Ok, where do I start off? Arrival: George welcomed us to their homestay and took the time to answer all questions we had and more. He is a very friendly, honest and patient *** with a ”Can Do” attitude. After speaking to him, we knew: were, what, when, how and how much. The Room: Very clean room with AC and Ceiling fan, good shower and plenty of warm water. There also seemed to be a little kitchen we didn't use which might be handy for some guests. Hospitality: George & Daisy are some of the nicest people you will meet on this planet. Very caring & honest. I was sick for some of my stay and Daisy nursed me back to health with some homemade remedies. George had some tips on medicine and within 2 days I was back to feeling ay okey! They saved our trip to Kerala. Thank you so much. I can recommend Elim Homestay to anyone visiting Kochi. 5 stars across the board!

Property location is good, on national highway. Had breakfast from the hotel, starts little late from 8:30 am, but food was tasty and served in room on request. There is no provision to make tea and coffee in room, but they gave one kettle after requesting them. Hygiene part is ok, needs more improvement. Water pressure in the tap was not sufficient due to frequent power supply change over. The staff was very friendly and helpful and maintained minimum safety standard. This property have sufficient car parking area. The compound is little crowded with locals in the evening, mainly because of bar. Overall experience was ok for one night stay.

Talking about Retaj apartment, It was a pretty good room, with clean bed and washroom, nice air conditioning . A small complain about the food court, it is a bitt distant from the apartment and it is really difficult to walk to the court and eat after a tiring day. But it's just my opinion, but overall it was a nice and superb experience...👍

Rooms were spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained” ”the hotel's cleanliness surpassed my expectations” comfortable accommodations: ”beds were exceptionally comfortable” the rooms are nicely done and very comfortable to stay in. The sleep quality was excellent. I did not try the food but the restaurant looked quite nice and if i had to guess, i would say the food would match. Everything about the hotel was worth the price tag.

The place was located near the Fort Kochi Beach and centre of Fort Kochi. Standard rooms with good service. Loved the stay. Beach is very nearby from the location and shopping through the Princess street was a good experience. There are ***y cafes nearby our stay to explore.
