The room is comfortable and warm, with a good view! I had a fever when I arrived at the hotel. I called the front desk and immediately helped find a doctor to come to the hotel for diagnosis. The service was warm and thoughtful!

You just can’t go wrong with the Four Seasons. The staffs are very professional and everything was just perfect! The lobby bar has a huge Christmas tree. We had a drink at the bar and the cocktail was really good. Highly recommended

Shopping is more convenient, the Chinese restaurant downstairs is awful, and the afternoon tea in the garden is OK. Said it is a suite, but it is not. Just a low screen separating the bed and the sofa to the suite? ! The room cleaning is done well. Breakfast is relatively monotonous

Can be an extra bed, we are 8 years old and there is no extra bed fee. But this time the hygiene is not good. On the day of the check-in, the bathtub in the room was all sand and stone. The waiter actually used a glass of water-filled glass (estimated to be washed and not dried) and poured champagne directly to me, hehe! The next day, the children will sleep more than 7 o'clock in the afternoon. As a result, the children's bed and the quilt are inexplicably wet. Later I went to the front desk and asked them to make better bedding. Very hurt. In such a good location, the rest of the hotel is very good, it is a sanitary situation, it is unacceptable.

The hotel is better than InterContinental, the luggage is delivered to the room, the decoration is high-end, the service staff is enthusiastic, and the hotel is in a good location near Ritz Park. It is highly recommended.
