Jumeirah in Oman must be the most satisfying hotel I have ever stayed in so far. The whole family is full of praises. It's rare to give a hotel full marks in terms of hardware, service, and environment. It's truly impeccable. The staff are very welcoming and responsive. The room is very clean and tidy. Everything is wonderful. The hotel is located next to a natural rock and beach, surrounded by mountains and seas. Under the bright sun, nature integrates the hotel into a natural scenery. When entering the room, I was amazed by the sea view in front of me. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, the natural interest is used as a visual extension of the indoor space, bringing the aura of nature into the indoor atmosphere. You won't feel monotonous when you stay here without leaving home. You can go to the hotel swimming pool and beach at any time, order a drink on the lounge chair and enjoy sunbathing, or take a dip in the sea, which is comfortable and comfortable.

I went to this hotel this time to celebrate my wedding anniversary. The hotel has a beautiful environment, beautiful scenery on both sides of the beach, and spectacular cliffs. The scenery is worth the price of admission. In addition, the hotel's catering is also very good, and overall I am very satisfied. In addition, I checked out on Easter Sunday, and the hotel was decorated with Easter eggs and Easter rabbits, which made it very festive.

A little surprise, romantic beach and manor style, the most satisfactory hotel service: attentive and meticulous Concierge: very enthusiastic to send towel + ginger tea + thoughtful explanation service Guest room: In the 21st century, I have stayed in many hotels. For the first time, I feel that this hotel still retains the [Turndown Service] that I wrote in my school books. Breakfast: I thought it was an ordinary buffet, but the staple food is a separate a la carte service, which is also quite attentive

The hotel is quiet, and the overall design style of the hotel is typical of the Middle East. The longest swimming pool in the whole bay will have a bonfire at night, which is full of atmosphere. The mini bar is rich and the restaurant is first-class.

Amazing time spent at the Ritz. Feeling like royalty as you step in as it was previously the Sultan’s palace. After a day of adventuring you feel as you’ve entered a haven of peace. The staff was helpful, elegant, and really trying to satisfy every need. They also have one of the best Chinese gastronomic restaurants I have tasted. My favorite amenities were available as they are supplied by Diptyque. Last but not least the location takes your breath away, from the poolside and beachside.

Everything is good, except that there are too many crows in the hotel. Also, if you swim at the hotel beach, please be careful. I just found out from chatting with someone that two guests had accidents last month. Don't swim too far. Be careful when you go into the water in April and early May. There are certain risks at that time, and lifeguards on the shore are useless. Safety is the first priority when you go out to play.

Staying at the Shangri La Al Husn Muscat has been one of the highlights of our time in the Middle East. We decided to go for my girlfriends birthday and the team worked exceptionally well with me to deliver a unforgettable experience. Getting to the Shangri La was a bit of a challenge and taxis do not come cheap in Oman. Though it was not challenging I do wish there was a pickup/drop off option for the guests. The inclusive breakfast was wonderful and ordering off the menu assured that everything you ordered stayed fresh. There was a mixup with our order due to a language barrier but the food was still phenomenal. The in room breakfast and room service was a highlight as it allowed you to take full advantage of the room and with the inbuilt heaters in the dining table assured the food stayed hot. The value for money on in room dining was disappointing as an order of a burger and fries came with a small amount of fries, however that was fixed with our next order. The afternoon tea was delicious, highlights being the fromage and watermelon and the scones. Each afternoon tea was different and kept the palate excited. The happy hour beverages were also included and always came with a suprise canapé from the restaurant. In terms of the staycation, it was perfect. The interior and exterior of the hotel is beautiful and the sound of the ocean left you relaxed for the stay. I would like to raise that there was a lot of sealife by the beach which deterred us from swimming in the sea as we had heard a lot about the Omani coast and didn’t have much confidence in the beach patrol and lifeguards there. We noticed some playing on their phones but they were always happy to assist taking a picture for the two of us. I would suggest a more upfront approach when it comes to what you can expect in the sea there. A visitors lounge was also available allowing you to take full opportunity of the facilities till you left for your next adventure.

Al Husn hotel has a great location and all the staff are extremely friendly and attentative. However, breakfast time can be a little chaotic due to lack of staff and many tables are left uncleared causing delays for person coming in for breakfast.

Exceptional experience from opening the taxi door to saying goodbye to all the amazing and attentive staff. The welcome atmosphere in every part of the hotel was beyond expectations. A welcome upgrade to our room also added to our overwhelming privileged time spent at this world class hotel. A massive thank everyone for allowing us to join in the Oman National Day celebration too. And your own sobering ritual, was both educational and delicious as well. What more can we say but “Thank you”!!!!! We will be certain to return. Cordialement Geoff and Mikey
Decent hotel, rooms were big for nothing really cheap and plain decor fake marble tiles room interior was not matching the hotel price or downstairs lobby, for the price of hotel all amenities and mini bar was chargeable also price of breakfast was not worth the money, the dressing table was a joke unusable plugs socket on dressing table, huge construction site outside the hotel only attraction was the 5 star restaurants on site keep your wallets loaded 😉

A new and trendy looking hotel in Muscat with a Great beautiful swimming pool. Conveniently located to the stunning Royal Opera House and Boulevard shopping/dining mall. Rooms and large and spacious with balconies and terraces. Staff is friendly and provide excellent service. Hotel has good selection of restaurants (steakhouse, excellent Chinese restaurant). The only drawback is lack of private beach, especially for those who prefer to swim in the sea.

A beautiful and comfortable hotel on the shore with excellent service, comfortable rooms and picturesque views. The hotel's restaurants and breakfast are of a high standard. The hotel provides a shuttle to the malls and Mutrah Souq. The staff is very friendly and also assists in organizing tours. The location is a little far from the center, as well as malls and attractions, but is excellent for a quiet and comfortable stay.

The scenery in the hotel is beautiful. As soon as we entered the door, we saw a little turtle welcoming us. The children had a great time. The overall feeling was pretty good. The children will go again next month! It's just that the children's amusement park in the hotel introduction is not open for some reason, which is a bit regretful!

Kempinski left a great impression. Elegant, discreet, noble, minimalist hotel. Since the sea is nearby, there is a specific smell in the room due to the constant humidity, although this may be because the room was on the 0th floor. Immediately after cleaning it disappears, but then appears again. My accommodation option is HB. For those who love to eat delicious food, this is the smartest choice. Dinners are very varied, there really is something for every taste: meat, fish, desserts, appetizers - the variety is simply mind-boggling! Themed dinners are also organized. Thus, one of the evenings was dedicated to Turkish cuisine. The pool is great. There are even 2 of them. One with access to the beach. The beach may not be the most impressive. Here, depending on what you compare with. The hotel area is small. There is an area around where many expats live. A few steps away is a pleasant embankment, with a yacht pier, numerous cafes, and a shopping center. A wonderful option for walking, either in the morning or in the evening. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. They remember all your preferences the first time and are always ready to help. On the eve of check-in, I received a questionnaire in which the hotel asked me to indicate my wishes and preferences. I wrote about a later check-out and the hotel confirmed this possibility to me without charging additional payment.

First of all, there is no door service at the gate. You have to go in and ask someone for parking. Then the deluxe sea view room can't see the sea. You have to lie on the guardrail of the balcony to see the sea in the distance. 3,500 yuan. This hotel has no room facing the sea at all. It is estimated that the sea view room is next to the sea. Unlike the definition of our Chinese, breakfast is average, there are more Middle Eastern beans and soups, the only freshly squeezed juice is better, the individual waitress in the restaurant has a problem with the attitude, saying that it is self-service, self-service refers to the meal is not not service, house keeping also knocked on the door and opened the door directly. I asked him why he opened the door, he said he knocked on the door and I didn't squeak, I was speechless, didn't complain to him, saw that he kept apologizing, anyway, this Kempinski I will definitely not visit again

Recently stayed at the Grand Millennium in Muscat, Oman. Having driven from Dubai, on arrival there was no valet parking but the Porter was instantly present to take care of the luggage which was efficiently dispatched to my room. Mr Ashraf at check-in was exemplary and continued to be so for my 14 day stay. I had initially booked a club room and Arhab, the chief steward in the Club Lounge, was very helpful and delivered excellent service. The Grand Millennium has a roof-top pool with fantastic views over Muscat City to the Gulf of Oman on the horizon. There is also a poolside bar (where Amy the bartender gently delivers fresh, cooling watermelon to your sun lounger) and an impressive roof-top tennis court. Mr Wilson the friendly Spa Manager can arrange swimming lessons and tennis coaching. Whilst I didn’t take advantage of the lessons, I did use the gym, the jacuzzi and the steam room/sauna on the ground floor where I was warmly greeted regularly by the effervescent and kind personality that is Safiya who would also present me with a complimentary bottle of water for my workout. The room itself is a good size. The bathroom has a separate bath and a walk-in rain shower. Housekeeping is attentive and efficient, both Mohammed A & Mohammed I were very helpful. The breakfast buffet requires some attention, it was lacking in content and not very inspiring. The breakfast service itself was also equally uninspiring. In this mediocre environment two individuals that stood out were Sultan and the lady chef, both were excellent and on point. The hotel links directly via a short indoor walkway into the Muscat Grand Mall where there is a food court with an array of international food outlets and a number of coffee shops and cafes. There is also a Carrefour supermarket in the mall which sells ready to eat hot food and snacks. The Al Rifai nuts concession in the Grand Mall is worth checking out. Oman Avenues Mall and a LuLu Hypermarket are within a short walk. The LuLu also serves ready to eat hot food/snacks. If you have your own transport the local drive-in cafe/fast food establishments are pretty good and deliver a hot cup of Karak Chai directly to your car. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I would stay at this hotel again.

I loved my stay at the Sheraton Oman. The staff were wonderful- they bent over backwards to help us. I had a couple minor issues with my room, and they came as soon as I informed them, and were fixed immediately. One of the housekeepers picked up the robe I’d been using when they were cleaning and when I asked for a replacement they brought 2 more! They were happy to bring me extra nespresso pods and milk a couple times too. The restaurant staff were so attentive and helpful- Tharindu, Pravda and Khalid and the chef, Krishna- they brought us out coffees and juices at breakfast and made sure I had everything I needed. They allowed my friend and I to eat off the a la carte menu at dinner instead of the iftar menu, since the other hotel restaurants were closed for Ramadan; and when we said we had to leave early at 5am for our flight they packed a lovely to-go box with pastries, fruit, coffee, juice and eggs. I personally really appreciated that the gym was open 24 hours so I could work out before breakfast, and the equipment was pretty good for a hotel gym! My only note for other travelers would be that the hotel is a little far from some of the touristy sights of Muscat. Also, there aren’t many alternative food options around the hotel. But the hotel itself has lots of great options so for us it worked out absolutely fine.
