The hotel is located in a coffee and pepper plantation. The environment is very quiet and beautiful. Some villa buildings have been built around the central lake. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel, 2 of which are open-air and ventilated on all sides, making it a bit cool at night. Dinner starts at 20:00. There are free guided tours of the plantation at 17:30 every day, and I learned a lot. Unfortunately, there are more mosquitoes after 16:00, and visiting the park at 17:30 gives mosquitoes a good meal. If you visit the park earlier in the morning or afternoon, you can avoid the mosquito problem. The room hardware is okay, but the design of the bathroom and toilet is very unreasonable. You have to go through the shower room to enter the toilet. After taking a shower, water leaked into the toilet floor and it was very slippery. If the shower room and toilet doors are separated side by side, it will be solved. question. Hygiene is okay, the pillow space cotton is relatively cheap and does not match the hotel price level.

Mr Fauz who claims to be the duty manager finds it absolutely right TO GIVE THE CUSTOMER MULTIPLE CALLS, 10 + BELLS AND KNOCKS TO PAY THE ROOM F&B Bill at 12am even if the customer is asleep, as per him hospitality is customer paying under all circumstances even if he is asleep as it cannot be collected once he wakes up. I guess 1 or 2 star hotels might have the kind of behaviour but I did not expect this coming from Hilton group. Mr Pratheek however who is the actual duty manager was apologetic about the behaviour, appreciate Mr Pratheek’s apologies but it kind of felt like an harrassment, I was never asked on my check in to present my credit card which ofcourse would be my mistake to not offer the same. Be careful ! Got a call yesterday stating the manager wants to speak with you regarding the issue in a apologetic tone and since I was travelling I requested could it be done at 7pm. As usual I got no call at 7pm post the prior phone call at 14:55 hours, Please understand guys, someone doing this to your family staying in a hotel at midnight is a scary instance be it the hotel policies at stated by Mr Fauz

Hotel environment is very good, the location is excellent, the surrounding environment is very good, the transportation is convenient The room is very big, very clean, very comfortable, the things are very complete, the service is in place. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, and they have also visited nearby by others. It’s not bad. Very comfortable, much better than I thought, very safe, very safe. Anyway, I think it's not bad.

The breakfast was generous, the service was good and the bedding in the room was very comfortable. The overall environment is also great. The service staff were very attentive and polite. Great experience. comfortable rooms with amazing view. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are well maintained and has all the basic amenities that one would expect. The restaurants on-site were also fantastic.

Feeling pretty good, there is a Chinese restaurant, Mapo tofu 80 yuan, there is security check in, it is quite safe. When I came over from China, I only booked for seven days on Ctrip. By the time I changed to Shangri-La Hotel. I feel that this five-star hotel is almost the same, Shangri-La is a bit more cost-effective, and you can see the city outside the window.

My colleague is on a business trip to India, and there is no other choice nearby. The price of the four seasons is unexpected. They were very happy. Stayed at Leela Palace twice, this time is a club room, the price is not cheap, in early 2000. No time to enjoy the afternoon tea and drink at the Lounge Bar. Leela is still so beautiful, every detail is like living in the palace. This time I suddenly found that there was a shopping mall and a salon in Leela downstairs. Surprise~ The next decision is still here~
