Excellent~! except 4 things below. Staffs are SUPER kind. 1. Luggage keeping for early check in I checked out from Four seasons and continuously checked in to Capella. So I asked my luggage from Four seasons to Capella. But I was very disappointed when I first saw that my luggage are stored outside of Capella lobby. My luggage was outside of the building and the weather was more than 35 degrees at that time. My luggage should be cooked. If I knew that you guys will store my luggage outside of the building, I wouldn't ask that kind of request. I would carry them for myself and ask put my luggage inside of the storage before check-in. If you and Four seasons decided to care for luggage service for customers who use both hotel, you need to store customers' luggage inside the building which is cool and safe. 2. Electric blind. Because of malfunctioning of the blind in the bathroom. I had to call for the staff at night. But there were dust and dirt at one of engineering staff's clothes. I understand that he could easily have dirt on his clothes considering that he is an engineer but anyway he brought dust in my room. Moreover, it took some time to fix the electronic blind and it caused lots of dust while fixing and they had to step up my washstand so that I requested to clean. But when the staff came to clean the bathroom, he doesn't look so professional. First, he brought 3 hand mops in his hand but hand mops look dirty(at least not clean, old, too much used, stitches loosen) and his cleaning process doesn't look so professional too. I guess he might not be professional cleaning staff, rather than night watch. I explained him that due to fixing the blind, there were lots of dust there, and he said ”Yes” but he just wiped out washstand and wash bowl. But still lots of dust remains on the water tap which shines so that easily looking for dust. 3. Cin Cin hour Cin Cin hour itself was good. But the qualify of finger food was bad considering expectation of Capella. It seemed that the finger food came from leftover of the morning buffet. The finger food was dried and not fresh. Also, in my experience of both four seasons(BKK Social Club) and Stella, overall interior is better in BKK Social Club. 4. Boat Time Table From 7 pm, Boat arrives and leaves at Pier 1 from ICONSIAM(used to be Pier 3 during daylight). But there was no explanation not only in the time table but also from the staff. So, I missed the boat and had to spend another hour.

My college BFF and I had a reunion in Bangkok to celebrate our 30 years of friendship. We couldn't decide which luxury hotel to stay in since there were so many 5 Star Hotels in Bangkok. We finally selected several hotels including Park Hyatt, Four Seasons, and Capella Bangkok. We also considered the Mandarin Oriental but we decided to go with those three. Our stay at the Capella ranks among one of my best hotel experience, even above the Raffles in Singapore and the Ritz Carlton Kyoto. The Capella was a breath of fresh air from the moment you step in. We were assigned a friendly Culturist named Pac who checked us in with a welcome drink and walked us to our room. The view from our room took our breath away. We had a 180 view of the Chao Phraya river and its bustling boats. The hotel is one of the newest properties in Bangkok, so everything was state-of-the-art. The beds were supremely comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. We went to the lovely bar to enjoy cocktail hour and hors d'oeuvres, then proceeded to take the hotel boat shuttle to nearby Icon Siam Mall. The whole experience was seamless way to escape the Bangkok traffic. The young man by the river named Bee was extremely helpful. The next morning, we participated in the Sunrise Yoga before indulging in a leisurely breakfast by the river. We met with one of the managers, Pin, who took the time to ask how we're enjoying our stay. I then went to the Spa for the famous Thai massage, I was warmly greeted by the entire staff, but Egg and Honey took special care of me. Our stay at the Capella was short but sweet. We walked over to the Four Seasons for our next stay, however, we wished we had stayed at the Capella. Four Seasons was definitely a downgrade and did not have the personal touch we so appreciated at the Capella.

Incomparable good service professionally and warmly delivered. Just stayed there for four nights and everyone from the reception and concierge to the restaurant waitresses and managers are great. The facilities are as warm and on a human scale as you can get and for me it is the epitome of Siam and Bangkok. One complaint …we are now spoiled for good!!

Floor Butler that anticipants your need; distinctive guestroom’s amenities and wonderful buffet breakfast as always! Not aware that getting to the hotel from Saphan Thaksin Sky Train jetty you will now need to call the hotel in order for the boat to come to you, which i only realised after a 45-minutes wait at the jetty.

The best hotel in the trip to Bangkok, the same price is really better than the big-name hotel chains such as Four Seasons Park Hyatt. Small crowd, distinctive, quiet amidst the hustle and bustle, first-class service, suitable for relaxation. Facing the river, the location is very good, and there is a pier where you can take a boat. There is nothing wrong except that the taxi is very congested, especially at dinner time, you must call grab in advance or leave early.

The Siam is above our expectations - the staff are friendly and especially our butler Khun Gub. Love the deco and ambience of the hotel and the ferry shuttle provided by the hotel makes traveling around tourist attractions a breeze! Will definitely stay here from now on whenever I visit Bangkok. Highly recommend!

Excellent service, memorable stay & experience with Louis Vuitton event & Virgil Abloh FW22 show.. We must commend manager Ben & his immaculate team at the FS Spa. Congratulations for a successful opening. We were the very first clients on 31 May at 10am appointment, greeted warmly by Ben as the elevator doors opened. Our masseuses were warm, engaging and professional, with excellent firm hands for our Oil remedial massage. In addition, the Spa shop has beautiful products for purchase. The concierge service via WhatsApp is convenient, efficient and just what modern travelers find useful. Day to day housekeeping requests, in room dining order, restaurant bookings etc. Nothing is too much to ask for the excellent FS team who is service-oriented and well-trained. We had a river-view room. It definitely adds to our experience in Bangkok, especially adding to our long awaited post-pandemic travel excitement. The view over Chao Phrya river & BKK city, day and night, is beautiful. We enjoyed the main pool at different times of the day, never crowded. Attentive poolside service upon arrival, towels freshly prepared over sunbeds, iced water for all, magazines & sunscreen at hand, what more could one ask for. The water is clean, the pool layout is great, the change rooms one level down is immaculate and enjoyable. Wi-Fi is available in all parts of the hotel. Lastly, the food and ambience. The hotel has a luxurious comfortable feel. The lobby is grand and impressive. Breakfast at Riva has eggs made-to-order, freshly cut tropical fruits, flakey pastries. Daily Thai iced teas for everyone!

We’ve stayed in many four seasons and this is the best city centre one. The beds are so comfortable with black out blinds and feather pillows. Lots of different places to eat, enormous buffet breakfast and loved the takeaway patisserie, our regular cappuccino at the end of the day’s siteseeing became a ritual. As always the differentiator is the staff so Thai so friendly

The host is very friendly and helpful. He will always reply to your questions. Surprisingly, I mentioned that a friend likes to play basketball, and she bought one before I checked in. The surrounding environment is not very good, it is very dark at night, but the house is very nice, big and very clean. The host bought a lot of snacks when he checked in, and also prepared ice 😂 Very surprised Although the swimming pool is not too big, the children had a lot of fun and the room was also very nice. A disposable bathtub cover was provided as a gift. The equipment is also very complete, we have cooking and laundry in the house One dissatisfaction is that there are more mosquitoes in Thailand😅 There are supermarkets and fast food restaurants nearby, only open 1000-2100, too late to open and too early to close 😅 Very close to the subway station, far from the city center.

This villa is very comfortable to live in. The single room is large and nice. The elderly and children are very satisfied with the family. There are parasols and deck chairs next to the swimming pool. It is very comfortable to lie down for a while after swimming. The yard is huge. If you don’t want to go out to eat by yourself You can cook at home. The induction cooker, gas stove and microwave oven are very convenient. The host is also very hospitable. He personally came to receive us and prepared fruits for us. The trip was very pleasant.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive—they truly made me feel at home. The pool was stunning and well-maintained, offering the perfect place to relax. The breakfast was beyond expectations, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes.  Having stayed at many hotels across Thailand, I can confidently say this is the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Everything from the service to the atmosphere was exceptional. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Thailand! This version keeps the essence of your review while adding more descriptive elements. Let me know if you’d like any further tweaks!

Our tour was a ”trio” and one of us could only join us at 11:00 p.m. Thanks for the dedicated service of the conceige team in sending the ”buggi” to escort my friend to the hotel room. Of course it would be even better if they could tell us the Starbucks (original pick up) lift was closed late at night. Eventually, the pick up point was changed to Watsons store.

#This new hotel is yours 🤭 Let's see what's so good about a 20,000-baht room per night!!! When I found out that Ritz Calton was going to open in Bangkok, I waited for a long time until finally I found out that it would definitely open on December 4th 🎉 Book now 🤣🤣🤣 Open for 3 days, come here No need to invite the hotel, come yourself 55555+ The hotel is located in the One Bangkok project, a large and complete real estate project. It is a world-class business and lifestyle center in the heart of Bangkok. It is 216 meters high and has 260 rooms in total. The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok comes in a Thai Noble House design. It will take us back to the 1800s on Wireless Road, which was full of mansions of the wealthy and embassies. As a result, most of the design combines Western and Eastern styles through the facade, floor patterns, and art pieces from Thai and international artists. The first area of the hotel is a reception hall before taking guests up the elevator to the lobby. The first image we see is a lotus pond inspired by the image of the Sra Pathum Palace. Telling the story of each lotus against the backdrop of Lumphini Park. The 260 rooms are decorated in a contemporary style, using Thai flowers such as jasmine, lotus, frangipani, evergreen tree, marigold and frangipani to create different atmospheres in each room. Some rooms have private balconies to view Lumphini Park. The main rooms are Deluxe Room, Gardenia Suite, Marigold Suite and Amaranth Suite. There is also The Ritz-Carlton Suite, the hotel's largest penthouse. The dining area is also interesting, especially Duet by David Toutain, a modern French cuisine restaurant in a glass house, which has been consulted by Chef David Toutain from Michelin-starred restaurants, or Lily's, an all-day dining restaurant with both Asian and Western cuisine, and Caleō, a lounge serving afternoon tea and evening cocktails. For those interested in wellness, The Ritz-Carlton Spa, a spa and Relaxing Pod, a fitness center and swimming pool, is recommended. As a city hotel, The Ritz-Carlton Grand Ballroom was built to be the largest ballroom in the city. Suitable for hosting events that can accommodate up to 1,200 guests. There is also a unique experience called Defining Moment, which uses a “long drum” to start the evening celebration for guests.

I came to Bangkok specifically for the Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok. What can I say? The service is perfect, but it is a new hotel and there is still a lot of room for improvement. Keep up the good work.

Hotel popular with Chinese tour groups and so you can expect loud neighbors and busy lobby. The room was ok. Comfortable bed but pillows not so much. The shower was hot and had poor water pressure. The gym is well equipped but busy. The pool was very cold. Wifi decent. Check in and out decent. Lawson & 7/-11 connected. The hotel does a shuttle to the BTS every hour. If you walk, it's 20 minutes to the BTS. I wouldn't stay here again.

my stay here was decent. it’s a nice and simple serviced property situated in a convenient location. easy to walk around. there was a misunderstanding about whether my booking included breakfast or not so i ended up paying almost $20 for a single omelette. i was in a rush to go to the airport so couldn’t be bothered going back and forth about it and just paid.

The experience it was wasn’t so good because I found a cockroach in my room, but everything is OK. The problem is is not close to BTS which means we need to take the hotel boat to the BTS station and I don’t really like river or everything. that’s why I don’t really like it and the hotel is a bit old, but it’s OK.

It is a hotel with history. They have full facilities/services from buffet breakfast (it is 450 baht, if you buy when you check in) to outdoor swimming pool to fitness centre, Lotus Spa to sauna. They have a famous Chinese restaurant which offers authentic dim sum. I was assigned to another block for my accommodation. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The plug supports the UK plug, which I find it very friendly to tourists. The soundproofing was bad. There are many reflective surfaces, like 2 huge mirrors in the room, one facing the bed, and the drawing also can reflect. I will stay if the price is right.
