The villa is new and clean, large and has many rooms. It sings karaoke very new. The water quality of the swimming pool is also good. BBQ can be ordered. The housekeeper is also very considerate and the service is first-class!

I needed to contact the agent via WhatsApp, but the reply was not timely, maybe because it was the New Year. Later, I contacted Ctrip customer service and was told to transfer a deposit of 100🐎 online. Later, they said that it was not necessary if you don’t have a local account. The room was in an apartment in the community and the environment was average. , far away from Jonker Street. I checked out an hour after checking in and changed hotels...

Pros: Very refreshing welcome drink ginger ale BUT cold towel was smelly. Friendly frontdesk staffs. Beautiful hotel & great ambience. Room is spacious & clean. Cold & adjustable aircond with ceiling fan. Comfortable bed & pillows. Separate toilet, shower and bath tub; with bath salt & rubber duck. Free and covered parking, parking attendants even cleaning up your car windscreen for free. Free wifi. Complimentary in-room coffee makers & menu bar items. Satisfying breakfast buffet. No deposit required. Walking distance to Jonker Street & other nearby attractions. Quality herbal-smell toiletries. Cons: Arrived early but need to wait quite sometimes as room was not ready. Long lines at the front desk during my check-out. No bidet. Limited tv channels. Lousy noise when using water spray next to toilet.

One of the best hotel I stayed in Melaka. Great location, staff are friendly and welcoming, room are clean & spacious. My room was facing the Melaka River and I can see boat cruise passing by. Great place to just relax as the room is quiet amd peaceful. We were given complimentary breakfast & enjoyed tasting the local & western dishes. We ordered from menu and still enjoyed the buffet spread. Went to Jonker Street by foot and had a great time exploring nearby tourist attractions. Parking is free at the basement. Swimming pool over looks the Melaka River and Melaka city view. Since Fan Bingbing is the Melaka Tourist ambassador & stayed at Casa del Rio, rooms are fully booked.

The location is strategic and the hotel has the best service. It’s great that the ancient traditional architecture has been preserved and carried forward. During breakfast, the proprietress personally explained the origin of the hotel. I bought Malacca’s souvenirs because they were not convenient to carry, so the little brother in the store also helped with express delivery. Very attentive service. I will definitely come again during the Chinese New Year.

This is a beautiful historic building furnished with historical furniture from Malaysia. The rooms are clean and well kept. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They are keen to answer any questions about Malaka and offer suggestions for places to eat, shop, get money and more. I would highly recommend staying here and plan on staying in the future if I come back.

The boss is very nice and can speak Chinese and recommends a lot of delicious food. The room is also good. The sea view room has a beautiful view and you can see the Strait of Malacca. I will book it next time.

Thank you Trip for asking this and allowing me to share my experience. The hotel is well located. Walking distance to many places like Jonker Street, Church, Food, Shopping, Etc. The hotel prices is fair stating 5star but actually this place not so Great. As family I took a join room n was granted. The size of the room was small. Maintenance was poor. Pool was less chlorinated but dirty water. Facilities was under maintained almost falling apart. Food wasn’t as expected. Needed to validate e Carpark coupon everytime as u check out. Worse was e Beds, it’s really old n sunken in. Had hard time sleeping. Overall e hotel stay wasn’t a good experience. E r other hotel very close n may b a little higher in price but much cleaner. If ur going as family n u just need a place to crash, then it may b fine. I only stayed one day in malacca n if I had extended, I would hv changed hotel. Overall this won’t b my choice hotel in future stays. Attached r some pictures of e defects I experienced. E service was fairly ok.

Convenient location close to the city centre, sea view was great. Slight hiccup with the door access but the front counter sorted it out pretty quickly. There was a 50% off pizzas and pastas at the hotel’s Italian restaurant at level 1 on weekdays between 2-5pm (?). Can’t imagine I’d ever have Italian in malacca but we reached at 9.30pm on day 1 when everything else was closed and the pasta we had was pretty amazing, amongst the better Italian food I’ve had.

### Review of Hotel Majestic Malacca I recently stayed at Hotel Majestic Malacca and had a mixed experience. The room was very clean, and I enjoyed a nice bathtub experience, which was a highlight. However, the soundproofing in the room was lacking; I could hear conversations from the next room until midnight, so it might be helpful to request a quiet, non-smoking room when booking. Additionally, there was a noticeable smoking smell coming from next door, and the pillow had an unpleasant odor. I found the mattress to be too soft for my preference, which affected my comfort. The room featured a coffee machine, and I appreciated that I could request additional capsules. I also liked the eco-friendly touch of using glass bottles for drinking water. However, be aware that items like cup noodles and drinks in the fridge are chargeable. Breakfast offered an à la carte menu that was just average—acceptable but nothing special. I didn't have time to explore the gym or swimming pool, as my days were filled with walking around Malacca city. The toilet amenities, however, did not meet my expectations considering the room price. I think they could benefit from using a better-smelling shower gel and shampoo. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and provided good service throughout my stay. There is parking available behind the building, but as a woman returning late, I appreciated being able to park in front of the hotel for safety. Overall, while there were several drawbacks, the cleanliness and service made for a decent stay.
