this no frill hotel is really tops. Great location, very nice rooms, small but compact bathroom. My only complaint is that the room doors are very loud upon closing which becomes annoying when lots of people near you arrive during the night. I chose not to get breakfast since I eat little and the cost would have not warranted it.

Very nice reception and clean rooms. 80,-€ /Nacht including breakfast & drinks. Breakfast is very diverse, is always filled fresh and you don't have to stand on the buffet snake as in big hotels. It is very pleasant, quiet, family and everyone has his privacy. The train station to all the attractions of Hamburg is only 2-5 minutes walk from the hotel and you are within 30 minutes on St. Pauli and the landing bridges. Shops are also in the immediate vicinity.

We stayed here for 5 days for a family visit. The hotel surprised us in a good way. Everything was clean efficient and pleasant. The location was also ideal for us (5min to the subway/tube station). Modern building, nice breakfast buffets - nice bathroom, and quiet room. Couldn't ask for more. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. I think it also presented good value for money.

The hotel downstairs is a street in the Middle East. It is good to buy fruits and vegetables in the supermarket. However, during such a wave of refugees, the women who brought me children were scared to death. The hotel breakfast is very poor, it is still next door, in the lobby of another hotel. There is no elevator in the hotel, so I climbed to the third floor with my luggage, alas. If young people, men and women can live in, others don't even think about living abroad to save money.

Super service, only the drinking machines were cold/heat had problems, but this may be because not so many guests were expected. There could still be work on it. The employees have been curved to meet the guest. Praise the brave rank. If we travel back to Hamburg, we will check in back to this hotel. Great location. Easy to get around and get back to the place at night. If you're a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend the shared rooms, people coming back late at night, the doors close quite loudly. My only complaint is that I received a keycard to the wrong room and walked right into a private suite.. Nobody was there thankfully and I just walked right out, but if I were staying in a private room I would hate to think that strangers could just walk into my room where all my belongings are lying around. Otherwise clean and quite a cool environment.

Nice location with parking nearby. I would like the bar to be open later, but it was Monday. Would be cool if there was a kiosk nearby. Because the reception didn't had enough snacks. The ATM was not working, and it was kind of hard to find one around. They spoke English so that is a big plus.

Positive: From the price performance perspective it is a nice hotel to stay overnight or at most two nights. Clean rooms and bedding. Small rooms, but comfortable. A very nice local bar/pub beside the hotel where you can eat, drink and watch sport games Negative: Not enough electric sockets. None beside or close to the beds. Hardtime if you have sleeping aid machine. I had to ask an extension cable and multi socket and they provided. Car parking in 5 min walking distance not a big deal, but dropping off or loading your luggages at the front door of the hotel is problematic. Either you block the bike road or sidewalk or have to stay in a paid park area. Each time you get punished by local people :) The worst thing we experienced was the outage of the internet and they could not fix it in 48 hours.

Very friendly and premature staff! Also extra service (early breakfast for the children) was offered to us. A mattress had a great place, but this was also repaired immediately! Super location, centrally located in front of the doors of the city. You come with the metro everywhere and there are even 2 large shopping centres directly nearby. All in all a very nice hotel also for families!
