I live in the area and would offen attend the hotel bar restaurant area for drinks and food with friends, This time i went with my toddler and we sat outside , she made friends with another family and while the adults were chatting the girls were out on the grass and drew on the rocks outside with markers , the manager approached the kids on the situation and when I noticed I called the women manager over to see what was going on , she asked could the kids not draw on the rocks and would we like to have paper brought out for them , I said oh no I’m so sorry and no we won’t need any paper , shortly after with out me asking for it the waitress brings me my tab , again i thought it was weird because i didn’t ask for it , they take it and hold it for a long time finally the manager comes out and says they will be putting a hold on my card for possible damage fees for the rocks , me and the family next to me was so alarmed because this was not mentioned prior to taking my card which I find to very sneaky and rude , immediately i said no it’s washable marker and suggested the manager bring water and soap , to see it’ll wash off the rocks , the manager never apologized she bought a bucket with water and i wiped the marker off which you can see in the video I’m attaching , and she just simply shrugged and said ok well I’ll let my director no .. I have never been so rudely embarrassed and disrespected and mistreated and to not even receive an apology ? Is unacceptable and as you can see in the pictures no marker is to be seen because it easily came right off

Let me just say this has been my go-to in Atlanta for a few years now. We stay here about 3x a year. I have never had a bad experience here. The property is impeccably clean. Friendly and helpful staff as always. The Office Bar food is reasonably priced and good. The rooftop pool and bar, again, exceeds all my service expectations. I hope they don't change as I plan to keep coming here. It feels like a home away from home for me.

We have stayed here for years for an annual conference at Georgia Tech and this year was terrible. The biggest issue was that we parked 1 day, @ $45/per day because we got in late and moved the car to the G-Tech garage for $25/day. When we left there was a line at the check in/out kiosk so I checked out on the mobile app. When we got home and looked at the bill they charged us for 2 more nights. $90! We immediately called and was told that they would contact accounting, give them 7 – 10 days to adjust. Did Not Happen. Called again after 11 days and got the same line. No one ever contacted us. So we are out $90 and paid another $50 for the other parking. I am Lifetime Titanium, so good luck to others who have no status. VERY disappointing. Pros: • Location • Some staff members • Room layout/upgrade Cons: • We understand the new cleaning rules and are okay with it BUT when you don’t get the towels you requested, they NEVER emptied the garbage, as requested, and basically didn’t listen to the few requests we had, like wanting more toilet paper. • Complimentary breakfast one day because the restaurant was closed was terrible. • Restaurant breakfast, that reopened, which used to be really good, was not and we only went one time, even though I get it for free. We will be staying at the Georgia Tech hotel as we attend the conference in the future.

It seems that the furniture renovated in 10 years is a bit retro. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is very good. I didn’t drive the hotel that day. I went out to buy something. The hotel downstairs Mercedes-Benz S400 shuttle

The room was ok, but the air conditioner was too loud. The worst thing was that we forgot an airpod in the room. The phone received a notification that the location was the hotel address, but the hotel denied it and said they couldn't find it. Then they kept delaying. After several contacts, they said they didn't have it and were perfunctory. In the end, they didn't return it. Ctrip gave 400 yuan as compensation, but the hotel didn't say anything. Absolutely bad review!

The treatment of the staff was very good. The room is good. Location is good and always used. I am thinking of using it again next time.

Decided to stay at Courtyard Atlanta Midtown due to it's proximity to the metro train station and it's location while attending a conference. Room was super clean and spacious. Modern design. Midtown definitely is the place to be. I will say what was the cherry on top of the Sunday was the wonderful customer service I experience. Shout out to John M (bartender) he was being pulled into several directions but never lost his cool and was super friendly when he came to get my drink order. Definitely recommend this location.

The hotel is very nice. The opportunity was upon checking in at the hotel at between 8:30pm - 9:30pm the female was not friendly at all. She was very abrupt in speaking. As a Platinum Elite when I asked about points she told me that I would not get points for my stay. Also, at approximately 4am in the morning, someone was trying to get Into our room, when my boyfriend went to the door to tell the female who appeared to be drunk she just keep insisting for him to open the door. I called down to the Front Desk to let them know and whoever it was that worked that shift came upstairs to get that person. I am a Corporate person who travels 99% for my job and Marriott hotels are our company Preferred hotel. As I stated the rooms are very nice inside, I now will have to travel to Atlanta now for business due to it now being my territory, but I am reluctant in choosing this hotel due to the check-in experience. But, I can say that my check-out experience was much better from your front desk guy this morning.
