Small hotel, don't expect too much, after all, here is also passing by

We had the best time at this hotel, everything was awesome (literally) :D Room was great, with a view to the water park, service was good and breakfast had a variety of cuisines. The only thing which can be improved is the shower - maybe can replace the shower head to a better one with more spray types and add a rain shower as well. But this doesn't take away anything from the overall great experience we had :) Will definitely visit again!

Location is near JG CIQ which is a walkable distance but will recommend to grab there directly if you have many luggages as this is the newer block nearer to the waterfront. We took some time to locate it for first time. Stayed at a high floor and have a good view of Woodlands. Apartment was relatively clean and new. It is a three bedroom condo with sufficient space to for our 7pax group.

The apartment belongs to the UHA group. Be sure to pay attention to the place where the key is not in the same place as the hotel. First whatsapp contact UHA to get the office address and gate password. Go to the key yourself. Go to the hotel again. Less wrong roads. The location is very good, there is a swimming pool with sea view. 10 minutes grab drive from Legoland. You can cook your own basic cookers. Suitable for a family of four.

Location map is not accurate, takes some time to ask around and find the correct block. Carpark entrance is very narrow and guard keeps preventing home stay customers from entering the allocated carpark. Place is well kept, clean and bright, and has an amzing view. Beletime Mall is also just nearby, so amenities and food wise not a problem. Management also responds to queries. Nice place for families.
