We never even walked in the room. Was totally misrepresented online no breakfast and beds are not queen size. They allow pets in the rooms and won't guarantee none have been in the room if u have allergies. Wouldn't give us no money back. Don't stay here. Go look at the room before u pay and see for yourself and save yourself some trouble. The worst experience we've ever had in pigeon forge.

I booked this last minute online. After reading the reviews I wasn't sure what to expect. I went into the room and immediately was hit with a strong moldy smell. The bed looked as if someone had been on it. Something was splattered on the floor at the foot of the bed, not sure I even want to know. Just the few minutes I was in there the smell was making me sick. When I asked for my money back due to these conditions the lady offered me another room. I did not waste my time looking at another room. The lady at the desk was not friendly at all when I checked in. I am not sure how this place is still in business. I do not recommend this at all!!

We checked in here because the hotel we booked first on Trivago said they were pet friendly. Turned out they were not. But we asked to see this room before we moved all our stuff in. The room smelled terrible. The sheets were stained and the shower curtain I'm the bathroom. Looked like it had mold on it. I went back up to the office to cancel our reservation. The dedk clerk wanted to show us another room. We had seen enough. I have asthma and there is no way I would stay here.

For a last minute selection, this was nice. Clean room, minimal to complain about. Check in was easy. Would stay again or recommend.

We stayed here for 5 nights on our Honeymoon in Suite 214. Despite the negative reviews we found in our search for accommodations, this property was a delight. Ms. Laura at the Front Desk, and CJ, member of the maintenance staff, were professional, warm and welcoming. The accommodations were spotless, and the room was well appointed. The Jacuzzi tub was a welcome feature and we made ample use of it. The housekeeping staff we encountered were all welcoming, warm and accommodating. Breakfast was plentiful - be sure to try the maple cinnamon waffles! We spent one of our evenings in the Pool and Hot Tub, and found them to be clean and comfortable. The towels provided were new and fluffy. The only issue we came across was that not all of the jets were operating in the Hot Tub. We plan to revisit this location again!
