This is a really nice property and a highly recommended place to stay. Everything about our stay was great from start to finish. Very comfortable beds, lots of hot water and a good shower with plenty of nice towels. I was really surprised to have daily maid service, which seemed like a distant memory for hotels. The only area of improvement might be the ”hot” breakfast items...especially the sausage gravy which was a mix and did not do much for me. Everything else was as expected and the coffee was very good. Definitely would recommend!

Our room was clean, the staff was friendly but the hotel itself is in bad need of updated. Carpets are worn, wall need painting, wallpaper needs updating as it is torn in places. We hope the hotel gets the attention it needs as it is located in a great part of town and we would like to stay there again.

Beware of staying at this Residence Inn, as my experience has been permanently marred. The staff here engages in collective dishonesty, tarnishing the reputation of the entire establishment. I arrived at the extended stay hotel at 3 am on Christmas Eve and had previously called to ensure a smooth check-in process. Management assured me that a late check-in was possible. However, upon arrival, the hotel was deserted, and security informed me that Judy, a staff member, was at the Fairfield Inn across the parking lot due to a system outage. After a confrontation with Judy, during which she charged my card without prior notice, the situation escalated. It's important to note that these charges occurred while I was stranded on top of a mountain in snowy conditions. Despite the system outage, she insisted on a $400 security deposit, citing policy. Resigned and exhausted at 3 am, I agreed to use a different card. After our argument, Judy agreed to let me stay if I walked back to the Fairfield Inn (2725 Geyser Drive) to ask the manager, Matthew, if that was okay. So, reluctantly, I did. After explaining and apologizing the manager gave me a room key for a room at the Fairfield just for the night. He said go get some sleep but the room he gave me wasn't ready. When my fiancé expressed displeasure about the room and Judy, Matthew, decided to escalate the situation by calling 911 and falsely claiming my fiancé alone was refusing to leave. He NEVER mentioned me in his report. The following day, discovering additional charges on my account, I returned to the Residence Inn. The woman working day shift IMMEDIATLY began treating me differently because of the night prior. She plastered on a fake smile and then made excuses for helping out 3 other people even though I was there first! Then, instead of helping she provided false information about holds on my account in order to stall me until the her boss showed up. I endured all of this only to discover that the entire night shift fabricated a report about us being violent and aggressive and refusing to leave. The day shift manager fixed the issue and then I left. This experience was a nightmarish sequence of lies and mistreatment. The evening shift staff, particularly Judy, Matthew, and their small security guard. Should reflect on their actions. This Marriott has proven to be the worst I've ever encountered. Potential guests, especially disabled veterans, should exercise caution and explore alternatives such as the LA Quinta Inn across the street. Beware of deceptive reviews; the staff at this establishment appears to be unified in dishonesty, even towards disabled veterans.

The front entry was under construction, so that we had to figure out how to go into the hotel. It was not very obvious. We stayed in room 221 which was 5 rooms away from I-25. We can hear the traffic a little. One of us was a light sleeper but was able to sleep through the night. The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice and clean. The bathroom fan was a bit loud. There was no body lotion in the room. We asked at the front desk, but they didn't have any either. The breakfast was OK. It was a walking distance to the Broadmoor Ice Arena, so the location was perfect for us.

The only real disappointment was the induction cooktop came with a tiny little skillet and was useless for more than an egg. And since there was a free breakfast there was no need to cook an egg. We did find grills outside - those should be mentioned on the website. Breakfast was pretty good - not great, but good. It was quite difficult to get the little omelets and sausages out of their heating unit. I would like English muffins rather than bagels. They should post in the laundry that it takes an extra quarter to wash a load on medium rather than light. A quarter is not much, but when one has gotten $5 of quarters and does not have an extra it is quite irritating. The staff at the front desk and serving the breakfast were all outstanding - pleasant and efficient.

Imagine a boutique Motel 6. Pictures on the website were deceiving. You can’t call yourself a hotel when you are a remodeled motel. You can put lipstick on a pig….I like the concept of SCP, as they have some decent properties in some really nice places. But why CoSpgs? The place is centered in the armpit of the city. Zero walk ability. Positives: Hospitality was above average. Cool lobby area with bar. Room was modern and clean. Bed was comfortable. Good value, no sneaky fees. Great if you were passing through and needed an inexpensive place to stay. Negatives: structural decay. Sounded like someone was rattling the door when they walked by. Room privacy not great because of the motel design. Random people lingering around the property. Some guy was using a leaf blower at 12am across the parking lot. Very noisy and sound proofing not good. Sketchy neighborhood.

I’ve been a Marriott Bonvoy elite member for quite some time, and I have to say this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. During the second night of our stay, we realized that someone, not us, had blown their nose in the comforter. Upon further inspection, we noticed blood stains all over the comforters and duvet covers. We brought this to the staffs attention and took the comforter and duvet off the bed and put it onto the floor as instructed by the cleaning staff. Shockingly, when we returned that night, the same, dirty comforter, and duvet cover, were placed on the bed. Laughably the cleaning staff had left a calling card, not 6 inches from one of the blood stains. When we brought this to the attention of the Bell staff, we were told that no one was on duty and we would have to make the beds ourselves if we wanted to clean sheets. To make matters worse, they had no extra comforters available, so we had to use the temporary blanket on the bed. While, we did not eat breakfast or have any meals at the hotel, during our five day stay, we did not see any staff manning the in-house Starbucks, during any of the listed open hours. When we brought these points up to the receptionist that appeared to be on duty, she informed us that it was actually past her shift and the night receptionist had not reported for his shift. She informed us that she would notify the manager, and the manager would reach out to us. The manager never reached out. When we got back to the room on our last day, the sheets that were dirty, were still on the floor. even after we informed the staff that the room was in substandard condition, they still did not clean the room. If I could give negative stars, I would, this place is a pit. You can definitely see the management does not care about this property. This is the worst Marriott property I have ever had the displeasure of visiting.

There is a difference between a suite and a studio. The suite has a separate room. Studio is one room. Both have small kitchen and pull out sofa. In our studio we could use the cushions from the sofa as another extra bed on the floor! There was no oven - just a stove top. There is full fridge, freezer, microwave, some dishes, some utensils and a pot and pan. Indoor pool was nice and warm maybe about 88?. Hot tub was adjustable heat and beautiful with jets. Great view of Pikes Peak. Not noisy. There was a full shower in the pool area (no walls and in the pool area). Lots of choices for breakfast buffet - eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, juice, sausage, waffles.

The hotel is very clean and fairly new. Room was very comfortable plenty of space for four of us. It’s nice to have an area to sit in the room besides the beds. Front desk were nice and helpful. I would not suggest wasting your time going down for the “free” breakfast. We travel a lot and stay at Hilton brand hotels this was the worse breakfast service we ever had. First day they were out of food by 8am and the person working was rude about it. The second day there was food but only bought out 3 omelets and hash browns at a time. Milk was gone when we got down there at 7:30. They only refilled 3 milks at a time. Our last day we didn’t even stop and went out for breakfast.

Very clean hotel and spacious/comfortable room that has many great amenities. Full kitchen with everything you need. Walkable to lots of restaurants, bars and the Olympic Museum. Also has a nice rooftop bar with great view (make a reservation it was very crowded even on a Monday night). We got four free beers (I think you can also choose wine?) and a small cheese plate during Happy Hour which is a very nice perk. Excellent staff! Our car broke down and we needed to come back after we had already checked out. They gave us access to our room and also were going to give me a discount on the rate if I needed to stay another night (hotel was very full that day and I had a special rate for my stay). I think the front desk employee who helped me was named Tevon? Thank you so much for being so kind and professional to help us during a very stressful situation. Well done and much appreciated!

I don’t understand how anybody could be excited about this place. The staff was nice and the breakfast was acceptable and the coffee was definitely good. Having a comfortable bed without sheets that smell like fabric softener is a pretty big deal and this hotel had that which was great. However, the air conditioning and heating system was very dated - with paper taped on the thermostat to tell me to use the manual controls on the air conditioner…which was barely able to blow air. The other mismatched furniture was well-used as well. I don’t know how anyone could consider that this was recently remodeled. The bathroom felt to be beneath the expectations of a Hampton. The wifi simply didn’t work. The lobby certainly does not feel modern in any way. I was depressed by it at first sight. I would stay here if I had to again but it definitely wouldn’t be a choice high on my list. I am sorry if I hurt anyone’s feelings at the hotel for giving a truthful review like this, but it was certainly not a positive experience that I’d like to repeat.

While this is an older property, like many Hilton Garden Inn properties near airports, it is being updated and modernized. Still a work in progress, but I was impressed with the renovated bathroom and some of the updated decorations. The room was clean, and everything was in good working order. Wi-fi was reliable and fast. The fitness center while clean, is kind of dated and needs new equipment. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the airport shuttle was reliable and very convenient. There are many choices near the Colorado Springs Airport, but this Hilton Garden Inn Colorado Springs Airport is a solid choice for its comfort and convenience.

Based on price and star ratings, one of the better deals in Colorado Springs. Clean, nice staff, nice pool, close to a lot of things along a highway running north. A short drive over to I-25 so not too far off the path. Only problem was missing a tub drain plug, and you have to request room service if you stay multiple days. Would stay here again.

The staff is courteous, breakfast is free and underground parking is provided ($17 per night ???). The best part is that the Springhill shares an 8th floor restaurant and bar with the Element next door. The bar is outside and faces the mountains at sunset. Econo Lodge North Academy 1075 Kelly Johnson Blvd Colorado Springs, CO 80920 719-260-6969 I booked this hotel on April 13, 2023 at 8:55pm My stay was to be for 4 days. I checked into the hotel on 4/25 at 4:38pm by JPATEL according to the paperwork. The total amount of my stay was to be $249.53. When I got to my room I found it to be minimally ”OK” as I did just a quick scan and go. Hind sight, I should have ran for the hills. I didn't look that close at the room until my daughter dropped me off. Upon checking, the room was quite disgusting. Had it not been so late that night and had I had transportation I would have left and booked a different hotel. The whole hotel needs to be condemned. I called the customer service # that same evening and talked to them about the room, asking them what my options were. They told me I could check out early and go to a different hotel. I booked the new hotel that same day after my daughter came to get me. When I returned to the hotel to pack and tell them I was leaving early the man working the counter was an asshat to me. When I went to do the checkout the lady who checked me out didn't give me any hassle, she gave me a receipt and told me it'd take 24-48 hrs to see the refund back to the card. Well today, May 1, the refund hasn't showed up. In fact the whole amount of $249.53 was charged to my card and it has been processed through. So the transaction has been paid. I of course called the credit card company to dispute the charge. They didn't give me any hassle either but she did ask me what was wrong with the room. I told her let me pull my pictures that I took and I'll give you all the details. Well she ran out of room on her form before I got even halfway through my list. This is just a very, very brief explanation of the issues. I want to make sure people are warned as soon as possible let about this hotel. If I could give this hotel a negative rating I certainly would. Please DO NOT stay at this hotel.

A perfect hotel for our Special Olympics weekend. We got two rooms and even though they weren’t adjoining the front desk made sure they were across from each other. The pullout couch was really comfortable. Very clean and quiet. Nice shower. So, when I say tired, this hotel is exhausted. They had to try to make the hotel so shabby. The only thing that outdoes the shabbiness of the hotel is the maintenance and service. My toilet was broken and I told them the next mornning after I checked in. When I got in that evening nothing had changed. I had the joy of a broken running toilet. Then don't even get me started at my attempt to get a pizza ordered at the bar and the misinformation I was told at the front desk and bar.....I would skip this one totally.

We came for the USAF graduation. First night we checked in the pool which was to be a highlight, was unavailable because of a weekly schedule swimming lesson. So guests can't use the pool. I was going to go elsewhere but the guy at the front desk said it's only 3 hours one night a week. So we stayed. We swam the next day and it was great. Saturday we scheduled our day around a long swim in the morning. Went to the pool and they are giving swim lessons again. We are told pool isn't closed, you can swim. There is an entire class of toddlers accompanied by parents in water doing lessons with instructors calling out directions. They were changing a toddlers' diaper on the pool deck! BTW there are no bathrooms in pool area! Really? Also room service was skipped even though we requested ahead of time per the rule.

DO NOT STAY HERE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS WHAT I AM ABOUT TO SAY HAPPENED TONIGHT 9-18-2019. I have never left a review like this or been treated like this in my entire life. My heart aches so much right now. Please read this until the end. I am the mother of 6, a wife and have a masters degree in business administration. Unfortunately I also have cancer. I am having surgery tomorrow and spoke to someone at the hotel before I booked my room. I live close to this hotel in our home with my family and the hospital I am having surgery at tomorrow is near by. I knew the preparation for surgery tomorrow was going to be difficult and I did not want my children or any of my family to have to endure my suffering tonight. To get through the pain and time I am facing we decided it best for me to get to be alone tonight but near our home in case I needed my husband or someone to come to me. I spoke to a male employee at the hotel when I booked my room about getting a late check out. The plan was to go directly from the hotel to the hospital tomorrow but my check in at the hospital is at 2:00pm. I called to see if I could check out at 1:30pm and that is what was agreed to by the man I spoke to when I booked the room. I was told by him that if there was going to be any issues at all he was leaving a message for the manager and I would receive a phone call. Angel, the horrible women that discriminated against me when I went to check in said the man I spoke to no longer works there. I just made the reservation a couple days ago!!!!! Angel refused to allow me to speak to a manager and then said she was the manager for that shift which I am certain is entirely untrue. She accused me of cussing at her which I never ever ever cuss. My husband was standing right there because I am too sick and weak to be able to drive myself and again, surgery is tomorrow so someone dropping me off and picking me up was the idea. He too could not believe this women's horrible behavior. He is a witness to the entire thing. She refused the late check out I had been promised so then I said fine I have the key I will deal with it in the morning and she said she deactivated the key and did not complete my check in and was not honoring my reservation. By this time I was sitting on the floor because I was getting so sick and in so much pain. She yelled at me for sitting on the floor instead of the chairs across the room that they had in the area. I do not generally sit on the floor but sitting in a chair with my legs straight down is extremely painful. My entire family can tell anyone I do not sit in normal chairs right now almost ever. Even at our kitchen table. I can't. Angel then proceeded to say she was calling the police because I was sitting on the floor.........Can you believe it? I am crying by this time and my husband had to just help me up and back to our car which I had a hard time walking to. He helped me get all the way back home where I am sitting in agony as I type this

The hotel being clean is the only reason I give this hotel anything above 1 star. First off, the lady at the front desk left us waiting for longer than we needed to as she was chatting with a customer that she apparently knew personally. This left us holding our heavy luggage for much longer than necessary. She also didn’t give us our Ambassador status gift bag OR hotel points, which makes this the only Marriott hotel out of the three we’ve stayed at this past 2 weeks that hasn’t. She wasn’t TOO rude though, so my husband and I brushed it off as maybe a one-off issue. Next, we encountered the night staff clerk while getting a late night snack. This guy is RUDE; he speaks in mostly grunts, and when he does reply with words, it’s something extremely uninterested-sounding & rude, like he’d rather be dead than talk to you. We tried paying for our snacks with a Marriott gift card we received in an email by our Marriott Ambassador, but he claimed there was “no way to do it” and completely gave up on helping in any way, despite the fact that we had already used part of the gift card at our previous hotel (AC Frisco) so it’s obviously possible. All in all, I don’t recommend this hotel. Go to the nearby Springhill Suites instead, they were much more friendly when we stayed there last week.

Our room was one floor above the lobby and had a nice view of the snow covered trees ;). Slept great (bed was super comfy) and there was a hot breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately my husband left his camera charger behind, plugged into the outlet. I called a couple of days later and the housekeeper had turned it in to the front desk. We really appreciate their honesty and that they happily mailed it back to us. There are fancier hotels out there, but we were very pleased with our experience and how we were treated.

Spent one night while traveling home from holiday trip. Was very nice room and clean. Breakfast was was good and had nice variety. Staff was friendly and helpful. We've stayed in 3 BW hotels in other parts of the state and this one was the best. Would definitely stay here again.

Though you could say it has features that are becoming a hipster millennial meme; knob radio instead of alarm clock, zany wallpaper with foxes, exposed brick and flyers to Tarot readings for guests, this hotel does deliver with good service and a convenient location to all there is to do in Colorado Springs. If you just need a clean bed and a light breakfast there are other options. If you want to have an experience, then this would be the place for you at a reasonable price too.

We were there for a naval reunion for 6 days. The staff were exceptional, the breakfast was mediocre, the shuttle was broken which limited where we could go with no cars available through rental places. The rooms were very nice, roomy, bed was comfortable, housekeeping good, quiet evenings. We had two dinners there, and they were awful. Overcooked fish/chicken, cold out of a can beans, cold small potatoes, out of the can baked beans, good fried potatoes but cold. The bar had 2 bottles of wine, which were already open, and neither any good. The coffee was non-existent the last breakfast, so the manager got some from Starbucks and brought it to the hotel. That was very thoughtful.

Our room wasn't cleaned two consecutive days when we were there. Rooms around us had smokers (we were given a ”non-smoking” room). Hallways looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Walls/fixtures showed poor levels of design/installation/maintenance: - 2 room electrical outlets were hazardous - 2 light bulbs were burned out - chipped paint and/or scraped off in many places - drawers wouldn't close fully, creating a hazard - there was no fan in the bathroom -- mirror was frequently foggy - closet door was behind bathroom door -- to access it, you have to go into the bathroom and close the bathroom door, then open the closet - closet was too small for normal hangers -- we had to angle them When we discussed the cleaning issues with the front desk, they gave us a ”we're- short-handed” song and dance. They didn't offer even a half-concealed apology, speaking as though we had chosen the wrong hotel -- they were right about that. I've stayed in multiple La Quinta hotels in at least a dozen cities, and never had problems even close to this.

Pros: the location was close enough to Manitou Springs, which is where most of what we did was. The property was clean and the breakfast area had a beautiful view of Pikes Peak. The breakfast choices were good each morning. Plenty of protein and carbs. And the woman who maintained it each morning was amazing! Highly suggest tipping her if you agree! The pool area was nice and clean. Cons: the parking was horrendous! 95% of it was down a very steep decline in the back. It was a shared lot with another hotel so the spaces would fill up quickly towards the evening. You were lucky to find a spot. There was no place to park when we checked in so we had to trek our luggage up that steep hill and around to a door. The rooms were tiny! And we had a suite! The pullout couch mattress was so horribly bad. My husband took it off and put it on the floor each night along with some extra blankets for padding. The bathroom was tiny and the water pressure was also very bad. The shower hardly put out water to the point we had a hard time staying wet and rinsing out the shampoo from our hair. And the toilet hardly held water in it so flushing was interesting. Just FYI when you do more than pee. ;) It was kind of crazy. The only critique about breakfast is to add fruit other than apples and oranges. The apples were overripe and the oranges weren’t really eaten. Maybe some canned fruit? We would not stay here again. There were better choices now that we’ve stayed there.

An Antarctic organization I am a member of had our reunion at the hotel. One surprise I had was that it was a few miles from the airport thus the Uber ride was a bit pricy. The ES is situated with several other large hotels so there must be a reason for its location. The check in was very easy and the staff were helpful and friendly. I received the room I had requested a second-floor king bed. The room was well set up with refrigerator, microwave, safe and a good bathroom with shower and tub. It was a suite with separate bedroom and room to entertain in the living room. The room was a bit dated, but everything was fine, and I found it very comfortable. The hotel is structured with a large indoor courtyard which I really like versus the standard long hallways. It could get a little noisy in the courtyard area, but you didn't hear much inside the room. The hotel is dated but is to undergo an entire renovation in the next year or so. I didn't use the restaurant or bar, but they looked good. Our reunion was a great success and a big reason for that was the friendly and professional hotel staff One thing you might not get out of the hotel information is the fact that it sits very close to a fantastic hiking trail. It's wide with plenty of signage and I enjoyed my walks there immensely. I enjoyed my stay and would certainly return.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Check in was simple and quick. The breakfast was average but the worker was very friendly. Probably the only reason I did not give the hotel a 5 was because of the $10 nightly charge to park. I am very use to paying for parking but not where there is an empty lot and large parking area.
