My partner and I stayed here in January. It was our first accommodation in Thailand and we enjoyed it. Our room was basic and I felt like it would of been cheaper however all the facilities were in working order. Checkin was simple, quick and easy. Interesting colour choices in our premium room. Breakfast wasn’t included but we had breakfast at the guesthouse everyday without fail! I would recommend a breakfast smoothie too! Very tasty! There is a temple literally a two minute walk away which is well worth a visit!

My partner and I stayed here for a few nights while visiting Bangkok before touring the rest of Thailand. Room was very inexpensive, and nothing fancy, but perfect for what we really needed! Staff were very helpful and spoke good enough English to get by. Laundry service was inexpensive and the restaurant on the first floor was very convenient and delicious! Hotel is close by lots of food options, 7-Eleven, and the MRT.

I liked the hostel, very clean and comfortable. The air conditioner works great! The staff is very friendly and speaks good English! The only negative is that the common area (kitchen) is not at all equipped for use, there is no kettle, etc. IMPORTANT!! There is a shared shower for all accommodation options!

The room is lovely, comfortable and clean enough. It has a good sized sleeping area with double bed and a wet room. The sink didn't drain properly though. There's hot water, pressure in the shower was OK. There could have been a side table and lamp as each time I had to have the main light switch on. There's a balcony. Wifi in the room was good. The location is quiet. There's a lovely garden area, you can hear the bird song. There's a restaurant on site and the prices are good and so is the food. They serve breakfast and lunch. There's a 7 Eleven, on the same road. The staff speak English and are polite. It's about a 25min walk to Khao San Road. I was able to check-in early as my room was ready which was good.

I went to check in late afternoon around 5.20 pm. After getting into the room no. 202 we instantly found that the room wasn’t cleaned up yet(or maybe it was still occupied)!! This is unacceptable. We were so shocked. The bed, pillow, blanket...etc were still messed and not made (luckily nobody was in the room) We then were assigned to another room which was 204. This room was okay. One good point that the male staff did apologize us but he said that maybe the system was inaccurate!! Thinking of our check in time at 5+ pm which was pretty late already, they should have checked and prepared the room for the arriving guest. Imagine if there was someone in the room when we entered, what would have happened? พักครั้งแรกก็ไม่ประทับใจ เข้าพักระหว่าง 6-7 กุมภาพันธ์ 2564 ไปเช็คอินประมาณ 17.20 น. (ซึ่งก็ถือว่าช้าแล้ว) พอเปิดประตูเข้าไป ห้องแรก 202 สภาพที่เห็นคือห้องถูกใช้แล้ว เตียงนอน ที่นอน ผ้าห่ม ฯลฯ อยู่ในสภาพที่ยังไม่ได้ทำความสะอาด เลยรีบออกมาและแจ้งพนักงาน พนักงานก็รีบหาห้องใหม่ให้คือ 204 (ห้องนี้ปกติ) พอลงไปสอบถามพนักงานว่าเกิดอะไรขึ้น พนักงานก็แจ้งว่าไม่ทราบเหมือนกัน เพราะเขาทำงานแค่เสาร์-อาทิตย์ แต่น่าจะเป็นที่ระบบ?? ขนาดเราว่าเรามาเช็คอินช้าแล้ว และโรงแรมก็ไม่ได้เต็มหรือยุ่งมาก แสดงว่าก่อนเราเข้าพัก ทางโรงแรมฯ ไม่ได้เช็คหรือเตรียมห้องไว้ล่วงหน้าเลย ยังโชคดีที่ตอนที่เราเข้าไปห้องแรก ไม่มีลูกค้าคนอื่นอยู่!! สิ่งที่ตามมาคือ คืนนั้นทั้งคืนมันก็ทำให้เรานอนไม่หลับสนิท เพราะระแวงว่าโรงแรมฯ จะส่งลูกค้าคนอื่นมาซ้ำห้องเราอีกไหม (First impression is the last impression) อยากให้โรงแรมฯ ตรวจสอบและหามาตรการระมัดระวังไม่ให้เกิดเหตุการณ์แบบนี้เกิดขึ้นอีกในอนาคต ปล.พนักงานผู้ชายที่เป็นคนเช็คอิน รับมือกับสถานการณ์ได้ดี หาห้องใหม่เปลี่ยนให้ พูดจาเพราะและขอโทษหลายครั้ง

The boss is very nice and enthusiastic. I watched the New Year's Eve fireworks in Bangkok City Walk and made a lot of friends. It's awesome. The sister is also great. She never lacks a smile on her face. The rooftop is a great place.

Note --This Bangkok Property does not have an Elevator / Lift . So check for your room on which floor it has been allocated once you book it . Though you will have someone to assist but still wanted to give you this point in case you have lot of luggages Awesome Property in Bangkok old area. Although I chose this hostel at random, I have no regrets. It had a great environment. friendly staff, comfortable common area. The location is near the famous Khaosan road. I would definitely prefer it if my way goes to Bangkok again. It was great place for the price. In addition, the fact that it serves breakfast adds even more value to this place. It's been long time to put my comment after stayed this hostel. Idk how is right now .

It’s quite far from Khaosan Road. About 2km round trip? The location is not good for getting around by public transportation other than a taxi. The room with the bed itself is really comfortable, but the bathroom stall is open at the top and bottom, which is a bit embarrassing. Perhaps because it's near Khaosan, party-crazy kids come into the dormitory at 3 or 4 a.m. and make a lot of noise.

Pros: 1. Super Location: 30 secs walk to BTS Station, 10 mins walk to MBK centre, 10 mins walk to Siam. Convenience stores, local food stores are around. 2. Clean : I appreciate the cleaners clean the rubbish bins in the toilets few times per day. 3. Very friendly Staff: due to my medical situation, I keep on modifying my booking, but the staff tried their best to help me and arrange my bookings to my conveniences. 4. Conmon area: Nice and spacious. 5. Every bed gets their own light, power point and curtain. 6. The bed is comfortable Cons: 1. The room is quite crowded, not much space to move around 2. The water supply of the shower is weak. 3. More hooks should be done inside the toilets and shower rooms. Not much spaces for you to put things in the shower room. 4. No rubbish bin in the dorm room. 5. Breakfast is very basic,no bread is provided.

We stayed here for 3 nights while in Bangkok. We arrived on the overnight train from Chiang Mai at 7:30 am and the hotel stored our bags for us until check-in time (and delivered our bags to our room up 3 flights of stairs). We had a beautiful room on the 3rd floor (no elevator, and the stairs are steep). The room was large and the beds were pretty good—I would say better than average, as the beds in Thailand seem to be a bit hard. The bathroom area was large and the shower was hot and strong. There is a very limited breakfast offering (mostly a banana, toast and coffee in the morning) and we ended up having breakfast elsewhere. Although the hotel was located down a side road and then an alley, we used Grab service quite a bit and they always arrived without a problem, although we usually walked to the end of the alley for pickup and drop off to make it more convenient for them. It was a bit of a walk—maybe 7 or 8 minutes—to the Sky train and subway, but not too bad. The receptionist was extremely helpful and could not do enough for you. All in all, we loved this hotel and this would be our first choice if we ever need a hotel in Bangkok again. (I listed this as a mid-range hotel, but since we only paid about $40 a night, it is more of a budget hotel with a mid-range accommodation.)

I am not expecting super clean nor super complete rooms in Pratunam area considering this area is very crowded with stores and market activities. This hotel has provide exactly everything we need for the area. Clean bed and bathroom, sufficient towels, free flow mineral water and very reliable fast WiFi access. This could be the most suitable hotel to choose in this area. We saw there are a lot more more 'fancy and luxurious' hotel nearby, however most of them located above very busy and noisy market with knock down stall which may cause unnecessary noisy for your sleep. This area is almost open 24 hours. Cloud 9 just the right choice which located on a quiet corner. This hotel could be hard to find even if you use online map. Try to look for Benz hotel. This cloud 9 is next to it. we will definitely choose this hotel again when we had a chance to visit the area. We do not hesitate to recommend this place to our colleagues and families.

Nice simple hostel with comfortable bed located walking distance from BTS Thonglor. The Staffs are super friendly and accommodating ready to recommend you places and guide you to where you would like to go. Toilet is limited; I would recommend to bring your toiletries too, However hairdryer is provided. :) There are nearby Japanese restaurants and Buffets available. The area is more for Japanese foodies and not much shopping available unless you walk towards Ekamai area.

The hostel is a minimal style with quirky decorations, I loved the yellow, black white and grey colour scheme. The shared bathrooms were very clean and the showers were spacious and everything looked very new. The location is perfect, close to Lumpini park and two different metro lines. Very easy to get to the airport for my flight. There is a lot of shared space downstairs to use the internet, kitchen facilities and hang out. The security was very good too and the staff were friendly and helpful with printing flight documents, directions to shops I needed to visit and I was upgraded to a private room for both nights of my stay, even though there was only an issue with the first night booking. We had a great stay in Bangkok, superb for everything! from * its location: very near to BTS; cheap taxi fare as well because very close to most tourist spots; * our comfort: we are so comfortable all throughout our stay; beddings/towels are so clean, smells good and very soft; so quiet as well! * cleanliness: the hostel is properly maintained, they refill immediately once the soap/tissue run out. * very GREAT STAFF: they are so accommodating and most of all, they are fluent in english. didn't had a hard time communicating with them; * FREE BREAKFAST! They are so generous, it is not even indicated on their freebies that there is a free breakfast, cook all you want, everything you see on the kitchen is for FREE! * Ambiance: We had the chance to stay in their well-maintained, romantic rooftop for dinner, and right before we go to bed, we used to stay downstairs because of its cozy feeling! About 5 minutes from MRT There are shops/restaurants and street food along the road A hotel is a single-occupancy apartment on site, not a hotel. Therefore, the front desk and service cannot be compared with that of a hotel. The room space is okay and there is enough space for display There are sinks and microwaves available for use The bathroom is very dark and has no window, so there is no air convection. The floor-to-ceiling windows are the rear windows of ordinary homes. Oh, there is no trash can in the room, only in the bathroom. The three people stayed in a room with two bunk beds for 4 people. The room was clean and hygienic. Convenient transit, 15 minutes walk to the airport. I stayed in two hotels in this location, this and the Tangman Hotel. This cleaner sanitation facilities are better. Tangman has 3 buildings, the air in the first floor room is almost, there is an airport transfer but you have to pay. They are all in the village next to the airport, and it is very convenient to eat.

Small hotel, in the alley, it is not recommended for unfamiliar people to check in, otherwise it may not be very convenient to go out, but the room is clean and quiet, there are also small markets and 7-11 nearby, laundry and coffee are also available. It is clean and clean. My sister keeps cleaning. The weifi is strong. The lobby and rooms are all very effective. I especially like a youth hostel. The boss is learning Chinese. They are all people from all over the world. They chat together and the children practice oral English. There are all kinds of food when you go out. Thai food is the best in the world. We stayed here for 3 nights and we had such a lovely, homely stay, and we couldn’t recommend this place enough. The staff are so caring and kind and they really looked after us. We stayed in a really nice room on the top floor (201) with our own bathroom - some rooms had a shared bathroom but we preferred to have our own and we paid just a small bit more to have this option. Outside our room there was a really nice outdoor area with shade and seating and the place is so nicely maintained and we liked the no shoe policy. A small point was that there wasn’t anywhere to store stuff and so we didn’t unpack but this wasn’t an issue we we were only here for 3 nights. We sadly missed breakfast on two of the mornings that we stayed as we had very early morning tours, but on the first morning of our stay we had a traditional Thai breakfast - Tom kha Kai which was a coconut soup with chicken, lemongrass, galangal and chilli which was absolutely delicious and they gave us some fresh fruit and coffee. The guesthouse is in an alleyway in a residential area and it felt authentic with small local shops and restaurants that we wish we had had more time to visit, and there were chickens and cats wandering around the street and we loved this. The room was quiet and comfortable and we slept really well and it felt safe. It is quite centrally located and a great base for exploring Bangkok. It felt like home from home and wish we had more time to enjoy this quiet oasis. A really comfortable stay.

Very quiet and great location on the back street of Chinatown. I was able to spend a lot of time with five families. The room we stayed in was on the third floor. Because there are only stairs, women with a lot of luggage may be a little difficult. It's a little disappointing that the hot water in the shower was almost water. Well, Bangkok is hot, so that's okay ^_^ The rest is perfect!! I will definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

Stayed here twice, once in April and again in May. Both times I stayed in the 8 bed dorm. Each bunk is a double bed with a very comfortable mattress, pillow and quilt. Each bed is allocated a tall locker which can hold even the largest of backpacks. The shared showers and toilets were separated, but on the same floor. There were 6 toilets, 4 showers on the 2nd floor and there was never a queue. The only downside was that these areas were not under AC, so I'd be sweating again after a shower. The location is about a 2 minutes walk to either Hua Lamphong MRT and railway station. The area isn't packed with shops like the more central and touristy parts of Bangkok, but there are plenty of eateries within a 5/10 walking distance. Overall, I had a super stay both times. The entire property is kept clean at all times, the staff here are super nice and there's even an on site cafe which serves delicious congee, teas and coffee.

We arrived late at the hostel, checking in was smooth as we booked through booking.com. 7E was nearby, we bought our dinner there. The room was spotless. We stayed at this hostel as it is near Suvarnabhumi Airport. They provided us free airport drop off ride at 4 am as we had a flight at 6:30am. Brand new hostel near ekkamai station. The bed is super comfy and spacious. The room is also very spacious, and has additional area for keeping luggage. There are no lifts in the property so be prepared to carry luggage up the stairs (the receptionist offered to carry the luggage-very kind) . During my stay, the code for the front door was changed and I was notified by email and WhatsApp. Lots of eating and drinking options nearby. Big supermarkets within short distance as well.

Alright so Kinnon hostel is not only the best hostel in Bangkok but the best in all southeast asia. The breakfast they offer is really good, the bed are soft and really (and I insist on really) comfortable and the staff is just amazing! It’s close to a cheap and good food market + there is a 7eleven and family mart right next to it. The restaurant on the first floor serves good local food (for cheap), the second floor is reserve to a working area with office chairs and on the third floor you have a nice tv room. The bathrooms are big and extremely clean, like the rest of the hotel. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this hostel, it’s just perfect!!
