The Map House Map, Address, Transportation & Nearest Stations and Airport

Still my favorite Four Seasons, one of their best properties. Not just because it's physically stunning, but because of the outstanding service. They always recognize us as returning guests, upgraded our room, and provided multiple amenities over the course of our 8-night stay. Housekeeping is very conscientious and responsive to any request. When our waiter forgot to put our breakfast order in, he comped our beverages, even though it was actually better for us as we had a late-arriving guest joining us, and we appreciated that they didn't rush us or have a problem with that. Even when I inquired about late checkout on a day I knew they were sold out, instead of just saying no, they apologized that they could only give me an extra half hour. That gracious response speaks volumes to their customer service approach, and makes the guest feel valued. The location is good, and the house car service is much appreciated. I can't imagine wanting to stay anywhere else in Philadelphia.

Our experience at The Franklin on Rittenhouse was absolutely amazing. We were greeted by John and another sweet woman at the front desk, and they were so kind and helpful. We stayed in “The Monarch” room on the first floor. It is a very comfortable and romantic room. It was also extremely clean and updated! I loved the rainfall style shower as well. While booking the room, I mentioned that we were celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday, and the hotel we so kind to write her a card and left chocolates on the bed. It was such a thoughtful gesture. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience here. I highly recommend booking your stay here if you are looking for an amazing boutique hotel experience.

Facilities: The facilities are good, but some needs such as refrigerators and microwave ovens need to be called separately, but the hotel will respond in a timely manner. Hygiene: Hygiene is very good, clean and tidy! Environment: The geographical location is extremely superior, and it is very convenient to do everything. Ordering Chinese food takeaway is very close to Chinatown, and the food is always hot when it is delivered.

First class location, the facilities are a bit old

We booked a night at Fitler to finish our trip in beauty! What we thought! More than disappointed, I regret to have paid as expensive for it. I disadvise strongly. Nothing is well indicated. Apart from a paper in your room....you must ask the staff every time for anything.Finally....if this is ready to answer you ... Spacious room ok! But very badly soundless! We asked 2 breakfasts for the next morning, so a woman answered us positively. Breakfast from 8h. 8h30 we are down, super good surprise!!!!! Vacuum room, staff disappeared! Just a poor bank card to tell us that there are no breakfasts on Sunday but a brunch at 11h. Little hot swimming pool dirty!
