The property is located in a very calm & upscale area, and right next to the mighty brahmaputra, offering some scenic views. The room was quite comfortable for a night’s stay. We had no problem whatsoever and even though we had to step out for a function in evening and reach back late at night. Manoj is a great host. Situated in a broken pathway ***** Paltan Bazar; access is tricky. The outer appearance of the hotel does not inspire confidence. The reception / lobby area is tiny and dingy. But all this is made up by the room I opted for: Deluxe category. The room was huge by any standards, spic and span, equipped with L-shaped sofa, study table and the usual bed, TV, fridge etc. It also had a balcony which is rare these days. The staff looked deprived, but were friendly and cooperative. The food is reasonably priced and tasty. The breakfast is limited and homely. Tariff, very reasonable. Recommended for middle budget travelers.

Stay was good. I was here for official work. I ordered tea here and as i had to leave early i was expecting to get it early but until i left i did not get the tea. That was disappointing. Also they should serve breakfast more early. Rest the staff are good anyway.

So so service. I was happy because they let me an early checkin at 7am. But one of their staff was rude and ignorance. Later another took incharge and he arranged everything well, cleaned the room asap. Being a single girl, however sometimes i felt the second guy little creepy, even-though he was serving well.

1. Room is a bit small but okay for two people. 2. Ac is somehow working but temperature is not adjustable. 3. No place for hanging clothes. Almirah is there without any hanger. 4. Cleaning service is very poor. We stayed there for 4 nights, during this period they didn't even changed our bedsheets once despite requested for the same. 5. Toilet shower is non functional. 6. No room service. 7. Owner is polite.
