We stayed here back in peak season! Great hotel, great location within walking distance to the beach too. Loved our room, spotlessly clean but kitchen facilities could have been a bit better. My kids loved the bouncy pillow however the small kids slides were rubbish with a trickle of water! We only ate at the hotel once but the food was lovely and very varied, lots of choice! We did have a leak with our air con and it was fixed right away. There’s washing machines and driers on site too but they could do with better signage to find them as they are on one side of the hotel. It was really busy as it was peak season so most sunbeds were taken quite early however the life guards do try and remove towels in the mornings. You could also only exchange towels on certain days! Something that wasn’t clearly explained to us. Overall a lovely hotel in a good location! It also has a car park you can use for free if you’ve hired a car like we did.

Cannot fault this hotel. The staff were amazingso friendly, the food was fabulous and the hotel was clean and finished to a high standard. Would highly recommend this hotel. Lots of pools and a small playground. Not far from a beautiful beach and shops.

We could not fault the service - staff were friendly and helpful. We always felt welcome. The room was great - large and clean. The pools were great (the main pool is very cold in October but you have the indoor pool and another outdoor heated pool as well as the heated kids pool). The buffet was great - smoked salmon, fresh omlettes and fruit in the morning among the usual available. The buffet in evenings was always varied with a great choice of meat, fish and veggie options. The offerings for kids was good too. There is a small softplay area which also has kids movies on in the evenings which is brilliant! My daughter is not a fan of kids clubs on holiday but Zafiro has shorter kids activities on so you can dip in and out so she was happy to join on a few occasions. The staff were great with the kids! The only downside is that the kids playground is at the back of the big pirate ship and therefore not visible to parents from afar. The biggest issue with this is that the playground backs onto the carpark and street and has no locked gate or fence so any one can walk in or out. Otherwise a brilliant stay and I would highly recommend!

Fantastic family hotel… pool is great for the kids and our teenagers really enjoyed the entertainment. Very close to shops and some fantastic restaurants. We were really impressed with Palma nova. The rooms are modern and clean and we all loved the long pillows!! Highly recommend !

Fantastic trip for us right at the end of the season,all the team at the Zafiro went above and beyond to make our holiday so enjoyable-nothing was too much trouble for them and we experienced better customer service here than we have in 5 star hotels worldwide.Special mention to the manager and reception team for allowing us late check out and use of facilities on closing day so we could enjoy our last day before a late night flight home,it was hugely appreciated.Food excellent and great choice on all inclusive,nice to have options beyond usual buffet.Staff were so friendly and welcoming.Facilities in hotel were brilliant for families and we would whole heartedly recommend this hotel-we will definitely be back!
