We enjoyed our stay! Location was excellent, hotel and bar super nice and breakfast superior. But we found the beds hard and the bathroom incredibly small! It honestly felt like an airplane toilet!! It was cramped and at 190cm height my one knee would hit the door! Additionally the toilet roll holder would pop out and make a loud noise at night!
2019 brand new hotel. Modern large rooms with all kinds of comfort. Coffee machine, good airco. Well equipped bathroom. Just outside centre on quiet spot, 10 minutes walk from station. Breakfast buffet with variety. Friendly staff.

Our stay has exceeded all our expectations, starting with the very friendly, very helpful staff at the reception, in service, even in the neighbouring spa, and sauna area. The equipment was proper, everything was very clean and maintained. We had a nice time, and we're looking forward to the next time. This resort hotel is definitely worth a recommendation.

Good place, but too pricey for what you actually get! Positive: The breakfast was good/fresh and staff was friendly! The pools inside was good for children and if you wanna take a swim there are for adults/swimmers aswell. Negative: The ”water park” is not so big, and pictures on website is little bit misleading. Water slides for children in the outer area pool was closed/under construction which was a letdown. No mini bar/fridge in the hotel room. Car parking was extra 9 euros per day at the area (this should be included)

The second hotel I visited after the Lindner surprised me in a very positive way. Really, really good breakfast... I personally liked it even better than the Lindner. In general, I thought the hotel was beautifully designed, cozy and even little things like peanuts at the bar with your drink or the free lemon or orange water provided in the lobby or the water dispenser by the pool, the hotel's own bicycles that are immediately available, etc. give it character. The staff were very friendly and everything was clean. Hotel parking was free. We really couldn't find anything to complain about, so we gave it full marks. We would be happy to come back.

Sehr schöne Tage liegen hinter uns und nicht nur des Wetter war schuldig daran. Wir haben uns gefreut das Seehotel gewählt zu haben, es war besonders gut. Ausnahmsweise nette Menschen arbeiten dort, es ist sauber und gepflegt. Und das Essen ist nicht nur sehr lecker, aber meistens auch bio und regional besorgt. Die Lage und die Ausstattung haben das ganze abgerundet, vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit bei Euch.

Very charming small and dog-friendly hotel with perfect central location. Warm atmosphere, great service and very friendly staff, particularly Mr Ivanov at the front desk who was very kind and helpful - and English speaking. Large room, comfortable bed although I missed a selection of softer cushions. The hotel has a car park, but if there is no available space there is a parking garage just a couple of blocks away, or if your lucky (as we were) you can find a parking spot in the street just in front of the hotel. Excellent breakfast. We were travelling with our quite big dog, and dogs were welcome in the breakfast room and the restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel.
Waren with our dog there, Friday to Sunday. Booked over two months ago about booking. Reception was very friendly, rooms spacious and clean, perhaps TV a little too small. Bad and beds without any hair. The complete service staff friendly, helpful and premature. Breakfast for us exactly right. We found our stay very relaxed and come back, this hotel can only recommend. Location top. Goods there also dinner and enthusiastic. Preis performance super.

The hotel is strategically located in the heart of the city, at one of the side of the magnificent piazza in the centre of Wismar. It is definitely a designer hotel: very stilish, with interesting, meaningful details e.g. a perfectly equipped gym (really much better than most of the international luxury chains you would find in London or New York) or the most incredible bicycle room I’ve ever seen (I was there with friends during a tour of the Baltic by bike and I was definitely impressed). In a few words, it could have been a hotel to rate quite highly, but unfortunately my partner and I have been particularly unlucky as we have been assigned a VERY - and I mean very - small room: to give an idea of how small the room was, there was no table on one side of the bed, no light, not even a socket to recharge one’s phone. All in all my advise is: use this beautiful hotel, it is worth it, but make sure they don’t make you stay in a room that would accommodate one guest when you are two. Of course my rating will not be higher than 3 out of 5, as this is not the way you do business, especially if you manage a beautiful hotel.

To be honest: My wife was looking for reasonably comfortable but affordable accommodation in Wismar for the second weekend in June in order to attend the harbor festival. My personal conditions were: with air conditioning and parking. The accommodation was affordable. But immediately after arriving, it turned out that the air conditioning wasn't working. When I asked one of the hard-working and friendly service staff, she said: ”Unfortunately, it's currently out of order. But the technicians are on the ball!” I didn't see a ball or a technician during our entire stay. The whole thing was just a ruse. When I tried to switch the system on, it made noises that suggested that the thing hadn't been working for ages. On the second day, we couldn't get out of the parking lot because the card was wrongly programmed, and on the day we left, we couldn't get into our room to vacate it for the same reason. All extra trips because the staff member didn't care when coding the cards. When we left, they wanted to charge us a 6.00 Euro energy surcharge, but the friendly man at reception dropped the charge after we protested about the air conditioning. Breakfast was OK, although not opulent. There is a pool, although it is small and not too warm. There are also saunas in the form of wooden barrels on the roof. In short: If I advertise my hotel with air conditioning that doesn't work, that borders on fraud. If I demand an energy surcharge that was never mentioned before, the terms of the contract are not being met and yes, that too borders on fraud. And if I, as a guest, want to be woken up by birdsong, humming, conflict-laden dialogues between ”second chance partners”, the silly stories of e-bikers, the starting of the departing coach, the rolling of suitcases or the slamming of car doors (because we had to sleep with the French doors open because the air conditioning was turned off), I can also go camping... Nevertheless, I cannot agree with the previous reviews regarding the overall condition of the hotel and the rooms. Yes, it is obviously all from the nineties, but our room and bathroom were impeccably clean! Recommendation for e-bikers who are not sensitive to heat!
