The guest house staff were very friendly, and could speak English. My hotel room was super clean, including the carpets, linen, and bathroom. In the morning, the English breakfast was good, but there were no choices. I could not use the swimming pool because it was being cleaned.The guest house is conveniently located in a relatively safe part of Pretoria East and is near big malls.

The home design in the room is very artistic. Living people. High quality breakfast, excellent location, convenient restaurants and supermarkets in the surrounding area, located in the quiet Brooklyn neighbourhood, relatively safe area in South Africa. The breakfast was of high quality, the coffee and fruit omelette were delicious, and the service could not be said. We did our best to help all our needs, and we really feel at home! recommend!

Brief overnight stay before driving to safari - very clean, friendly and excellent room (large deep soak bath behind bed, nice balcony, comfortable bed - only possible negative for some, the toilet is in the bedroom within a frosted glass shower enclosure - so you need to be comfortable with whoever you share the room. Reservation re location, most people seem to drive to the restaurant / country club - where we prefer to walk. Located in high security gated estate with free parking.

We met two housekeepers who were extremely pleasant and helpful giving a 5-star service for breakfast. Within a 2 minute drive is a small shopping mall with a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants etc. This place is a hidden gem in Pretoria and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a long or short stay. We did not meet the owners but were taken very good care of by the housekeepers Mumsie and Martha. Watch out for the mosquitos near the outdoor pool.

A pleasure to stay at this guest-house as a solo traveller. The location is very well-kept, quite peaceful. But above all, the customer care is outstanding. The manager of the guest-house made sure to follow all my needs and requests (e.g. breakfast, extra meals). In addition, I was also looked after in my leisure time. I think you must train some of your waters to be friendly and to learn to greet customers.The waitress who was working on tha monday morning did not greed us ,she just asked us what we wanted to eat and it took her about 30 min just to bring me hot milk and make some tea and when she brought milk it was not hot When we leave the dining she didn't even bother to ask if we enjoyed the breakfast or not.Another thing is that i did not enjoy supper .my advise is to call customers and find out what they prefer to eat so that you prepare before their arrival because at break fast i asked for fruit salad but it was not no there and that is my preference.

It was an absolute pleasure spending a night in the new Cedar luxury studio, a beautifully decorated , spacious, self contained unit with full ensuite and kitchenette. Our sons stayed in the adjacent Birch luxury studio which made for a convenient, secure and family friendly set up. Rene our host could not have been more accommodating, her warm and friendly manner made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast was generous and delicious. SpaCube is centrally located and a perfect base for trips to Pretoria. We will definitely return and make use of the spa facilities.

The guest house staff were very friendly, and could speak English. My hotel room was super clean, including the carpets, linen, and bathroom. In the morning, the English breakfast was good, but there were no choices. I could not use the swimming pool because it was being cleaned.The guest house is conveniently located in a relatively safe part of Pretoria East and is near big malls.
