Arrived at the resort on Friday 24th Feb, we had booked a 2 room apartment within one of the several accommodation blocks. The check in seemed to be painless but parking our vehicle turned out to be a hassle. We had to drive around the resort many times before finding a parking space. Then found out we would have to pay 700 pesos just to park for 2 nights! Not ideal. Our room was on the 17th floor and we had an excellent view of Manila Bay and the highway below. The apartment seemed clean and tidy and was plenty big enough for the 6 of us. We discovered very quickly that the wifi and tv didn’t work and also the cooker was broken. Not ideal with 2 teenagers in the party! We all went down to the pool in the afternoon, it was fantastic , the wave machine was superb. Only downside there was not nearly enough sun beds or chairs at the “ beach”. The pool bar was good value for money and the food very good. In the evening we tried the Paris Club, food was very good and plentiful. On the Saturday we used the pool again first thing in the morning then spent the afternoon at the SM mall beside the resort. Many food places which was good. The evening was spent again in Paris. Great opportunities to take holiday pictures. Departing on the Sunday was effortless. Would I recommend the resort? Yes I would but 2 nights is ample time enough.

The hotel is clean however, the bed's a little bit small for two. Also, the aircon is not working. We figured, that's why they had the electric fan inside the room. Room's on 5th floor and no elevator. Please also prepare a 1000 security deposit if you don't wanna be shocked.

The location is kinda hard to find. You cannot go there directly by car, as alleys are narrow. The place is cheap, the room is small, but good enough for those who just needs a place to sleep. Thank you very much for the service of the Thomson Apartments team. The house is located in the CBD area of Manila, in the uptown mall of BGC, surrounded by many restaurants and malls, as well as Chinese restaurants. Although the room is an apartment, the building is equipped with 24-hour security, so there is really no need to worry about safety issues. The facilities in the room are completely provided according to hotel standards, including toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, disposable toilet mat and even disposable towels. The most important thing is that due to the typhoon, I was very worried that I could not leave Manila. The landlord contacted me first after seeing the weather conditions, helped me go to the airport, and provided meticulous service. I am really grateful when there were no taxis on typhoon days. I will definitely choose the Thomson team next time I come to Manila

The address is not clear. You have to call to ask which room you want. The landlord has never shown his face. There is no breakfast. The room is not cleaned. There are no toothbrushes or combs. It is a purely self-service hotel and not suitable for long-term stays. There are cockroaches in the house. The air conditioner is very loud. The Internet is very slow. Poor, the price is high and the price/performance ratio is low.

The service and the people working there are so great. The room is great. The food is also very delicious. Also try out the restaurant Tea for Two that is on the ground floor. If only the one thing the can be better is for the rooftop pool. You need a voucher to use this. So dont forget to ask for this before using it. The duplex structure and decoration are quite unique, but the geographical location is not the best. Overall, it is completely inconsistent with the price of 731 yuan per night. That day, because the company's hotel was full, I temporarily found such a place and thought it was more than 600 yuan. This is a great studio apartment with views of Venice Mall and canal. Very short walk to the vast number of restaurants and shops in Venice Mall. Be sure to have contact phone numbers with you or check in, as the concierge won’t assist with check in at all. Once you reach the property manager, the service level is fantastic (thanks Josie). You’ll need cash for the security deposit also. One suggestion is to improve the level of detail for the address and check in, it’s a very difficult building to find.

Really had a great experience in our stay here at The Residences. Location is very convenient. A few steps away, relatively accross the street from SM aura and very close to other shopping places, restaurants and interesting activities. The room that we rented was very neat and nice. The staff were helpful, polite, kind and pleasant. I would definitely consider coming back and staying again and highly recommend The Residences at BCCT on your next vacation to the Philippines. More power to the staff and management of The Residences at BCCT. Thank you guys for making our vacation a memorable one.

In addition, you are staying at a premium hotel and yet they lock up their shampoo/conditioner amenities when really you should be getting your own. Service was subpar with a lot of waiting around… multiple decisions made without consulting one another so got frustrating at times.

The location is just fine. There are lots of establishments and restaurants nearby. The room is spacious and well-lit, has water heater, plates, bowls, mugs, and spoons that I really didn't expect to see in a budget room. The shower has inconsistent water pressure and temperature and the internet connection was unreliable though. There is a swimming pool but we didn't know if we were allowed to use it so we didn't bother asking the staff. It is surely a plus but neither is okay. It was definitely worth the price.
