I’ve been home a week but still buzzing from spending a week at Dharana at the Hilton Shillim. The massages and therapies were the best I’ve had anywhere, the food whilst nutritious and based upon Ayurvedic principles was out of this world...and the accommodation luxurious and private. But what I will remember for years to come is the staff, always smiling, helpful and gracious, we will be back again one day soon I hope!
