I was arranging a charity dinner and rooms for up to 90 in the Great Hall. The location is beautiful, and the hotel is clean and well presented. All of the staff I encountered throughout the booking, arrangements and the event itself were exceptional. They were always polite, professional and couldn't do enough to help. The evening went extremely well with fantastic feedback on the hotel, the food and also the staff from all who attended. If you're looking for a location to arrange an event, look no further.

The standard rooms are small and old-fashioned, with no lift. Breakfast is full English breakfast, no noodles, no fried rice, no porridge, only bread butter butter bacon sausage fried tomato omelette scrambled eggs beans, coffee juice yogurt fruit. Strange things must be handed over by the waiter, not taken by yourself.

Well located but room was very hot, noisy fan system, not ideal. Would've expected air conditioned room. Not the greatest of breakfast choice. Expected more, got bang average.

It’s about 10 min walk from the train station. The front desk gentleman was very welcoming and helpful. I arrived around noon time before the official check in and he offered an early check in with no hassle

Check in was smooth. Receptionist were friendly and helpful. Hotel is located is a very good location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city Center, yet very close to pop in and out when need. Overall, we had a fabulous time at Holiday Inn Peterborough. I’d recommend it any day.

The size of the hotel room is okay, the bathroom is quite big, but it is a bit old, and the sound insulation is slightly poor. Fortunately, the floor is not high, because you need to carry the suitcase upstairs. The location is good, within walking distance from the train station, bus station and the central area. In addition, there is no restaurant, so if you need breakfast, the hotel will prepare a simple breakfast and deliver it to the room.

We stayed here 2 nights from the 29th October. Everything about this place was very good. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was ver y clean and comfortable good nights sleep. The breakfast was really good with enough choice. If you wanted you could take good away little Brown bags provided. Even at evening time girl at reception told me to help myself to an not chocolate from the machine which was really good. We certainly would stay at any Holiday Inn express again. We had originally booked into another hotel in the district. On arrival we found our room to be cold and damp with a dirty floor, dust everywhere, and a bathroom with a musty smell and black mould everywhere and a shower head that was filthy. All this despite being rated highly by other travellers on Trip Advisor! We asked to see other rooms and they were similar. A quick internet search and a 20 mile dash through the night brought us at almost midnight to Travelodge Peterborough Eye Green. Here we found a warm welcome, a clean, warm room, with a large, comfortable, pristine bed, alongside a spotlessly clean bathroom, access to television and wi-fi, with a ready supply of tea/coffee / milk to revive us. Alongside the hotel was a welcoming Starbucks. What could have been a disaster of a weekend was rescued because of Travelodge. Thank You!

Useful and clean stop off on a long journey on the A1. Lots of food options next door in the services. The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. My room was on the ground floor and I was worried about the traffic noise being so close to the A1M but I didn’t hear anything.
