I will use it again next time. I didn't expect it in the rainy season, but it was sunny and cloudy and it wasn't too hot and it was easy to spend. The staff were friendly.

This is not our first time staying at the beach house suites but it has been by far our best experience! The rooms are spacious, clean, and the hotel has every amenity that you would need. Our trip was especially highlighted by the quality of the beach side service. Fabian was outstanding and was so attentive during our time spent at the beach. He went above and beyond in making our family as comfortable as possible. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location on the beach. The hotel staff is very accommodating. The staff have gone above and beyond when asked for anything. We were able to get a late check out easily. The bartenders are the staff that check you in as well, but they all know how to make great drinks. Chad is a great conversationalist and had great recommendations for dinner in the area. I would definitely return here but I would take advantage of the kitchen that is in the suite. I would recommend going to the grocery store and getting lunch food if you are spending the day on the beach because there’s nowhere local to grab a quick bite to eat.

Had to fly in to the area to help our daughter and her family after the recent hurricanes. We only needed a hotel for one night but boy did we need one! Checked in around 8:00 p.m. and from when we stopped at the valet stand to when we finally checked out, the staff was awesome. Just polite,professional and personable. The room was great also. With my Titanium status, we were offered a room upgrade which we took. The room was clean, comfortable and had a nice bathroom for much needed showers after working at our daughter’s house all day after being flooded. The hotel had just had the power turned on the day before so there were fans located throughout but this was completely understandable and expected. If I had to find a negative it would be mandatory valet parking. Believe this is due to limited parking in the area and only a negative because we forgot a couple of things in our vehicle. One of the nicest Courtyard stays I’ve had and definitely the best staff

My family and I had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn St. Pete's beach this past August. We arrived just after Hurricane Debby, but the hotel grounds were completely cleaned up. The staff is very friendly, and the pool area, the pool bar/restaurant are great. We had a great room with ocean view, which was a nice perk. The beaches are also gorgeous with hotel cabana's free of charge with the room, and the beaches are wonderful. It feels really Caribbean with the white sands. On our last day, I lost my hat by the pool area, and I want to specifically mention the friendly staff, especially Cassandra, who tried to track down my hat for me, and when not possible, took a lot of trouble to find a similar one and send to me. To be honest, this has never happened to be that any staff took so much trouble to help find and replace a lost item, and it really surprised me, showing how the hotel takes 'service excellence' to the next level.
