I’m local & Recently took out a membership to use The lesiure complex, was dealt with by a lovely lady called Charley it was a Seamless transaction, I’m quite self conscious she reassured me that it was a nice place to come relax & work out, super impressed with the pool/gym, Clean & well maintained.

Me and my partner came down as a birthday present for my 30th. I cannot fault it. Everyone was so lovely and helpful. We stayed in the meadows. Beautiful lodge and not a lot of external noise which was great. We struggled with working the heating to start with ( us being silly really) we went to reception the following day to ask for some help. We were helped by two young girls, one being Charley, or Charlie. Unsure on spelling. She was super helpful and talked us through how to get it working. That night was nice and toasty in the lodge! Thankyou to everyone there. Our short stay was delightful:)

Wow we loved our stay & wow what a park, Thanks to Charlie who directed us to some amazing locations around The Bay, Greeted us with professionalism & a smile every time we used the parks facilities what an asset to the company. The park was so clean we will definitely return .

Extremely disappointed in the site being a few years since I last visited and I cannot believe how rundown and downhill it has gone the TV in my accommodation persistently switched itself off and kept asking me to verify that I was the person who's caravani was which I am not the heated towel rail in one of the bathrooms did not work the site itself is in the middle of nowhere this was supposed to be a chilled holiday for myself and having to catch four buses to get anywhere was a joke. The launderette on site wasn't the best £4.90 for a wash isn't bad but you know full well that people are just gonna put in five pounds same with the Tumble £2.90 but you know people are going to put three pound.Easy way to make a bit extra. The blagdon inn is noonver open. Didn't find the reception staff very friendly. Did not agree with having to put all my details into phone in order to get Key. And whoever's ridiculous idea it was to have the key to your accommodation on an app on your phone really needs to go and see a doctor it restricts how much you can use your phone in a day because if your battery dies ur screwed plus it doesn't always work standing outside in the teeming down rain when your phone keeps saying no keys detected no keys detected is not the best I have to call receptions several times in order to relating to my own accommodation. The sauna and steam room facilities were lovely and redeemed the place a little however I wouldn't ordinarily take my phone to the sauna however because you have to lock your door with it you have to only to find that I had no way to put it when I got there because the lockers don't take money you have to take your own padlock I don't know about most people but I don't travel on holiday with a padlock just in case I need one and lastly it's dark around 4:30 at this time of year and upon returning from out walking about five six o'clock in the evening the lighting on the site is completely inadequate what little lighting there is is useless and in some places there is no lighting whatsoever not able to see the speed bumps etc on the road a complete health and safety hazard had to find my way back to my caravan on numerous occasions using the light on my phone needless to say I will not be returning to this site and I will not be recommending it at all

My family and I stayed at 13 Fairview Heights, and we were very impressed, without a doubt the best lodge we’ve stayed in so far! It was equipped with all the amenities you’ll need, clean and tidy and had great little touches like a welcome file. We’ll definitely be staying here again! We did have an issue with the light in the bathroom but the maintenance team managed to get it fixed very quickly.
