I was attracted by the location and the newness of hosting in a studio, as they are called, rather than hosting in a hotel. When I arrived around 21:30, I was surprised that there was no attendant that could receive me to check in. There was only one security portman who had no list or information about the confirmed reservations. After half an hour of waiting, he passed me the Atlantic Whatsapp, responsible for the business, so that I could contact them for check-in, even if I had the voucher and stay paid on the Trip.com website. After many exchanges of messages and information, I managed to get up to the room, as impatient with all the waiting and lack of prior guidance, because if I knew that the procedure was that, I would have done and saved from all this stress. The confirmed check-in was negatively surprised, for the second time when I knew that my reservation had no right to the garage. At no time, when I booked for the Teip.com website and paid for hosting, I opened the studio option with or without a garage, finally, another error. I was already faced with the difficulty of accessing the door code to enter the room, but after so many locks, I was just going to get in and take a bath. The third negative surprise was that the room was well decorated and faced again, but the room with a pillow, two-mouth cooktop and some electrons (and not a studio as disclosed) was much less than the pictures shown. The bed was not the size of a couple, but the size of a widow, that is, everything was very compact and tight. Without saying that the TV was not working right, there were two broken chairs, a shower without any pressure and the entrance door that was leaving light from outside to inside the room. What was to be a bad experience, it ended up to be a great frustration.

The room is as shown in the picture, very real, the only thing is that if you need to pay separately for cleaning, and the cost is quite high, so I can't bear to clean for a week. Frigobar nem pensar, tem mesmo uma geladeira novinha, duplex, inox. Pia com água filtrada, fogão e forno elétricos, bancada, armários de cozinha, com todos utensílios imagináveis. Cama queen size, smart TV enorme, novinha, banheiro amplo, armário com gaveteiro, AC excelente, silencioso, amplo sofá confortável, garagem park yourself, grátis. A localização é um misto de prazer e de dor. Perto de tudo o que há de melhor em São Paulo, a vista é linda, junto à marginal Pinheiros, mas nada a walking distance, e o baruho do tráfego é forte e incessante. Merecia uma janela anti-ruído. Ah, o preço. Sim, é bem razoável. Enfim, um ótimo custo-benefício. Recomendo.

The reservation staff communicate through WhatsApp. They are rude and very non-attentive. There is no one to talk to on the phone or face to face. The staff that are physically at the hotel are not allowed to assist us unless going through the WhatsApp staff. Very time consuming and very often they do not respond. I arrived and was given a dirty room and had bugs. They moved me but didn’t bother to bring the extra blanket Irequested or towel. Thanks to the staff that’s physically at the hotel or I wouldn’t have gotten anywhere with the staff on WhatsApp. It’s very sad because I like the place and location but this virtual crap is awful. And they have the nerve to charge a cleaning fee but give me a dirty room.

The hotel is very close to the Sumaré Metro station, very green in the hostel and the surroundings. Luciano was well understanding at check-in (we received us in the morning) and check-out, because we passed the limit time and no fee was charged (I think because I didn't have a reservation for the room on the day of our departure). The hotel was very quiet to rest, though we were going to the Carnival, and when we arrived at the hostel in the morning the room was only with a couple bed where we were sleeping at 3 a.m. but the extra bed was placed in the morning. The good coat and a comfortable bed, though it seemed old and it was a feeling that it could break. My girlfriend did not cut very much in bed, but found it a little uncomfortable. One ”negative” point (which we knew when the reservation was) was that the bathrooms were shared and we were with a child, which was not a problem in itself, because they were always clean. The only incident was that my girlfriend left a new liquid savon in the bathroom after the bathing in the morning and when she remembered the afternoon and went to pick it was no longer, which was not the fault of the hostel, For it is not the way to control people who take advantage of this kind of situation to ”be good”. In addition, it is very likely that we will be there again in a next visit to São Paulo.

O contato é todo pelo wpp e um pouco lento, e as vezes não respondem. Sobre a opção de café da manhã não consegui informação. O studio é confortável e bem equipado. Faltou uma torradeira pra fazer um sanduíche. Parecia limpo mas achei cabelos no chão. No azulejo do banheiro uma marca de ”sangue”. Roupa de cama e banho boa e aparentemente limpa. Check-in tarde (15h) e check-out cedo (11h), sem flexibilidade. Prédio com muitas comodidades. Tem uma pizzaria boa ao lado que dá pra pegar cupom no site e a pizza sai a 30 reais, não é um suprassumo mas é boa!! E pelo preço da região vale muito a pena.

CRITICA CONSTRUTIVA Fui a São Paulo para uma reunião. Tive que fazer a reserva com data de 20/05 (Check in 15h - mesmo sabendo que não estaria em SP no dia 20/05), senão não conseguiria entrar hoje cedo, 21/05. Entrei no hotel as 7h35 de hoje. Minha reunião foi as 9h25 terminando as 13h30. Minha passagem está marcada para 23h10 de 21/05/24. São 15h40 estou perambulando pelos shoppings por que tive que fazer Check out 9h quando sai para reunião, por que o horario do hotel era até as 11h. Resumindo paguei uma diária que não dura nem 24h. Pelo menos deveria ser até as 15h. Nesse caso, para horário de uso, NOTA ZERO. Funcionarios ótimos. Instalações ótimas.

Had three nights here on a short visit to São Paulo - and very much enjoyed the stay. The apartments are modern, clean and comfortable, including air con, fridge, microwave and a cook top. It’s self catering and there is food to buy in the lobby for cooking on the room. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood, so no noise when leaving the window open at night. Close to the famous Avenida Paulista and with a great Bella Paulista bakery for meals nearby. Will definitely stay here if in the city again.

My story ended with a nightmare of the staff , I had a business trip to the Italian consulate in São Paulo , I chose 360 suites at the booking based in the region , but I didn't imagine the level of place I would be putting me I was stolen in my suite after the assembly , I decided to extend my stay , it was informed that my stay would not be possible in the same suite , Because I had another guest to arrive after my check out , so I made a new booking booking , I had to check out and wait out ( inside the car ) 2 hours to return to a new suite , I forgot my diesel jacket hanged in the closet with the amount of € 350 , because when I told me before the next check in returned to the reception and warned q I left hanged , she called pro cleaners , and informed q nothing was found , falls despair , She spoke about going to the new suite because she was going to communicate with manager , I went up and she called again speaking q nothing was found and delivered , she offered me to go to the suite q I stayed host to look , had nothing , Not another guest as they had said it was a reason I couldn't renew in the same , there I went to make a B.o. But so far no one gave me satisfaction, with my loss , besides I was a victim of deboche for security saying if it was a jacket of Louis Vitton I I can be in despair . To date nothing are like one playing pro responsibilities another !!! What kind of company is it? You are dealing with animals ??? I want a solution I won't rest until it resolves ! Your staff who stole guests should be punished or arrested for a shadow-style crime !!!!!!!!!!

Mala experiencia con la entrada, nunca me llegó ningún código y no pude entrar la primera noche teniendo que reservar en un hotel cercano. Pésima experiencia Tuve que pagar casi lo mismo por una noche en un hotel y nunca recibí una buena respuesta por parte del hotel. Les comenté que no pude ingresar y no me dijeron nada

Excellent service and excellent location! I had a small problem with the booking (I asked a room with TV and I was given a without), but it was immediately resolved. Practicely in front of Borba Gato Metro Station (which makes it very easy to transport from one side to the other). I would recommend and return again.
