Actually I think to leave the bad feedback for this hotel because of some things, I was expecting from this hotel, when I came with my mom i suddenly felt like the hotel doesn’t match with pictures in reality of this hotel and I was trying to cancel my booking but the trip come had some policy and the guy in reception was so polite and professional he change my room with very nice room with balcony face to the beach, my mom love that room and I change my mind. When we start to leave for few days I realize that it’s really nice hotel, people are polite and very respectful, always smiling and trying their best, the buffet was excellent, thank you chef for cooking delicious meal and we love that, we enjoyed a lot with my mom, breakfast amazing very fresh food and clean!!!! The room was very clean and the workers were very friendly and polite especially Mohammed was cleaning my room 514 he very friendly and so respectful with shining eyes!!!! My Mom love that place we enjoyed a lot and security was helpful and respectful!!!! Thank you guys we enjoyed a lot!!!! I would love to come back again maybe next time🥰特别感谢您们！服务特别棒！下次再来！From$169

We attended our son's wedding at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr during the second week of March. The hotel is a beautiful resort property, with great amenities and a wonderful view of the Grand Mosque. What set this hotel apart is the superb service and care provided by the entire staff at Fairmont over the duration of our stay. With more than a hundred guests in our collective party, they managed to make everyone comfortable and well cared for. From the reception to the concierge to the wait staff in the restaurants to housekeeping, everyone was attentive and friendly. While it is always hard to remember every name - and one inevitably leaves someone out - we do want to especially recognize Fidan Aghayeva (Restaurant Manager) and her team, Cyril Anne Amorato (Assistant Sales Manager) and her team, Zahid, Jose, Rajeev, Tariq, Joshua, Raymond, Roy, Serian, and so many more. Customer service is friendly but the valet service is very cumbersome. They don’t allow you to park your vehicle by yourselves.
The hotel suite is facing seas view. I would suggest the management to consider undergo renovation to make it modern feel.

Very good, nice sized hotel. Excellent pool area with heated outside pool. Great to have direct access to the private beach. All the staff were really helpful and friendly but particularly Binot on the concierge desk. Disappointing that the main Jing restaurant does not offer its full range of international food or its oriental buffet during Ramadan. Yas Shuttle bus is really useful but be warned of unscheduled hour long breaks (usually 6pm/7pm ish during Ramadan. Overall a good experience and we would come back.From$150

|17.19km from city centerI stayed here twice during the first ten days of July. Absolutely fantastic, hands down best Accor run property in the UAE. Most of the customer service at Accor hotels in the UAE is atrocious and horrible. But this property, is the absolute opposite. Honestly, other properties in the UAE should send their management and staff to shadow the staff and management at this hotel. All of my requests being an Accor member were met with absolute ease. Everything was efficient and most of all prompt. The staff, Roshani, who checked me in was absolutely wonderful and the staff who checked me in on my second stay, I believe a Moroccan staff early in the morning, was equally fantastic. The hotel goes out of its way for its loyalty members and that is truly appreciated. This has become my go to property in the UAE even if I have work in Dubai. I would not mind the drive because I have tried so many Accor hotels in Dubai and they are frankly just empty properties devoid of service. A special thanks to the staff working at 10pm on the 20th at Aroma. He went out of his way to accommodate my wife and that was very touching. Thanks once again and I will definitely be back.

|3.64km from city centerWe stayed here over Christmas. There was a slight issue in the room we had been given but by paying a small upgrade fee we got a huge 2 bed apartment. This room is a must if travelling as a family as you get 2 bed rooms and 2 bathroom. The living room helps when having any friends over or to chill in in the evening. The small kitchenette is handy to store any snacks and do any laundry if needed. The hotel is attached to abu dhabi mall which is really convenient for buying food and drink from the supermarket and also restaurants for dinner. The shops had really good deals on as it was the Christmas sale period. We were allowed to have breakfast at beach rotana which is a short walk away. The breakfast here was really good and the best hotel made hot chocolate I have had. We used the beach rotana pool and beach area daily. This hotel is very well located and easy to get cabs from.

Hygiene: Satisfied! Although there was a small problem along the way (the curtain fell down, workers came to fix it, and there was no extra room fee)
Service: Excellent! The service staff are very enthusiastic. There is also a free shuttle bus to Yas Mall, Ferrari Land, Warner Park, and a free shuttle bus to Abu Dhabi Airport!

Huge thanks to Mr. Kacimi, in the reception, for giving us the great family room. His kindness, with a smile, is an asset to the hotel. The room was so spacious, which really accommodated my family. Nice amenities as well, especially the jacuzzi, steam & sauna bath. We loved the salas / living area, thanks to Mr. Raghu and Mr. Rhohan, housekeeping dept., for providing our needs, especially the extra beds for my mom & I and for the bottled water. You guys are awesome, always smiling despite the busy schedule. Buffet breakfast was superb, with plenty of foods, we really enjoyed. Lastly, we don’t want to leave that early as we wanted to spend more time in the steam/sauna bath, hence, thank you so much Mr. Thuha Bo, in the reception, for granting our late check-out request. All of you are amazingly generous and kind by heart. Cheers and more power.

The reception staff were extremely polite, presentable and proactive. They gave us a turtle toy when they say we had a toddler checking in, when we asked for late checkout it was offered without hesitation or making a big fuss about it.
The pools are great but would definitely benefit from a shading system like trees or shade sails. The sun lounges were too close to each other on the pool but by the beach they were well separated.
I love that the towels are present on the lounges saves time and effort to go collect from a booth.
The beach itself was the highlight of my stay despite the water being hot due to summer season, I still enjoyed it alot.
One recommendation to make the experience a 10 out of 10 is to make a walking track on the sand to protect our poor feet from the heat as it is a long walking distance to reach the lounges and the actual beach.
The kids club needs more attention, it is tiny and messy inside. The outside area is good but too hot for summer.
I would definitely repeat my visit when prices are a bit budget friendly because when it comes to customer service the staff here definitely stand out.
I tried their buffet breakfast and the food, service and variety were excellent.
The bakery section behind the pasta bar needs to have a wider entrance to make the access easier.

|3.78km from city centerWhen we first arrived at the hotel, the valet asked me what I was doing sitting outside the main entrance. Not a very pleasant welcome.
We went to the reception to check-in and the lady behind the desk stated that the room was not paid for. She showed me the card used for the booking then asked me to prove it was my card. I expaind the booking was made by trip.com and even showed the receipt and the payment taken from my bank account. Yet, she still refused to check us in. She called the manager and within a second, he said the booking had been already been paid for, but she then argued with him saying that I was not the card holder. The manager apologised and told her to continue with the check-in process. I then asked for a late check-out, which she didn't even bother acknowledging. Wasted our Time especially when I had young children who wanted to sleep.
Resort was nice for the kids and breakfast was good.

You can walk from the hotel to Warner Bros. Park via the city promenade, and it takes ten minutes to walk through the Warner Five-Star Hotel. You don’t have to walk in It’s extremely hot outside the city and there are shuttle buses, but we were short of time and didn’t take a taxi for the entire journey.

The breakfast has a variety of items that suits all types vegetarians and non vegetarians
The swimming pool is a bit small, but very clean and they offer towels with showers and changing rooms.
The hotel also has a gym with variety of equipment.
At last the hotel was very good and i highly recommend visiting the place for your short stays.

After sleeping for a few nights, my neck could not be propped up and it was very painful when I woke up the next day. Secondly, the air conditioner cannot adjust the temperature. The quilt in the hotel is very thin. It is very cold when sleeping and the quilt cannot be warmed. The breakfast tastes very average, it is better to eat outside. A budget hotel costs more than 700 a night. It's not cheap anymore. Can't we use something better? The only advantage is that it is close to the shopping mall and Wenchao can walk there. It is close to the Louvre on the Sea and the Presidential Palace. In short, the experience was very bad and I would not choose this hotel again, which lowered the happiness of the entire trip.

All Staffs are very friendly and efficient specially Mr. Austin and Mr. Shibu. They are always there to help. Housekeeping service is also very good compare to other hotels. I have stayed most of hotels in tourist club area, Mazlish,Al Manzel, Oriental but Ivory is one of the best hotel for family.
