I stayed at the hotel for more than a month. Hotel is very good in terms of the location, very close to my work. In terms of cleaning rooms is great service. In room dining - amazing, I always order soups with salad and Mr. Harkamal Singh always bring my food with a big smile 😊, he always made me feel home. In terms of the breakfast, they have great collections and tasty 😋. The only issue they had was the elevators 🛗, sometimes 2 out 4 working.

This old InterContinental is not luxurious or high-end at all [face covering]... but the staff service is good, the swimming pool facilities are good, and the main focus is high cost performance. The Half board package is great value for money, and the location is OK. You can see it with your eyes open or closed. Etihad Building...If you don’t have high requirements for decoration, environment, etc., you can enter with your eyes closed, haha

The newly opened hotel apartment has a great environment and is especially suitable for a family to live in a large room together. The two-bedroom room is really spacious, has three bathrooms, and is very clean and tidy. But the sea view is not particularly perfect because there are some buildings under construction in the sea. At the same time, as a newly opened hotel, some facilities are broken, such as the window door handles and door stops. In addition, the hotel apartment shares a breakfast area with the InterContinental Hotel. The InterContinental Hotel is really old and the restaurant is really crowded. It takes 10 minutes to walk there every time. The scenery along the way is still very beautiful.

What a memorable stay! Our family stayed from 13-15 Feb. It was our first stay at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers and everything surpassed our expectation. We were greeted with a welcoming drink while we were getting checked in. Next thing we know was we got an upgrade to a family suite on 17th floor, with a huge living room and open kitchen. It was late night when we checked-in, so it was until the next morning that we got jaw dropped by the stunning sea view from our room. Equipment in the room is premium, large screen TV, BOSE sound bar, coffee capsule machine, to list a few. And in the kitchen you could have all the utensils and tools needed to cook a dinner or even bake a cake. The room was generously stocked with bottled water, tea bags and coffee capsules. One thing I could not understand was that they provided travel-sized bottles of shampoo and body lotion in our bathrooms but no body wash. We had brought it with us so it was not a problem. However if the room had fixed pumping bottles of body cleansing and skincare, it would be more environmental friendly as well as providing convenience for guests. All staff we met were always pleasant, efficient and helpful. In our first morning, the breakfast restaurant was so full that the line queuing to get in was becoming long. Staff immediately arranged guests to sit at the restaurant next to it. As soon as we got our table, we got served. We were impressed by how nice and smooth things were handled by the team. Breakfast offered a wide range of food choices, from pastries to Asian noodles, from Indian curry to Lebanese cold mezz. I couldn't remember one that was not delicious. For me, make-to-order fresh juice station was the highlight. You can choose your fruit combination and staff get your drink ready within seconds! And don't miss out Observation Deck at 300! It was just steps away from the hotel. And it's free for hotel guest! You can get a 360 degree view of Abu Dhabi from 72th floor up high. The floor to ceiling spotless windows allow you to take great pictures. Please don't to be mistaken, windows in the hotel room are very clear, just not comparable to the Observation Deck. If there is a second time I travel to Abu Dhabi, Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers would definitely be my choice of stay. Conrad team, keep up the nice work!

The location is a little bit far from the city center, however, the views were outstanding. The room size were huge with great aircondition despite the summer weather. The breakfast was ok but we expected more varieties for a 5star residence hotel. The pool and beach were beyond excellent. The floor hallway carpet smells a little bit musty. Joaquim who helped us with our bags upon arrival was very helpful.

Came back to EP after 3 years after Covid and I enjoyed my staying a lot. Staffs were helpful and friendly in general, but they were not those sweet sweet kind… just friendly, maybe some people would find them rude… Anyway, the package was super good and good value for the price. Many activities were included. Basically you could spend all day in the hotel without going out… I enjoyed their fine dinning restaurants: 1.Hakkasan-modern Asian fusion, if you like typical Chinese food, not the right one… 2.Broadway-western, American style… loved their cauliflower salad… steak was okay, maybe I ordered wrong one, should have tried the wellington… but staffs were super friendly… 3.Lebanese Terrace-somebody told me it was the best Lebanese restaurant in town, so I went have a try. It was so good… but the staffs were not friendly… 4. Vendome-the best breakfast buffet in town for me… (tried Park rotana, St Regis, Conrad, four seasons, rosewood, W hotel, Hilton… )still think it is the best one For someone who stays in the hotel like 300/365 days, this is the best hotel in abu danbi. I found it difficult for me to stay in any other hotels in Abu danbi 🥹

I stayed here twice during the first ten days of July. Absolutely fantastic, hands down best Accor run property in the UAE. Most of the customer service at Accor hotels in the UAE is atrocious and horrible. But this property, is the absolute opposite. Honestly, other properties in the UAE should send their management and staff to shadow the staff and management at this hotel. All of my requests being an Accor member were met with absolute ease. Everything was efficient and most of all prompt. The staff, Roshani, who checked me in was absolutely wonderful and the staff who checked me in on my second stay, I believe a Moroccan staff early in the morning, was equally fantastic. The hotel goes out of its way for its loyalty members and that is truly appreciated. This has become my go to property in the UAE even if I have work in Dubai. I would not mind the drive because I have tried so many Accor hotels in Dubai and they are frankly just empty properties devoid of service. A special thanks to the staff working at 10pm on the 20th at Aroma. He went out of his way to accommodate my wife and that was very touching. Thanks once again and I will definitely be back.

We stayed here over Christmas. There was a slight issue in the room we had been given but by paying a small upgrade fee we got a huge 2 bed apartment. This room is a must if travelling as a family as you get 2 bed rooms and 2 bathroom. The living room helps when having any friends over or to chill in in the evening. The small kitchenette is handy to store any snacks and do any laundry if needed. The hotel is attached to abu dhabi mall which is really convenient for buying food and drink from the supermarket and also restaurants for dinner. The shops had really good deals on as it was the Christmas sale period. We were allowed to have breakfast at beach rotana which is a short walk away. The breakfast here was really good and the best hotel made hot chocolate I have had. We used the beach rotana pool and beach area daily. This hotel is very well located and easy to get cabs from.

If you stay for two nights, you can enter any two parks (theme parks include Ferrari World, Warner Bros. and Yas Waterworld): This actually comes with tickets for children. I bought them in advance on TB, which cost me 600 yuan! Hygiene: Satisfied! Although there was a small problem along the way (the curtain fell down, workers came to fix it, and there was no extra room fee) Service: Excellent! The service staff are very enthusiastic. There is also a free shuttle bus to Yas Mall, Ferrari Land, Warner Park, and a free shuttle bus to Abu Dhabi Airport!

Central location, attached to a mall through a café which is super convenient. Immaculate room, the cleaning staff really did an amazing job changing bedsheets and towels regularly and replacing anything that’s missing like water bottles, coffee, tea, milk… Very comfortable double beds. The security guard who helped us with our suitcases was very nice, same goes for the reception desk and all the employees of the hotel.

This is my second stay at the Gravity hotel this year for business, It was so good the first time I asked my company to use it in future, It is conveniently located in the commercial area and near to the industrial area. Stayed here for my birthday in the private pool villa! It was surreal. My whole stay from the atmosphere to the kindness of the staff really made my stay extra special. Our stay was amazing! I am very picky when it comes to food, but here, I was looking forward to every single mealtime. The food never tasted old or dry. If I could, I would give the service 10 stars. Nothing was a problem, they said that whatever problem we have they will find a solution. The swimming pool was nice, the pool bar was a bonus. We were disappointed by the beach, there was so much rubbish, we went there only once. The beds were extremely comfortable and big, and the air conditioning was strong.

Actually I think to leave the bad feedback for this hotel because of some things, I was expecting from this hotel, when I came with my mom i suddenly felt like the hotel doesn’t match with pictures in reality of this hotel and I was trying to cancel my booking but the trip come had some policy and the guy in reception was so polite and professional he change my room with very nice room with balcony face to the beach, my mom love that room and I change my mind. When we start to leave for few days I realize that it’s really nice hotel, people are polite and very respectful, always smiling and trying their best, the buffet was excellent, thank you chef for cooking delicious meal and we love that, we enjoyed a lot with my mom, breakfast amazing very fresh food and clean!!!! The room was very clean and the workers were very friendly and polite especially Mohammed was cleaning my room 514 he very friendly and so respectful with shining eyes!!!! Yas Island is a very separate area where you are not easy to visit downtown but gives you a very quiet vacation accommodation. Got upgraded to a one-bedroom suite which is considerable spacious and everything is nearly brand new. The pool is nice but what makes it better is connected to the WB hotel pool which you can walk there to enjoy the pool there too. WB pool is cool which a big screen for warner bro canton all the time and very good for the kids!

We booked two twin rooms for 3 nights, however they cannot find two rooms from their system. After clarifying for a long time, they managed to give us the rooms. That maybe due to a communication problem between the hotel and trip.com. Anyways the rooms are clean. There is a rooftop pool. Lifeguard is friendly and helpful. If the rooms are too dark, it would be perfect if they could be brighter.

The experience is very average, and the bedding experience is terrible. First of all, the pillow is too low and has no elasticity at all. After sleeping for a few nights, my neck could not be propped up and it was very painful when I woke up the next day. Secondly, the air conditioner cannot adjust the temperature. The quilt in the hotel is very thin. It is very cold when sleeping and the quilt cannot be warmed. The breakfast tastes very average, it is better to eat outside. A budget hotel costs more than 700 a night. It's not cheap anymore. Can't we use something better? The only advantage is that it is close to the shopping mall and Wenchao can walk there. It is close to the Louvre on the Sea and the Presidential Palace. In short, the experience was very bad and I would not choose this hotel again, which lowered the happiness of the entire trip.

Andaz is amazing！I love this hotel！ Although we only stay here for one night. The building itsself is quite attractive and amazing. And you can view the night view of the bay from the hotel. Facility: The room is very clean and spacious, you can have a good rest after one day's trip. Staff: Quite friendly and helpful, and also willing to hear to your opinion. Location: Near to the most famous Mosque, and many hotels near around. But did not find many restaurant nearby, maybe need some more time to expore. I will definitely recommend my friends to stay here when they visit Abu Dhabi

First of all it has to be said, that we had a very pleasant welcoming! The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff is very friendly and we really enjoyed the pool area. We also added breakfast at check-in and got a discount for it which we appreciated!
