room. This time I lived in a club room, and the supporting executive lounge needs to be complained about. It’s embarrassing to take a few bottles of drinks and say no, you have to drink them in the lounge or pay for them. I want to ask how much the hotel is short of for drinks? The customer-oriented service awareness is still not enough. We should study how to make the guests live comfortably, instead of thinking about where we can charge more money.

Old five star hotel..... Lots of flight attendants check in..... Good location, convenient travel... Hotel bed sheets are clean... Friendly service...

It's not bad. There are many people in the center of the city. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and will help you solve any problems. I will choose to stay next time. Very good experience, clean and hygienic, no smell, no mosquitos

Loved this hotel. Rooms were kept clean, beds were comfy and staff were very helpful. The hotel has a great pool area, stunning view from the gym and a sauna. Didn’t make use of the spa facilities and didn’t eat in the hotel much (1 breakfast and 1 lunch).

This hotel is in city center which is best for location, large Central Park , university , hospital all are around it, international standard breakfast was amazing. Resturent has variety of food at dinner buffet, living conform with large room. Bathtub was fantastic. Reception and housekeeping personnel was carrying. I live to live there again.

The security level is high and you need safety luggage when entering. The front desk staff was enthusiastic, the room service was attentive, and they also gave welcome fruits. I particularly like the gardens in the lobby and backyard, which are suitable for business discussions Worth staying for home travel and business trips

The hotel is quite satisfactory, and the overall feeling is not big, which is equivalent to three to four stars in China. It is estimated that it is opened by rich local people, not like the five-star international standard. But overall clean and safe

My 1st time to Bangladesh for work trip, and glad to stay in Crowne Plaza for 4 nights. I wished to thank all the staff for the great services. Special thanks to Ms Shinthia, Mr Sawan, Mr Farhan, Mr Manazi, Mr Rakib, Mr Absar and Mr Kadih. They are very friendly, thoughtful, polite and attentive. They are always ready to serve and really cheerful too. Ms Shinthia has good memory and remembers I drink Americano in the morning and always get it ready when she sees me. Mr Kadih who is from the housekeeping team is very attentive and patient too. Though Mr Absar is new but he is always ready to serve and tried his best to communicate with the guest. You have a good team which is commendable and had made my stay a great one. I'll definitely be back on next work trip. Once again all the best and keep up the good work too. Cheers :)
