The location is great. It's only a five-minute walk from Exit 4 of Gangnam Station. It's newly opened. All the facilities are new and clean. The space is huge and there's a huge bath. It's no problem for a big family to come. I have stayed at other branches before and found the counter to be very friendly and fluent in Chinese! So I booked Jiangnan Hotel again and it was indeed a great accommodation experience.

Lobby is great the room is great , the bed is comfortable, except for the sofa, my friend sat on the sofa in the room, and she was being bitten by some bugs, not sure if it’s the bed bugs. Her skin was all red with small dots on it. The staff are polite but they are not really helpful, which I expected more for a five star hotel. When you are trying to move your luggage on the car, there are 3 staff outside, all of them are guys, none of them tried to help me the 2 big luggages which was quite inappropriate! But the staff at the front desk is kind and friendly.

Conveniently located next to IFC mall. There is a walkway at L1 that leads you directly to the mall with many high end stores. However, I am not quite happy with their pool. Half of the pool is blocked for play. There are about 20-30 kids there. I doubt they are all hotel guests. The remaining two lanes are ”members only,” and ”laps.” I am not sure what kind of membership you need to be able to swim on the members only lane. That lane is usually not occupied. The lap lane is busy. People jump in and out wihtout notifying the people alreay in the lane. I hit severl people by accident because of the lack of warning. When I asked whether I can use the members only lane. I was told no. Again, I am a paying guest for the hotel. Why can't I use the members only lane? In addition, they have to clean the pool every two hours for 15 minutes (pool is closed during the cleaning). I have never seen a pool that needs cleaning every two hours. Very poor management there.

The room is considered quite large in Korea. The two-story loft is spacious. The location is also very good. It is convenient for eating, drinking and shopping nearby. However, since it is a designer hotel, there are no more services. Remember to bring your own toiletries.

I didn't have high expectations since it's a hotel optimized for couples rather than families, but it's a great hotel to go to with children. The overwhelming view is great and the service is also excellent.

Best staying experience in Seoul ever over 50+ hotels in the city. Cozy environment, core location nx to Guanghwamun. Local supermarket opposite to hotel front door. All you need from FS concierge to travel through the city.

The hardware of the hotel is top notch. It is new with great facilities. The view over the city was breathtaking. The restaurants, especially the buffet restaurant and Eatanic Garden were amazing.

The hotel is not bad. The owner is quite satisfactory. The exhibition hall can be reached by subway. There are many food and convenience stores around. The only problem is that the hotel does not include breakfast, so you need to go out to eat.

First time to Andaz Gangnam. Great experience. Wish I had more personal time to enjoy the service and amenities. Please keep up the good work.

First time at Banyan Tree It was quiet..the staff were friendly and it was great It was nice that there was a jacuzzi in the room so I could use it without being restricted by time, and there was a nice walking path around it so my husband and I walked around in the evening^^ It goes without saying that it's a hotel, but the staff were so friendly that I want to visit again^^
